Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy: “There are months, and months, and months of gaps In Clinton email”… (Video)

Quick thoughts about substance to Gowdy media appearance:

Hillary has deleted her now infamous avatar showing her on board a military plane en route to Libya.

The picture was taken in 2011 by Time Magazine and titled “Clinton checks her PDA in sunglasses upon departure in a military plane from Malta, bound for Tripoli, on October 18, 2011.” She claims the removal as part of a campaign to raise awareness of women’s rights. However, given the nature of this Gowdy revelation it’s easy to see the real motivation.

(Via Daily Signal) During an appearance on CBS News’ “Face the Nation” today, Rep. Trey Gowdy said there are “huge gaps” in the emails he has received from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton related to the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, 2012.

[…]  Gowdy mentioned the “iconic” photo of then-Secretary Clinton during that trip, looking at her “handheld device.”

Today, Politico is reporting the White House knew specifically about the email accounts in August of last year (2014), and the Clinton aides asked white house officials not to immediately act on anything:

(Politico) The White House, State Department and Hillary Clinton’s personal office knew in August that House Republicans had received information showing that the former secretary of state conducted official government business through her private email account — and Clinton’s staff made the decision to keep quiet.

Sources familiar with the discussions say key people in the Obama administration and on Clinton’s staff were aware that the revelation could be explosive for the all-but-announced candidate for president. But those involved deferred to Clinton’s aides, and they decided not to respond. (link)

Further in the Politico article it cites the timeline of August 2014 notification came as a result of the Select Committee on Benghazi and their inquires into communication within the State Dept. between Hillary and other officials. (more…)

White House: President Obama Probably Learned About Hillary’s Private Email and Servers From Reading The Newspaper…

As customary with the Obama Administration…

WASHINGTON DC – The White House Friday implied that President Obama learned former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton exclusively used a private email account only after “reading the newspaper.”

President obama briefed on VA scandal

“I have no idea when the president first learned,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters of the simmering controversy. “I wouldn’t be surprised, however, if he had learned about that by reading the newspaper. The president has a lot of things on his plate. I’m not sure the details of a senior administration official’s email arrangement lands on the president’s desk with any regularity.” (more…)

Ha ! – Valerie Jarrett Doesn’t Know If Hillary Clinton Emailed White House…. EVER….

… and that’s her story, and she’s sticking to it.

It should be noted that Valerie Jarrett is credited with the actual construction of the communications policies and standards for the Obama White House.

Eric Holder Uses Bogus “Disparate Impact” Statistics To Frame DOJ Ferguson Report

From the beginning of Eric Holder’s tenure as DOJ head he has used the cloudy social engineering concept of “Disparate Impact” to advance his civil rights position(s).

Not coincidentally the same DOJ, during the same AG tenure, has fought religiously to keep each case that used Disparate Impact (as legal standing) from reaching higher courts.

holder and obama

The reasoning is quite simple, “disparate impact” as a legal standard, while it might win you positional standing to drag a party to court, fails the “common sense standard” almost every time it is challenged.

“Disparate Impact” uses statistics of consequences to argue the legality of intent.

As an actual example, using real life current employment law, the application of “disparate impact” means it is unlawful to apply ‘legal work eligibility’ as a qualification for employment. Why? Because as a consequence of applying a standard where “you must be legally eligible for employment”, the standard itself has a “disparate impact” on Latino or Hispanic applicants – because Latino and/or Hispanic applicants are at greater likelihood to be ineligible as a consequence of their immigration status.

The statistics of “Disparate Impact” when applied to employment eligibility make it illegal to require “Legal/Eligible Work Status”. This is the Law. This is the current law as applied using the sketchy concept. (more…)

Hillary Clinton Sent Specific Instructions To State Dept Employees In 2011 Forbidding Use of Personal Email…

clinton emails(Via Greta Wire) Fox News has exclusively obtained an internal 2011 State Department cable that shows Secretary of State Clinton’s office told employees not to use personal email for security reasons, while at the same time, HRC conducted all government business on a private account.

Sent to Diplomatic and Consular Staff in June 2011, the unclassified cable, with Clinton’s electronic signature, makes clear to:

[…] “avoid conducting official Department from your personal e-mail accounts” and employees should not “auto-forward Department email to personal email accounts which is prohibited by Department policy.” (more)

DOJ Report States “Hands Up – Don’t Shoot” Narrative Was Completely False – We Again Explain Its Origin

Today the DOJ released their comprehensive finding report on the Mike Brown shooting. The DOJ Report states unequivocally the “Hands Up – Don’t Shoot” narrative was a completely false construct, but yet the media ran with it for months. Why? Here’s the report, and our previous overview of exactly how that ridiculous narrative was started.

Understanding The Origin Of The Mike Brown Narrative

When we first began digging in to the Mike Brown story something odd was immediately identifiable. The individual witness statements, when compared over time, were case studies in the evolution of self-contradiction.

But why ?

It’s generally a true statement that eye witnesses testimonials can often be unreliable; but the statements of the Canfield Greens apartment complex who immediately hit the New York media circuit were beyond unreliable – they were actually contradicting themselves from show to show, often within hours.

A little research into the shooting aftermath and things began to fall into place. (more…)

Eric Holder Presents Finding of Both DOJ Ferguson Investigations (Video) – #1) Officer Darren Wilson, and #2) Overall Ferguson Police Dept.

Below you will find video of Attorney General Eric Holder delivering his outline and interpretation of two federal DOJ investigations. The first into Police Officer Darren Wilson regarding the shooting death of Mike brown. The second into the more broad issues around the Ferguson Police Department.

Regarding the investigation of Darren Wilson – AG Holder admits there was nothing found to identify any federal issue with the actions taken by Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of Mike Brown.

To the contrary, Holder outlines there was NOTHING physically, forensically, or within the statements of reliable witnesses which would support the “hands up – don’t shoot” narrative sold by the media ad infinitum.

So how did they get it so wrong?

Attorney General Holder states as a result of the investigation the DOJ has found there was nothing even remotely accurate about how the shooting was originally reported in the media.

However, Holder transitions into investigation #2 by blaming, and more notably excusing, the disparity based on a toxic level of distrust amid the minority community which caused blacks to believe the outrageous claims put forth by paid professional racist organizers (ie. Anthony Shahid et al) who are active within the community.
