The attorneys of Mike Brown family are frustrated the local prosecuting attorney is allowing the shooting evidence to go to a grand jury.   The Scheme Team wanted him alone to make the decision not to file charges – that way they could have demanded his removal easier.  The local Ferguson authorities are foiling the schemes.

It seems the local prosecuting attorney wisely learned the lessons from Sanford Florida and the Scheme Team exploits.   The legal rep’s frustrations confirm thusly:

(CNN) – Attorney General Eric Holder arrived in Ferguson, Missouri, Wednesday and made a pledge to the community that the federal investigation into the police shooting of an unarmed black teenager would be “fair and independent.”

Holder will meet with the family of 18-year-old Michael Brown to hear their concerns about how this investigation might play out.

“At a minimum, I think they want to be assured that the process will be fair, that it will be transparent which is what they’ve been calling for from the very beginning. So they’re hopeful that this meeting will add that reassurance that they’ve been looking for since day one,” said Anthony Gray, co-counsel for the Brown Family.

The county prosecutor overseeing the case said it could take until mid-October to hear all of the evidence related to the shooting. (more…)

(Via Sharyl Attkisson)  The Republican-led House Select Committee investigating Benghazi has selected its lead legal official: a retired three-star general who, most recently, served as the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General under President Obama. That’s according to sources with information regarding the appointment.
Lt. Gen. Dana Chipman, 55, attended West Point and received his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1986, according to public reports. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies. He will serve as Chief Counsel of the Select Committee.
Chipman retired from the military last year after 33 years of service. His retirement ceremony was hosted by Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey, whose actions have come under scrutiny as part of the Congressional investigation into the limited military response to the Benghazi terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2012.  (continue reading)

IRAQ – A new video posted online Tuesday purportedly shows Islamic State militants beheading an American journalist.
The nearly five minute video, titled “A Message to America,” depicts a man believed to be missing photojournalist James Foley being beheaded by a militant.

The video opens with a message from the Islamic State, attacking President Barack Obama for recently directing airstrikes against the terror group.
“Obama authorizes military operations against the Islamic State effectively placing America upon a slippery slope towards a new war front against Muslims,” the video said.
Then the shot pans over to Foley, who speaks into the camera.
“I call on my friends, family and loved ones to rise up against my real killers: the U.S. government,” Foley said in the video. (more…)

Tomorrow, Wednesday, a Grand Jury is scheduled in Ferguson Missouri.   The goal is to sort through the evidence and determine if Police Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown.
Based on what is currently known, and understanding the way the Brown family attorney’s roll, we can assemble a general construct of what’s possible over the next 48 hours.
A grand jury is NOT in the best interests of Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and the Brown family, in their efforts toward financial justice.
The scheme team are notorious for removing risky influences they do not control in favor of constructs directly in the control of their team and like-minded cohorts.
That’s why in their previous exploits, like the Trayvon Martin case, the Scheme Team worked around the risk of grand juries and leveraged politicians for special prosecutors.
However, one of the key aspects to remember is the decision makers already know all of the evidence.   They have the ballistics evidence, the original medical autopsy, witness statements and the statement of officer Wilson himself.   In addition all of the federal investigative material is already assembled and summarized. We know from the Bret Baier interview with Hillary Clinton that she was physically located at her 7th floor office in Washington DC on the night of the attack. Unfortunately we also know during the November 2012 Thanksgiving holiday a mysterious fire took place in that building. Well, actually directly above her exact office – cause undetermined.
A “fire” which preceded an unfortunate slip and fall for the Secretary, resulting in a concussion, which led to the discovery of a blood clot, that ultimately delayed her congressional testimony before a Senate Hearing into the events of the night in question.
We know the Libyan uprising began on February 10th of 2011, and we also know that sometime around the end of February 2011 President Obama signed a presidential directive authorizing the State Dept and CIA to begin a covert operation to arm the Libyan “rebels”.
We also know of a Second Presidential Finding Memo authorizing additional CIA covert action in 2012, this time in Syria. However, unlike the 2011 Libyan operation we do not know the operational name of the second action in 2012 Syria.
We know the Libyan “rebels” were positioned in two strategic places. Benghazi, and the port city of Darnah, both located in Northeastern Libya.

The family of Michael Brown autopsy’s results support Officer Wilson’s version of events, that’s why they were not released in a big “Parks and Crump” press conference.  The original autopsy long complete, they’ve been sitting on this information for almost a week.  The autopsy is consistent with the police officer being charged by Mike Brown.   

The facts of this report also align with the decision for 3rd autopsy which holds two motives:

• #1) Look for more evidence that might help them construct a false narrative.
• And, #2) Provide breathing room for best opportunistic timing for a more extensive funeral service.

FERGUSON, Mo. — Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.

Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front. (more…)

How many times since the search for the 1987 “Great White Defendant” began – has the national media chased, worked up, created and sold some white racist outrage;  only to find out after a thorough review, when all the facts come out, it’s all a fiasco – a farce?
Tawana Brawley, Duke Lacrosse, Jena Six and recently Trayvon Martin just to name a few.
It is profoundly ironic, and actually a sad reflection on both society and the media, we find ourselves in 2014 with yet another replay only two years distant from the Trayvon Martin fiasco.
Yet, here we go again.   The legacy media once again trying desperately to convince the masses a transparently innocent man is guilty of racism and deadly intent.

The CRS is there at taxpayer cost with all expenses paid for by the federal government. So ask yourself this: “why is Eric Holder allowing this type of racial animus”? Why isn’t the police or local law enforcement stopping these visible requests for the death of a public official?
