Oh, what a tangled web is weaved….

The IRS inspector general, tasked with the internal IRS investigation, reveals to House Oversight Committee that the IRS withheld the documents showing the existence of the back-up tapes which contain internal IRS email communication, thought to contain the missing Lois Lerner emails.

All of this, ALL OF THIS, is because the IRS is trying desperately to hide the chain of communication showing the IRS and Senior White House administration officials , specifically Jack Lew, creating a scheme to target political opposition.

The evidence so far showcases a chain of communication from the initial discussion with the Obama Administration toward the IRS and Dept of Justice.

As a result of that strategy planning, the DOJ and IRS formulated a plan to use 501(c)(4) applications and tax filings to pull out the attached “Schedule B’s” – which are the forms listing the groups sponsors (individuals and organizations).

Those “Schedule B” lists were then assembled into a SECRET TARGETING LIST. The DOJ then used the “targeting list” (the DOJ Secret Research List) to send forth various compliance and regulatory agencies to audit, review and inspect the activity of those on the list.

The regulatory agencies sent by the DOJ included: OSHA, ATF, FBI, EPA and Labor Dept. (perhaps more) who then put targeted individuals, groups and businesses through the rigorous inspection of regulation and compliance. In short the weaponization of government against them.

…..THIS, ULTIMATELY, IS WHAT THEY (White House, IRS and DOJ) ARE TRYING TO HIDE.

Regarding the ongoing IRS Lois Lerner email fiasco, the Inspector General is now reporting to congress that potential criminal activity might have occurred surrounding the email cover-up.  Even CNN had to cover this one….

Washington (CNN)—The IRS watchdog investigating the disappearance of Lois Lerner’s emails told a congressional panel on Thursday night they are looking into possible criminal activity.

Lerner was the IRS official at the center of allegations that the Internal Revenue Service targeted tea party groups applying for nonprofit status. Congress requested Lerner’s emails from the IRS and agency officials told lawmakers an unknown number of emails had been lost when Lerner’s computer crashed.

The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration has since recovered a number of those emails.

“There is potential criminal activity,” Treasury Deputy Inspector General Timothy Camus told the House Oversight Committee Thursday.

Camus did not elaborate on who may have committed possible criminal acts. (more…)

Five days ago CNN’s Evan Perez wrote an exclusive story on CNN highlighting a 2015 DHS Sovereign Citizen report. Part of the CNN storyline stated the DHS report was alarmingly concerned with “right-wing” extremist groups.

You can see how the CNN analysis was framed by looking at this screenshot:

Within the CNN analysis they claim serious threats:

[…] ”from sovereign citizen groups as equal to — and in some cases greater than — the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS”.

Except, there’s something very divergent – The actual report does not claim that the threat to police is growing, it does not conflate sovereigns with other anti-government groups, it makes no broad claims about terror on the right,  and it does not compare the sovereigns to ISIS or to any other foreign terrorists.

There is absolutely nothing in the report to suggest such an interpretation.  Heck, the words “right-wing” do not even show up in the report anywhere. (more…)

Aaron Schock should resign from congress, but not specifically because of any controversy regarding his ridiculous outlandish spending that the MSM has recently sought to bring to the attention of the public. No, Schock should resign because he has compromised himself at the altar of the GOP establishment, the “Decepticons”.

We have repeatedly outlined the agenda of the professional establishment class of BIG GOP Republicans, the false constituency within the conservative movement that advances government at the same or similar rate to Democrats, hence the term “Decepticons”.

In a brilliant bit of investigative reporting, utilized only to attack ideological adversaries, the Associated Press found the trail to lavish indulgences afforded to Aaron Shock as a result of his compromise:

[…] The AP tracked Schock’s reliance on the aircraft partly through the congressman’s penchant for uploading pictures and videos of himself to his Instagram account. The AP extracted location data associated with each image then correlated it with flight records showing airport stopovers and expenses later billed for air travel against Schock’s office and campaign records. The AP report outlines the extravagant lifestyle of a GOP representative who makes a decision, a specific and intentional decision, to engage in the alluring comforts of Karl Rove’s Decepticon class of BIG R donors. The extent of the extravagance is well worth the read. (more…)

They have finally identified the enemy, and the enemy is us !

CNN is broadcasting a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report which outlines what the Obama administration considers a threat to the United States.  CNN outlines the report and claims the threats are:

[…]”from sovereign citizen groups as equal to — and in some cases greater than — the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS”.  (link)

Yes, “greater than” the threat posed by ISIS.

Obviously, beyond the insufferable substance of the report, the timing of the report highlights a divisionary tactic by the Obama administration to deflect attention away from their own unwillingness to identify, let alone confront, the threat of Islamic Terror spreading globally.
Apparently it is far more in line with the current administration to consider disgruntled U.S. citizens as a more significant threat to the advancement of the current White House agenda. (more…)

The Democrat Party is apoplectic with rage at the determination by a Federal Court Judge who has blocked the Obama implementation of the “executive action” in changing immigration status and law. However, the anger is now exposing the dark underbelly of the Democrat plan to usurp voter law.
In this video you see one such exposure. Democrat Representative Louis Gutierrez claiming that now, because of the judicial ruling, the Democrat party will assist the illegal alien community in registering to vote, voting and expressing voter anger.

This admission by Gutierrez should be used by every advocacy group who is trying to insure voter integrity. It is clear evidence of exactly why voter identification is needed in every state and Gutierrez’s admission actually supports the position of why such voter integrity laws are needed. (more…)

We have talked about Republican Governor (WI) Scott Walker since 2010 and the Stand With Scott campaign. For all intents and purposes Walker remains very high in favorability because of what he has actually accomplished, not what he has talked about, amid a field of GOP hopefuls.
In my humble opinion Walker is the best candidate to actually unite the GOP. Scott Walker is acceptable to conservatives, Tea Party groups, and increasingly to establishment Republicans. It is good to see him getting the recognition.

A new batch of emails show how IRS official Lois Lerner intentionally tried to stop inquiry about the IRS Targeting scheme back in April of 2012, and how the IRS was seeking to block congressional inquiry into the activity of the prior two years.
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released a new batch of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documents, including a series of emails from former IRS official Lois Lerner to then-Tax Exempt and Government Entities (TE/GE) Division Deputy Director Joseph H. Grant strongly objecting to his planned visit to the IRS Cincinnati office “smack dab in the middle” of congressional inquiries into the IRS targeting of conservative groups. WASHINGTON DC – Incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is “not opposed” to negotiating with President Obama, he said in an interview with CNN that aired Sunday, and expressed eagerness to work with the president to find a middle ground in the coming year.

“Now he needs to talk to us,” McConnell said. “And that’s good, because when the American people elect a divided government, they’re not saying they don’t want anything done. What they are saying is, they want things done in the political center, things that both sides can agree on. We talk about the things where there may be some agreement.”
