Former FBI Director Lays Blame For Ferguson Aftermath Directly At Feet of Eric Holder and The DOJ Tone of Hate Toward Law Enforcement…

I think this guy hits the nail but doesn’t go far enough. From the murder of Brian Terry to the repeated action of the DOJ thereafter, a consistent ideology of antagonism toward local law enforcement has stemmed from inside the activist DOJ. Such a tone is all part of the outcome from putting a racial activist in the top law enforcement spot as Attorney General – examples like Ferguson are “intended” consequences….
ferguson anger(Via Katie Pavlich) As the Senate prepares to hold confirmation hearings for new Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch and as outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder continues to allocate Department of Justice resources to the situation in Ferguson, former FBI Assistant Director and Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund President Ron Hosko has sent a scathing letter to President Obama detailing the damage done to the relationship between law enforcement and DOJ over the past six years.
“The hyper-politicization of justice issues has made it immeasurably more difficult for police officers to simply do their jobs. The growing divide between the police and the people – perhaps best characterized by protesters in Ferguson, Mo., who angrily chanted, “It’s not black or white. It’s blue!” – only benefits of members of a political class seeking to vilify law enforcement for other societal failures.
This puts our communities at greater risk, especially the most vulnerable among us,” Hosko wrote in the letter exclusively obtained by Townhall. “Your attorney general, Eric Holder, is chief among the antagonists. (more…)

Disparate Treatment – Another Violent Attack On A Philly School Teacher…

As a result of President Obama’s executive order, and the policy execution of Eric Holder, another student gets “school discipline” for criminal conduct.

It all Started in 2010/11 With Trayvon Martin

PHILADELPHIA – Police are investigating a videotaped attack on a substitute teacher at a southwest Philadelphia high school that left him motionless on the ground.

Thursday’s attack marks the third on a teacher at John Bartram High School in the last month.

A male student threw the substitute teacher to the ground causing him hit his head, school district officials said. Video of the attack shows the teacher motionless in the hallway of the school while students looked on. The teacher, according to officials, was told to stay still until medics arrived at the scene. Ferguson Decision – The High Probability Decision Zone Starts Today…

With the election in the rear view the probability calendar for the Saint Louis Grand Jury decision is now at the apex and will remain there for the next two weekends.

saint louis flag burning 2The Grand Jury decision is anticipated either this weekend or next, with the highest probability being this weekend preceding Veterans Day Tuesday November 11th.   For those unfamiliar with the pre-planning here’s what to expect and what to look for?
First, it’s important to remember the broad stroke strategy was roughly planned out in August with the details filling in along the way.  You really didn’t think that civil war CMH award yesterday was just some random calendar pick did you?
Most of the references you’ll see in the media will mention the Department of Justice or DOJ, however it’s also important to draw a distinction between the DOJ and the actual agency being discussed, the “Community Relations Service”, or CRS, which is within the DOJ. (more…)

White Boy Bleed Alot – White Student Goes To Support Mike Brown Protestors, Attacked By Mob….

schaeferA young white man and student of University of Missouri Saint Louis named Chris Schaefer attended a meeting of Ferguson protestors at St. Mark’s church.   The church acts as a safe house for the organizing protestors.
Apparently while there, Mr. Schaefer began recording the meeting; or at least he was perceived to be recording the meeting.  The mob, who ironically demand all police wear body cameras, did not like the thought of their meeting being recorded – so they attacked him.

He finally escaped the horde, and while being chased screaming down the road, he made it to a local Walgreens where he ran inside and begged for help.  The police were called and an ambulance arrived to take him to the hospital.  (more…)

Here We Go Folks – Attorney General Eric Holder Praises Saint Louis University President For Handling Of Campus Protest

Reminder: This was all well planned out to happen months ago. Now they are in execution mode.  President Obama and Eric Holder are publishing/broadcasting the rules for the Safari Park.

Exponentially occurring, and not-so-subtle, upticks indicate a soon to be announced Grand Jury decision.  Remember the first group President Obama met with on Wednesday after the election?  Remember Fred P Pestello?  Well, now we have AG Holder proclaiming:

[…]   Holder called Pestello’s leadership, “nothing short of exemplary” in his managing of the Occupy SLU protest (link)

Saint Louis Today –  U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has offered high praise to St. Louis University President Fred Pestello, commending him for his handling of last month’s Occupy SLU protest.

In a letter delivered to the university late last month, Holder called Pestello’s leadership, “nothing short of exemplary” in his managing of the Occupy SLU protest.

Occupy SLU was an outgrowth of wider protests of police shootings that have taken hold in the area since the Aug. 9 shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. (more…)

"The Timing Here Is, To Say The Least, "Suspicious" – An Anticipated No-Bill Decision In Ferguson Missouri Stimulates A Manipulative Distraction In Orlando Florida…

For those who have followed the vindictive and manipulative nature of the Eric Holder DOJ apparatus the intents are, well, as transparent and subtle as a brick through your window…

Jack Cashill – A federal grand jury met today in Orlando to hear testimony about whether George Zimmerman violated Trayvon Martin’s civil rights when he shot and killed the 17-year-old nearly three years ago in Sanford, Florida.

…”A dismissal of the case against Wilson makes the charging of Zimmerman all the more attractive. The excuse the Justice Department has used to target Zimmerman anew, the Sentinel suggests, is the changed testimony of Zimmerman neighbor, Frank Taaffe”…

The timing here is, to say the least, suspicious. A day after an Oct. 30 Orlando Sentinel article first reported the impending session, the Washington Post conceded that “Justice Department investigators have all but concluded they do not have a strong enough case to bring civil rights charges against Darren Wilson.”

To charge Wilson gratuitously would enrage the nation’s police. The luckless Zimmerman has no such support group. One need not be a cynic to see how his arrest on federal charges might pacify the media-stoked rage of the Obama constituency. (more…)

Disparate Impact Rebuked By Federal Judge – Court Rebukes The Next AG Nominee, Tom Perez and The Social Engineering Construct He's Pushing…

Cudos to the WT for being one of the few media outlets willing to expose the insufferable tentacles of the Social Engineering tool now known as “disparate impact”.

Disparate impact works around the race-baiting problem of equal opportunity by advancing a proposition that only equal outcomes can define whether an adverse impact exists.  A ridiculous proposition.   All people are created equal – but not all people take advantage of the equality afforded them;  some -if not many- are just lazy, and their failures cannot -and should not- be comingled with the success of those who exert effort.
Tom perez and Eric Holder
If the Treehouse had infinite financial resources we would challenge disparate impact everywhere it raises its ugly head.  In the interim we will assist ANY endeavor with research, argument formation, and fact-based analysis to deconstruct the racial underpinning used as the foundation to advance a ridiculous ideological construct.
WASHINGTON TIMES – A federal judge overturned the Obama administration’s “desperation” move to try to find more ways to prove discrimination in housing in a decision Monday that also delivered a searing rebuke to Thomas Perez, a Cabinet official whom liberals are pushing to be the next attorney general.
Judge Richard J. Leon ruled that the administration cannot rely on “disparate impact” to judge discrimination, dealing a blow to civil rights groups that said the analytical tool gave them more room to file discrimination cases. (more…)
