Wait, what? Team Clinton Never Read The Emails They Deemed “Personal, Not Work Related” Before Deletion…

Within a rather extensive article in Time Magazine of Hillary Clinton’s disposition toward political truth and fact-finding the following paragraph strikes a rather disconcerting message:

Hillary clinton meh

TIME – […] All this once made sense to Clinton. As a candidate for President in 2008, she included “secret White House email accounts” as part of her critique of the Bush Administration’s “stunning record of secrecy and corruption.” Now, however, Clinton is leaning heavily on “Trust me.”

For more than a year after she left office in 2013, she did not transfer work-related email from her private account to the State Department. She commissioned a review of the 62,320 messages in her account only after the department–spurred by the congressional investigation–asked her to do so. And this review did not involve opening and reading each email; instead, Clinton’s lawyers created a list of names and keywords related to her work and searched for those. Slightly more than half the total cache–31,830 emails–did not contain any of the search terms, according to Clinton’s staff, so they were deemed to be “private, personal records.” (read more)

Do #BlackLivesMatter Really ? – “Marcus was a kindergartner at Highland Elementary in the Riverview Gardens School District”…

I’ve tried three times to write this… but the knot in my throat keeps blocking the keystrokes.  There’s a couple of pictures that everyone needs to see today.

Especially today.

marcus johnsonThe first picture to see is 6-year-old Marcus Johnson. Marcus was a kindergartner at Highland Elementary in the Riverview Gardens School District.

[…] The shooting happened about 7:30 p.m. [last night] as the family was leaving O’Fallon Park, just south of Interstate 70 in north St. Louis. Inside the van were three adults and five children.

The family said that a black vehicle pulled alongside their minivan on West Florissant Avenue and someone inside opened fire, Green said. The father of the child was driving the minivan grabbed a firearm and returned fire, police said.

After realizing three people in the minivan had been shot, the driver called police.

A 15-year-old boy and a 69-year-old man in the minivan were also hit. Both were being treated at a hospital. Police would not give their conditions, but said they were stable.

The child’s mother and three other children, ages 7, 10, and 11, were also in the minivan, police said. They were not hurt. (link)

Marcus was rushed by police to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Which brings me to the second picture. (more…)

FCC Net Neutrality “ObamaNet” Rules Finally Released (313 page pdf)

obama_netneutralityThe Federal Communications Commission (FCC) just released the full text of their net neutrality rules. The rules were approved two weeks ago amid much controversy. The exhaustive document they have released includes statements from the five FCC commissioners.

The rules are 313 pages, and were approved on a 3-2 vote. The FCC essentially has reclassified broadband Internet as a telecommunications service in order to regulate. Internet service providers are now regulated – they may not block, slow or prioritize any part of Internet traffic above another.

Report on Hillary Email: Apparently It Was Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills Executing The Plan…

Earlier today Steve Hayes reported that Hillary aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills also used the “clintonmail” personal email scheme to communicate and avoid disclosure.  Now the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Huma and Cheryl were key players in the original plan to set up the communication network.

The “inner circle” around Hillary is comprised of Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Philippe Reines, Jake Sullivan, Capricia Marshal and Maggie Williams – in that order.

Huma and Hillary in Tanzania(Via WSJ) Before Hillary Clinton became secretary of state in 2009, one of her most trusted confidantes approached Bill Clinton’s aides with a plan. Mrs. Clinton wanted to run her private email account through the server her husband set up in the family’s Chappaqua, N.Y., home, people familiar with the matter said.

A private server had obvious advantages. It would give Mrs. Clinton more control over her email, people familiar with her team’s reasoning said. Privately, aides of the former president worried that adding her account would make the system a target for hackers. They also weren’t aware she would use it for all her official correspondence.

That decision has now invited the kind of relentless public scrutiny it was designed to avoid, while also maximizing Mrs. Clinton’s control over sensitive email correspondence that that she might not want to get out. (more…)

State Dept Internal Investigation Report: 1 Billion Emails Created, Only 61,000 Actually Saved/Archived As Official Documents….

Systemic, purposeful fraud and deception.

That is what this is.

Hillary clinton meh

Below you will find the full 2015 State Dept. Office of Inspector General (OIG) report which shows -as an example- that in 2011 over 1,000,000,000,000 email documents were created as part of official State Department business, but only 61,000 of them were properly archived and recorded as part of official business records.

The U.S. State Department under Hillary Clinton’s leadership only kept 0.000061% of email documents for public inspection.

Secretary John Kerry: “We are not negotiating a legally binding agreement with Iran”…

Which leads to the obvious retort from Senator Tom Cotton:

Secretary of State John Kerry, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair General Martin Dempsey testified today at a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on President Obama’s request for authorization for use for military force (AUMF) against ISIS. -full hearing here-

However, Democrats strategically planted a question for Secretary John Kerry (by Senator Chris Murphy) to attack Republican Senators for their recent controversial open letter to Iran. Kerry had a scripted response for the question he was anticipating. Within that response was the startling statement/claim the White House is not negotiating a “legally binding agreement with Iran” to stop their nuclear weapons program.

If you are short on time watch this first video. However, if you have the 7 minutes to watch the entire response skip to the second video.

Associated Press Files Lawsuit Against U.S. State Department For Hidden Clinton Emails….

Hillary New York PostWASHINGTON (AP) — The Associated Press filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the State Department to force the release of email correspondence and government documents from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.

The legal action comes after repeated requests filed under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act have gone unfulfilled. They include one request AP made five years ago and others pending since the summer of 2013.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, comes a day after Clinton broke her silence about her use of a private email account while secretary of state. The FOIA requests and lawsuit seek materials related to her public and private calendars, correspondence involving longtime aides likely to play key roles in her expected campaign for president, and Clinton-related emails about the Osama bin Laden raid and National Security Agency surveillance practices.

Strange Verbiage Within Clinton Email Presser – Clinton: “my direction to conduct the thorough investigation” (video)

Odd use of the word “investigation”:

QUESTION: Did you or any of your aides delete any government- related e-mails from your personal account? And what lengths are you willing to go to to prove that you didn’t?

Some people, including supporters of yours, have suggested having an independent arbiter look at your server, for instance.

CLINTON: We did not. In fact, my direction to conduct the thorough investigation was to err on the side of providing anything that could be possibly viewed as work related.

That doesn’t mean they will be by the State Department once the State Department goes through them, but out of an abundance of caution and care, you know, we wanted to send that message unequivocally. (more…)

The Disparate Impact Racket…

Outrage In Missouri Town After Police Shooting Of 18-Yr-Old ManBy Thomas Sowell – The U.S. Department of Justice issued two reports last week, both growing out of the Ferguson, Mo., shooting of Michael Brown. The first report, about “the shooting death of Michael Brown by Ferguson, Missouri police officer Darren Wilson,” ought to be read by every American.

It sets forth in plain English the facts that have been established in this case — by an autopsy on Michael Brown’s body (by three different pathologists, including one representing the family of Michael Brown), DNA examination of officer Darren Wilson’s gun and police vehicle, examination of the pattern of blood stains on the street where Brown died, and a medical report on officer Wilson from the hospital where he went for treatment. Senate Open Letter To Iran Draws Apoplectic Response From Democrats Who Suffer Convenient Memory Loss…

Forty-seven Republicans on Sunday wrote an open letter to Tehran suggesting any nuclear deal with the Obama administration would not be constitutionally binding because a future president or Congress could take steps to revoke it.

a-OBAMAIRAN-386x217Hey Iran

Vice-President Joe Biden kicked off the Democrat meme by calling the letter an unprecedented affront “designed to undercut a sitting president.”

… […] “In thirty-six years in the United States Senate, I cannot recall another instance in which Senators wrote directly to advise another country — much less a longtime foreign adversary — that the President does not have the constitutional authority to reach a meaningful understanding with them. This letter sends a highly misleading signal to friend and foe alike that that our Commander-in-Chief cannot deliver on America’s commitments — a message that is as false as it is dangerous.” (link)
