A Young Aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo Becomes The Sixth Woman to Allege Sexual Harassment – Details of Groping Under Her Blouse

A sixth woman has come forward with details of sexual harassment by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

The Times Union – A female aide to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo alleges he aggressively groped her in a sexually charged manner after she had been summoned to the Executive Mansion late last year, according to a person with direct knowledge of the woman’s claims.

The staff member, whose identity is being withheld by the Times Union, had been called to the mansion under the apparent pretext of having her assist the governor with a minor technical issue involving his mobile phone. They were alone in Cuomo’s private residence on the second floor when he closed the door and allegedly reached under her blouse and began to fondle her, according to the source.

The person, who is not authorized to comment publicly, said the woman — who is much younger than Cuomo — told the governor to stop. Her broader allegations include that he frequently engaged in flirtatious behavior with her, and that it was not the only time that he had touched her. (read more)

Operation Find Our Children – U.S. Marshals Recover Another 27 Missing Children in Virginia…

The Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 enhanced the U.S. Marshals’ authority to assist federal, state, and local law enforcement with the recovery of missing, endangered, trafficked or abducted children, regardless of whether a fugitive or sex offender was involved. The U.S. Marshals Service established a Missing Child Unit to oversee and manage the implementation of its enhanced authority under the act.

Recently USMS operation “Autumn Hope” rescued 45 missing children (Ohio). Operation “Not Forgotten” rescued 39 children (Georgia). Operation “Safety Net” recovered another 35 (Ohio).

The total number of rescued and recovered children by USMS this year exceeds 440; and today Operation “Find Our Children” rescues 27 more children in Virginia:

(DOJ Announcement) – The Justice Department today announced the completion of a five-day law enforcement effort, dubbed “Operation Find Our Children,” throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia that resulted in the recovery of 27 previously missing children.

[…]  The U.S. Marshals Service is leading the way in a nationwide effort to rescue and recover missing and exploited children, and aid in the prevention of human trafficking.

Since 2005, the U.S. Marshals Service has recovered more than 2,000 missing children. Over the past five years, the agency has recovered missing children in 75 percent of the cases it has received. Of those recovered, 72 percent were recovered within seven days.

Ohio USMS Operation “Autumn Hope”: 45 Missing Children Physically Recovered, 109 Human Trafficking Survivors Rescued, 177 Arrests…

Wow, you want to say great job U.S. Marshals Service… but then you think about what exactly they are being thanked for, and “great job” seems prayerfully inappropriate.

Ohio State Attorney General, Dave Yost, has announced the results of a 50 agency anti human trafficking operation called “Operation Autumn Hope”, and while the results are excellent the underlying evil is almost unimaginable.

45 missing children were physically recovered in the Ohio operation along with 109 human trafficking survivors. [Media]

(Columbus Ohio) – […]  “The success of Operation Autumn Hope is measured not only in the number of arrests but in the lives that were rescued from this evil,” Yost said. “Every agency on this team looks for the day when no person is bought and sold in Ohio. Don’t buy sex in Ohio!”

During the operation, the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Trask Force, Columbus PACT Unit and the Cuyahoga County Human Trafficking Task Force rescued 109 human trafficking victims and referred them to social services.

2016 Deposition of Epstein Enabler, Ghislaine Maxwell, Released…

The 2016 deposition of Ghislaine Maxwell was released publicly today [pdf here] where she gave evasive answers and denials to key questions about her role in facilitating the activity of her long-time friend and boss Jeffrey Epstein.

Within the deposition Ms. Maxwell is combative, evasive and denies any unlawful conduct or wrongdoing when faced with specific questions about her recruitment of under-aged girls to support the sexual exploits of Mr. Epstein and his friends.

(New York Times)  […] On Thursday, however, Ms. Maxwell offered her fullest response yet to the swirl of claims surrounding Mr. Epstein as a four-year-old deposition was released. In it, she put up a wall of evasions and denials.

Over and over again in the 465-page document, Ms. Maxwell, 58, rejected accusations of wrongdoing. She denied that she had recruited minors to give Mr. Epstein sexual massages. She denied that she knew he was abusing girls and young women. She denied having engaged in sexual acts herself with underage people.

Jeffrey Epstein Sex Trafficking Co-Conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell Arrested – Indictment pdf…

The FBI and DOJ from the Southern District of New York (SDNY) have finally made a move to arrest Ghislaine Maxwell, the co-conspirator, manager, and socialite who facilitated the sex trafficking network of Jeffrey Epstein. [pdf to indictment]

Interestingly, very interestingly, the current indictment focuses exclusively on the period of 1994 to 1997.  DOJ Press Release: “The Indictment unsealed today alleges that between at least in or about 1994 through 1997, MAXWELL and co-conspirator Jeffrey Epstein exploited girls as young as 14, including by enticing them to travel and transporting them for the purpose of engaging in illegal sex acts.”

This timing aspect is interesting because in Epstein’s original indictment there were two time periods of focus: First, the mid-90’s which aligns with Maxwell today; and second, a conspiracy from 2002 through 2005 which included facilitating “employees.”  It will be interesting to see if the conspiracy charges released today generate more arrests related to the ¹three Epstein employees who facilitated sexual abuse of minors in ’04 and ’05.

Ms. Maxwell, 58, faces charges including the transporting a minor for the purposes of criminal sexual activity and conspiring to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts.  There are a total of six counts within the grand jury indictment unsealed today.

Evidence Surfaces Supporting Sexual Assault Claim Against Joe Biden…

Ms. Tara Reade worked as a Senate staffer for Joe Biden in 1993. After making a recent allegation accusing the former Vice-President and then-senator, about his forcibly kissing her, touching her and penetrating her with his fingers without her consent, the media went into full defense mode to protect their candidate.

Current Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden suffers from dementia. The Biden campaign has denied the assault and said it “absolutely did not happen.” Ms. Reade said she reported the assault to people in the Senate at the time, but no-one took any action against Senator Biden.  As a result Ms. Reade left her position and returned home.

Ms. Reade told a few people about the assault at the time it happened, including her mom. Ms. Reade’s mother passed away in 2016; however, a recent video/audio from Tara Reade’s mother calling-in to the Larry King television show in 1993 seems to corroborate the background of the original claim. New York Times Investigates Biden – Only Finds: Inappropriate Hugs, Unwanted Kisses, and Uncomfortable Touching…

In a transparent effort to support their nominee the New York Times did an “investigation” of Joe Biden to evaluate the merit to the sexual assault claims made by Ms. Tara Reade, a former senate staffer.

As The Times outlines: “last year, Ms. Reade and seven other women came forward to accuse Mr. Biden of kissing, hugging or touching them in ways that made them feel uncomfortable. Ms. Reade told The Times then that Mr. Biden had publicly stroked her neck, wrapped his fingers in her hair and touched her in ways that made her uncomfortable.”

Obviously the Times was not going to find their candidate guilty of any wrongdoing.  However, the Times had to twist themselves into pretzels in their effort to protect their nominee.  As people started laughing, eventually the Times had to delete their tweet:

…”No other allegation about sexual assault surfaced in the course of reporting, nor did any former Biden staff members corroborate any details of Ms. Reade’s allegation. The Times found no pattern of sexual misconduct by Mr. Biden.”… (link)
