NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Florida (FOX 13) – No charges are expected against two women who were caught on camera apparently trying to steal items from a Florida beach, police said Monday.
A man, who identifies himself as “Flicky Rich” on YouTube, caught the whole thing on camera. He confronted the females who attempt to take his canopy from the beach.
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is holding off for now on seeking new legal authority to send unaccompanied migrant kids back home faster.
The approach is a change from what the White House has signaled and follows criticism from immigration advocates who said the administration’s planned approach was too harsh. It was confirmed Monday by two congressional aides who spoke on condition of anonymity ahead of a formal announcement.
Obama intends to ask Congress on Tuesday for more than $2 billion in emergency spending to deal with the children who’ve been arriving by the thousands from Central America. (more…)
Health and Human Services (HHS) is assigned responsibility from President Obama to shelter “Unaccompanied Alien Children” (UAC’s). In the email below FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) is requesting facility recommendations for the housing of the UAC’s.
Here is the secretive guideline email requesting help in locating facilities. Note the paragraph:
…”This is an unprecedented event that requires unique approaches to temporarily house children until they can be discharged to a sponsor while awaiting judicial proceedings”….
Nothing about this three page email even remotely infers the possibility of deportation back to their home country.

CHICAGO – At least 11 people were killed and 60 others wounded citywide in shootings in Chicago over the Fourth of July weekend, reports CBS Chicago. There were also six police-involved shootings, two of which involved teens who were killed.
In the most recent fatal shooting, an unidentified 44-year-old woman was shot at a barbecue around 12:30 a.m. Monday in the city’s Morgan Park neighborhood, according to the station. She was shot as she leaned into a car in a parking lot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
“While to date we have had the fewest murders since 1963, one victim is too many and there is clearly much more work to be done,” said police spokesman Martin Maloney. (more…)
Todd Starnes – TEXAS – Are the thousands of illegal immigrant kids housed in detention facilities happy and well fed — or are they living in disease-infested compounds shrouded in secrecy?
Well, it depends on who you ask.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) seems to think the children coming across the southern border are remarkably healthy. It’s a sentiment shared by BCFS — the Texas-based agency formerly known as Baptist Child & Family Services contracted to run camps at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio and Fort Sill in Oklahoma.
My source said there are children showing classic tuberculosis symptoms — spitting up blood, a constant cough and chest pain.
More than 7,000 children have been processed through the two camps, according to a BCFS official. They allege that only 119 children have been treated for lice, 22 for scabies, and one for the H1N1 Flu. BCFS says the most common illnesses seen at Lackland are fever, headache, upper respiratory cold and ingrown toenails.
However, at least a half dozen anonymous sources, including nurses and health care providers who worked at Lackland, allege that the government is covering up what they believe to be a very serious health threat. (more…)
This entire media mantra around the illegal crossing of our border is getting on my last nerve. Will someone please just call it like it is.
President Obama has intentionally created this crisis to give leverage to his goals of changing the landscape of American social construct. This administration is pushing for amnesty for illegal aliens, and consequentially the collapse their political opposition. To reach that goal the current U.S. administration is intentionally asking illegal aliens to swarm our nations borders – and supporting them toward that end.
If President Obama wanted to stop the crisis, he could order it stopped in less than 48 hours. He doesn’t.
HOUSTON, Texas–As illegal immigrants continue to spill across the U.S.-Mexico border, federal authorities are attempting to relocate the migrants from South Texas to housing facilities in states across the nation. One such facility is located in Murrieta, California, where a large group of protesters recently blocked a bus full of migrants from arriving.
The protesters remain there, adamant that illegal immigrants don’t get dumped in their town. But soon the concerned citizens may be forced to step down–Breitbart Texas has learned that federal agents plan to arrive in Murrieta on Monday with riot gear to ensure that another busload makes it to the housing facility.
