Will this finally be the tipping point where people recognize that Glenn Beck is an unstable, self-centered nutter?  Too soon to tell.  It will be interesting to see how his partner Dana Loesch responds/aligns on this.
Last year it was the insufferable “Soccer Ball and Teddy Bear Tour” for illegal aliens.  In February of this year he stated he swore off the Republican party forever and would never return.  Now Beck mounts a full-throated attack against Sarah Palin…..  As previously stated, the Donald Trump campaign is putting a spotlight on the festering underbelly of corporatist political media.  Beck being a big part of that.

Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president. His unsecured border crisis is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, “no mas.”

Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. This is his fundamental transformation of America. It’s the only promise he has kept.
Discrediting the price paid for America’s exceptionalism over our history, he’s given false hope and taxpayer’s change to millions of foreign nationals who want to sneak into our country illegally. Because of Obama’s purposeful dereliction of duty an untold number of illegal immigrants will kick off their shoes and come on in, competing against Americans for our jobs and limited public services.
There is no end in sight as our president prioritizes parties over doing the job he was hired by voters to do. Securing our borders is obviously fundamental here; it goes without saying that it is his job.  (more…)

[Via Mediaite]  MSNBC daytime host Martin Bashir has resigned from MSNBC following controversial remarks he made about Sarah Palin, MSNBC president Phil Griffin announced on Wednesday.
“Martin Bashir resigned today, effective immediately. I understand his decision and I thank him for three great years with MSNBC,”  Griffin said in a written statement. “Martin is a good man and respected colleague  — we wish him only the best.”

Politico is floating a story that Bashir has been “suspended”.   Horse-pucky! Bashir will be back, he insulted Sarah Palin with extreme vulgarity and horrific disparagements.  That type of behavior is always rewarded, albeit behind closed doors.   His producers and his segment approvers put him on the fast track to a prime-time hosting slot, new company car and all the liberal perks a pontificating progressive  could earn.

Sources at the network said Bashir had been temporarily suspended from the network following graphic remarks he made last month about the former governor from Alaska. HatTip LandauMurphyFan –  As we have outlined the *real* war on women was actually constructed in the backroom of the Senate Chambers;  it goes under the auspices of Obamacare; it was manufactured by insufferable, political, manipulative left-wing liberals; it was based on lies and falsehoods, and it was born through deception and trickery.
Why is Obamacare considered a ‘war-on-families’?  Quite simply because in the vast majority of U.S. households women are the key decision makers regarding their family healthcare plans.    Subsequently anything that impedes desire, deconstructs ability, or reduces freedom for a woman to care for her family, is viewed appropriately as ‘in opposition to’ a families’ best interest.
The Matt Walsh Blog sent a call out to the blogosphere (email addy:  [email protected])  requesting people to send in real-life examples of how Obamacare is impacting people.   Notably, almost every response is from women who are awakening to the new Obamacare realities.  What follows are a few examples:

I’m a 12-hr night shift nurse in a hospital (the irony). I work part time so that my husband and I can trade off caring for our one-year-old (he’s a firefighter who works 24 hrs on- 48 off on a rotation).

My manager called me and stated I would have to, because of Obamacare- related insurance cost restraints , etc (her words), either go up on the number of hours I work each week or become a per diem employee. Did I mention I’m 6 months pregnant? So, I had to decide whether to go up to working more hours than our family can handle or go “per diem” in which case I’d immediately lose all the paid sick leave I’ve been earning, hoping to use for maternity leave, as well as lose a short term disability policy I’ve been paying for which would also help with maternity leave. Guess which we chose? How on earth do you plan for the future with the future shape-shifting constantly on the whims of egomaniacal and out-of-touch politicians? Thank goodness for a supportive and geographically close extended family.

Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Rand Paul and a few others, did a better job at exposing the *real* side, the hidden side of the establishment Republicans, than ever before.
That –regardless of the pain in recognition– is a big win.
Rule #1 in any conflict is KNOW YOUR ENEMY.   I have personally always explained it a little further, saying:  Know your enemy, not as they wish to be known, but rather as they know themselves.

When you know your enemy as he knows himself – you are able to see all of the associations and intents clearly. The distant horizon gets much closer and you do not to spend time trying to analyze the back-lit shadow.
When the enemy is known as they know themselves – you can make strategic decisions in your own best interests, and you don’t have to waste time identifying all those angles normally considered when you are in a relationship of tenable trust.
Secondly, failure to accept the intent of the enemy does not protect you from it.   Being blind to the intentions of your opposition is automatic entry into a room of weakness because you will always be evaluating yourself from a position of risk management.
Being fully aware of the intents of the opposition allows you to draw bold distinctions based on principle; and empowers your decisionmaking from a position of strength.  There is, quite simply, no longer anything to fear, and solutions become far easier to determine.
