WASHINGTON DC – The head of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division says the “next generation” of civil rights challenges includes addressing racial disparities in school discipline; defending the rights of LGBT Americans; combating discrimination in housing and in lending; protecting women from sexual assault and harassment; ensuring the fair treatment of youth in the juvenile justice system; and defending the right to vote in the 21st Century.
“In recent months, the Civil Rights Division has reached landmark consent decrees involving each of these issues,” Jocelyn Samuels, the acting assistant attorney general for the Civil Rights Division, told a civil rights symposium in Indianapolis on Tuesday.
Not only will those agreements provide remedies for the individuals involved — they also will “serve as models for institutions across the country that are looking to voluntarily improve their own non-discrimination policies and practices.”
Samuels said the country has come “a long way” over the past 50 years, but the “robust caseload” at DOJ’s Civil Rights Division “is a stark reminder that too many in our nation continue to face barriers to equal opportunity.”   (read more)

If people knew what Miami-Dade School Police were doing in 2010, 2011, 2012 an entire nation would erupt in outrage.   That’s why they need to cover it up. 

Alas, here you see the DOJ today outlining the reason for what took place, and their intentions to continue it secretly.  

Folks, I can’t express enough how dangerous this is and/or the magnitude of ramifications.   Look at how the Civil Rights Division is engaging in school disciplinary practices and Criminal Justice.   Look at it, and think deeply about it.

The sunlight of the story behind M-DSPD and Trayvon Martin could stun the forward progress of the rot within their manipulations.

A “consent decree” means the operational entity, local school/police system etc., give away their ability to structure rules, regulations and policies to the federal government.  The feds must approve of all discipline policies within the school district.   <— think about it.

We know where the “test ground” was for the implementation of their diversionary programs, Miami-Dade Public Schools.   We know what those protocols were.  We know what the results were.   We know how they did it.   We have examples of what they did to improve the stats.   We know how damaging it was and continues to be.
