Common Sense: Deconstructing Dorian Johnson – And Why The FBI and State Officials Will Not Prosecute Him…

Treeper Commonsense has done an excellent job digging into Dorian Johnson’s Grand Jury testimony.   Many questions can be answered and additionally many explanations become self evident.   I am copying the entire analysis below (with a few edits) and inserting some additional research to help expand on the larger picture.
The issues are so riddled with complexity the scope of the article is very involved.  So sip the information slowly, bookmark to return if needed – all citations included.
Dorian Johnson hands up
The Story Begins:  Dorian Johnson’s Grand Jury testimony is utterly fascinating because it is so full of holes, and raises so many more questions.  (Who was Big Mikes roommate at Canfield?  What did they do for four hours that morning before going to the Ferguson Liquor Mart? etc.)
This can all be found in Grand Jury Volume #4:
First, the transcripts reflect, before hearing a word directly from Dorian Johnson on September 10th, the Grand Jury watched all of his media interviews.   In addition, the Grand Jury *listened to audio of an FBI interview with Dorian held on Wednesday August 13th four days after the shooting.
*This becomes key later in the testimony because some juror questions are asked that appear to come out of left field – but they are actually based on the previous information about and from Dorian the jurors have digested.
On on page 18 the asst. prosecutor lets Dorian know he’s not the focus of any criminal charges (for the robbery, for weed, etc.).  This seems to infer he has nothing to be concerned about in telling the entire truth.  Again, this becomes critical later on. (more…)

Smidgen Alert! – Pending IRS Scandal Details Soon To Surface…

I’ve never been so sure of something I couldn’t fully prove – as I am about the IRS targeting instructions coming from political officials to the Eric Holder DOJ and the IRS.  We’ve followed the releases closely, researched and cataloged the information and genuinely believe this one scandal is bigger than all other Obama administration scandals combined.
lois lerner 3The IRS illegally sent taxpayer information via Schedule B’s to the U.S. Department of Justice.  The Department of Justice then assembled a “Target List” from the entities contained on the schedule B’s (individuals and organizations).
The groups and individuals on the list then came under scrutiny from every regulatory body in the arsenal of the Federal Government.   The IRS,  ATF (Alcohol Tobbacco Firearms), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EEOC, Banking and Finance etc., all to attack conservative groups and people with overwhelming and destructive regulation, fines and penalties.
(Via Daily Caller)  The legal advocacy firm Cause of Action sued the Treasury Department’s inspector general for information about further IRS coordination with the White House. The long-stonewalled lawsuit has finally borne fruit. (more…)

BREAKING – FBI: Saint Louis Black Panther Explosives Plot Involved Bombing Gateway Arch, Killing Prosecutor Robert McCulloch and Police Chief Tom Jackson…

~ “Shades of Gaza” ~

The PC media is desperate to avoid using the chosen names of the black panther terror suspects Brandon Muhammad, and Olajuwon, also known as Olajuwon Ali and Brother Ali.  This is a follow-up to the previous outline where the FBI revealed the two men were involved in straw purchases for firearms and making pipe bombs.
We now know they were plotting assassinations of Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson, and Saint Louis Prosecutor Robert McCulloch, in addition to bombing the Gateway arch.

ST. LOUIS • Two men indicted last week on federal weapons charges allegedly had plans to bomb the Gateway Arch — and to kill St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch and Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson — the Post-Dispatch has learned.
Sources close to the investigation were uncertain whether the men had the capability to carry out the plans, although the two allegedly did purchase what they thought was a pipe bomb in an undercover law enforcement sting.
The men wanted to acquire two more bombs, the sources said, but could not afford to do it until one suspect’s girlfriend’s Electronic Benefit Transfer card was replenished. (more…)

FBI (ATF) Investigate Ferguson Arson Targeting – "Burn This B*tch Down" – The Motives and Backstory…

We’ll go on record as we have before.  Just go look at what we tried to tell law enforcement back on August 18th.  The arson, looting and rampage in/around Ferguson is not random, it’s targeted.
The groups, organizations and businesses are targeted for specific reasons.  “The 187 Police Is In Charge” This has been happening since Day #1 when the Quick Trip was first thought to have been the business who called 911 about the cigarillo robbery.
quick tripferguson 10 looting
Following the Quick Trip, on the day the police released the CCTV video from the Ferguson Market and Liquors, August 15th, they too became the target for looting and arson.
When the call comes to “burn this bitch down“, there is a group of very specific entities who know where exactly to target their activity.  This is not random.  Nor is it disconnected from the fact that Louis Head and Mike Brown Senior have been at odds historically.  Nor is it disconnected from the background of Mike Brown’s Step-Dad, Louis Head, and his known  criminal activity.  Nothing about this is random, nothing.
(Via NBC News) Federal investigators are looking into an arson fire that burned the Missouri church where Michael Brown’s father was baptized over the weekend.

“This is a slow and painstaking process,” said John Ham, a spokesman for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which is working with a local task force on the case. (more…)

Rush Limbaugh On Obama's Grand Jury Remarks: Designed To "Feed The Rage"…

rush-limbaughRUSH LIMBAUGH – “The grand jury system, I was kind of surprised. I know the legal beagles that I’ve listened to, a lot of legal people for whom I have great respect said, Rush, this is a slam dunk. There is, we’ve seen the evidence, as much as we’ve seen and as much as we’ve heard about, the testimony, there’s no way this cop gets indicted.
And I said yeah but that’s not the way things happen in the country anymore. Everybody, episodes like this need sacrificial lambs and everybody’s going to be focused on keeping the peace and everybody’s going to be focused on, you know, just make the problem go away.
So I was surprised, grand jury system worked, despite enormous pressures exerted by the president’s representative, Eric Holder, the attorney general. A police officer was not indicted and the president let it be known last night that if some people don’t think justice was done, he understands. (more…)

Big Mistake – Officer Darren Wilson Gives Interview To Obama Administration – Via ABC's George Stephanopoulos…

Darren Wilson today, just like George Zimmerman in 2012, doesn’t understand this is not a legal case – it’s a political case using the legal system….

You might be aware of our prior position on this.   It’s understandable when facing a process you cannot understand to reconcile your location based on prior reference points.  Darren Wilson has never been inside the political machine, he holds no frame of reference and just like Zimmerman he made a huge mistake. Idaho

• The decision announced.  Y’all are incredible.  The only factual inaccuracy from the entire set of research into the physical and witness statements was the bullet over the apartment window.  That bullet was unrelated to the Mike Brown shooting…. But other than that little aspect YOU NAILED IT WITH INCREDIBLE ACCURACY !

About That Benghazi House Intel "Panel" Report Part II – The Rogers/Ruppersberger Motives Gain More Sunlight…

The Mike Rogers/Dutch Ruppersberger report was predictable in the extreme; anyone who has researched the surrounding issues of the Benghazi backstory knew to expect it:

…”with Rep Trey Gowdy’s Chairmanship of a Select Committee on Benghazi anticipated to start up again in January, and with House Intel Chair Rogers exiting from congress, the authors of this report hold a motive to undercut Gowdy’s investigation into the missing 2011/2012 intelligence oversight that would normally be part of Rogers/Ruppersberger’s responsibility.”…

In addition, the media skipping gleefully in circles while waving the Rogers/Ruppersberger report, was similarly predictable – as seen here in this recent CNN interview.

However, despite how much the media want to avoid the sunlight there are too many people who understand the motives of Mike Rogers, including his own financial stake in the Benghazi security contract. Here’s a great op-ed outlining some of that understanding. It is well worth reading: (more…)
