Perfect – Everything in the First Loser Fox News Debate Summarized in One Singular Moment – Clowns to the Left, Jokers to the Right

There’s no reason to chase down soundbites of Adderall Ron taking Casey’s meds again and nodding wide-eyed like a bobblehead going over a railroad track, or Chris Christie taking coordinated payments from the corporations to hit Trump, or wind-testing Nikki looking to formulate her positions based on audience cheers and jeers, or Mike Pence waxing philosophically about distractions to his swamp defense, or any of the other myriad of transparently obvious motives and intentions of the corporate consulting class.

A person really only needs to watch this one segment to see all of the machinations from Fox News in alignment with the actors on stage.

Starting with the ever-insufferable Martha MacCallum teeing up the pretense with the oft familiar Bret Baier raise your hand question.  There is so much in this segment, you guys -super smart and full of intellectual honesty- just write about it in the comment section, and I will enjoy a non-pretending review.

Full credit to Ramaswamy for his non pretense, and the brilliant stare at Adderall Ron as he awaits the poll testing followers.  Ramaswamy leads, then the South Carolina coalition join, then Bergum goes limp up, then Ron looks over and realizes he better join, which triggers Pence and finally Krispy.   It’s all perfect.  All of it. Perfect in the way it encapsulates the entire field of followers. Just perfect.

Additionally, I cannot stop laughing at the human cabbage patch doll, Bret Baier, needing to turn around to the audience to protect Krispy from the jeers.  Too much funny – all of it.  WATCH:

Vivek Ramaswamy singing:

…”clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right – here I am, stuck in the middle with snooze”…

President Trump and Tucker Carlson Draw Over 75 Million Views in First Hour

This is funny.  People wondered about the strategic benefit of broadcasting a Tucker Carlson interview with President Donald Trump as opposed to the “first-loser” GOPe debate in Wisconsin.

Well, considering that Fox News, if lucky, is likely to draw around 10 million viewers… President Trump and Tucker Carlson drew 75 million!

There were 20 million impressions in the first 10 minutes.  Yeah, methinks the silent majority is bigly Trump.

Rupert Murdoch and Fox News Implement the Strongest Corporate Broadcast Controls, All Intended to Control Debate Discussion

The multinationals and corporate media conglomerates all have a vested stake in the outcome of the 2024 election.  The parent corporations are all aligned with the Wall Street globalist agenda. As a result, all of the broadcast and cable outlets have a singularity of focus to support the elimination of President Trump.

Yes, when you drill corporatism down to its least common denominator, it’s the money motive – every single time.

Fox News is hosting the GOP first-loser debate, and Fox News is worried about their scripted theatrics being destroyed by the new media apparatus that now dominates the discussion.  The old guard are trying to flex, trying to maintain control, but the insurgent rebellion is much stronger.  The corporate media are squeezing Jello tightly in a closed fist…

.

I’ve got two words for the Fox News Corporation, and they ain’t Merry Christmas!

Rebellion members need to double down hard and destroy these clowns.

RNC Confirms Eight Corporate Candidates Qualified for Fox News Debate

How two of these candidates were able to qualify just boggles the mind.  Then again, we have to reset that old brain muscle memory and remind ourselves this is all grand theatre created to give the illusion of something entirely different.

I mean, how do Doug Burgum and Asa Hutchinson have enough support to appear on a GOP debate stage, unless the script writers are working the backroom angles to get them a podium spot?

With President Trump refusing to walk into the trap, according to the RNC statement, the eight people who qualify for the Fox News first loser debate are: (1) Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, (2) businessperson Vivek Ramaswamy, (3) former Vice President Mike Pence, (4) former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley, (5) Senator Tim Scott (R-S.C.), (6) former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, (7) North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum and (8) former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

I’m not sure how many people are planning to tune into the irrelevant debate; let me know if you want an open thread with livestream in the comment section.

Meanwhile, in a national poll released today, President Trump continues to extend his insurmountable lead as the support of the American electorate keeps growing.

Inside the FiveThirtyEight (Premise Poll) of registered voters: President Trump leads with 60% of the vote, the next closest candidate is Ron DeSantis with 16%, followed by Ramaswamy at 6%, Pence at 4%, Tim Scott at 3%, Nikki Haley at 3% and Chris Christie at 1%.

Ron DeSantis Drops to Fourth Place in Latest New Hampshire Polling

The Florida Governor is in a pickle and this poll was taken before Ron DeSantis called the Trump supporters “listless vessels.”   According to the latest GOP polling from New Hampshire [Data Here] the insufferable DeSantis has dropped to fourth place behind President Trump, Chris Christie, and Vivek Ramaswamy.

Fox News and the RNC are furious that President Trump will not attend the first-loser debate in Wisconsin tomorrow.

On behalf of Rupert Murdoch and the Sea Island crew, Brett Baier must hold deep angst that he will not be able to support the Special Counsel Jack Smith effort by peppering Trump with legal questions about the ongoing cases. Baier was almost certainly going to use the opportunity with Mike Pence on the stage to grill Trump about J6 and documents at Mar-a-Lago. Now the DOJ will have to look for another approach.

Sunday Talks, CBS Poll Shows President Trump Extending Lead Ahead of First-Loser Debate

CBS has produced another poll [DATA HERE] just ahead of the first-loser GOPe debate in Wisconsin. President Trump, with 62% support, holds a whopping 46-point lead in the 2024 GOP primary election, as Ron DeSantis continues to collapse in national and early state polls.

For the billionaire Wall Street donors, multinationals and corporate funders of the DeSantis campaign, the scale of epic fail is off the charts.  Never before have so few given so much for so little.  It pains Margaret Brennan to pretend so much. WATCH:

.

[Transcript – MARGARET BRENNAN: We turn now to the 2024 campaign and our new CBS News poll shows former President Trump with his biggest lead yet this cycle with support of 62 percent of Republican primary voters surveyed. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has dropped since our last survey. He’s now at 16 percent. And the rest of the field remains in single digits as most of them prepare for the primary debate coming up later this week.

Our elections and surveys director Anthony Salvanto is here with us.

Anthony, it’s great to see you in person.

ANTHONY SALVANTO: Good to see you.

MARGARET BRENNAN: So, does it matter to these primary voters if Donald Trump is on that stage or not?

ANTHONY SALVANTO: Well, he’s not in a competitive race right now. Right now they would nominate him and it would be not close. It would be an easy win for him.

Candidate Ron DeSantis Says MAGA Supporters Are “listless vessels” Who “follow whatever comes down the pike on Truth Social”…

Feeling empowered after his boost from Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp, a man of notoriously intemperate disposition, presidential candidate Ron DeSantis begins the process to align himself with the neocon establishment and labeling Donald Trump supporters as “listless vessels” devoid of principle, who simply “follow whatever comes down the pike from Truth Social every morning.”

Appearing with a young millennial wearing a beaver tail on his head, namely Will Witt from the Florida Standard, Ron DeSantis outlines his opinion that the MAGA movement is only driven by the support of President Donald Trump, a person who has exhausted his usefulness in awakening the electorate.  As a result, the high-minded superior intellects of the Republican Party now need to step in, reestablish the core values of the conservative movement, and put the squirming MAGA children in their play pens.

You can watch the entire interview below; I’m just prompting it to the part that best highlights the sanctimonious arrogance of a dim-witted candidate who really doesn’t carry his own policies, only those of the managers and branding consultants that create his talking points.  WATCH:

What the insufferable DeSantis and his branding/image consultants pretend not to know, is that President Trump’s America First policies are the driving force behind the MAGA movement.  Those policies consist of three main attributes that are non-existent in any other candidate:

Immigration.  The construct of a southern border wall, denial of illegal entry and a return to immigration border controls that block illegal aliens.

Economics.  The implementation of MAGAnomics that puts incentives behind Made In America.  Baseline tariffs on all imports. The removal of the 70-year-old one-way Marshal plan for tariffs on USA products into the EU.  Reciprocal tariffs against all nations who participate in bilateral Free Trade Agreements, and a return to America first manufacturing independence.

Foreign Policy.  The withdrawal of USA interventionist foreign policy. The respect of national borders and national policies that are the outcome of the independent will of people within sovereign nations.  The primary responsibility of NATO funding, support and activity, to the member states of the European Union. The use of USA economic strength as a national security weapon.

Those three pillars form the baseline of the America First policy that President Trump represents.  No other candidate comes even close to the policies therein.  President Trump represents the vessel we are using to force the professional political class to accept these policy priorities. MAGA is a set of policies uniquely attributed to President Trump, because only Trump willingly represents those policies.

The GOPe know this; so too does Ron DeSantis and his handlers.  Every candidate in the Republican field understands this set of policies, and they have been paid by the multinational donors to pretend they do not know.  Their collective GOPe mission is to destroy the policy platform; therefore, they must attack the core of the Trump supporters by pretending not to know.

Ain’t That a Peach, Ron DeSantis Holds Private Meeting with Brian Kemp in Georgia

The tripwire was clearly outlined before {GO DEEP} as all the indicators were in place.

If you have followed the background, the purpose of Ron DeSantis meeting privately today with Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, is very clear.   Georgia is the fulcrum state of the 2024 Sea Island “Roadmap for Ron.”

(Via Politico) Ron DeSantis met privately with Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on Friday, the latest in his effort to fortify relationships with three Republican governors alienated by Donald Trump.

The meeting, at a hotel in Buckhead, Georgia, preceded DeSantis’ appearance at a gathering of presidential candidates hosted by conservative talk radio host Erick Erickson. The two talked for about 30 minutes and did not discuss an endorsement, according to two people familiar with the meeting.

[…] Kemp represents one of the most critical general election swing states in the country, and the meeting Friday comes on the heels of Trump’s indictment in the state.

Earlier this week, Kemp ripped into Trump’s false claims about voter fraud there, writing, “For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward — under oath — and prove anything in a court of law. Our elections in Georgia are secure, accessible, and fair and will continue to be as long as I am governor. The future of our country is at stake in 2024 and that must be our focus.”

Polling Trend Solidifying – Trump Over 60%, DeSantis Dropping Well Behind Ramaswamy

This is the fifth in a row of recent polls showing the complete collapse of Ron DeSantis.  Fortunately, there may be no further reason to discuss his election viability, and it may be well worth just waiting for his campaign withdrawal announcement.

As CTH suspected, DeSantis has followed a similar path as former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.  Both candidates were driven by the financing of billionaire donors behind them.  A campaign created around the shell of a candidate  – devoid of personal intent or internal purpose for running, while being driven only by shallow self-interest and attached to the policy of the funding mechanism – is always a structure for failure.

[Daily Signal] – […] With support from 60% of Republican primary voters, Trump commands a 47-point advantage over his nearest competitor in Scott Rasmussen’s latest national survey.

The poll from RMG Research Inc. was in the field Aug. 11-14, before news of Trump’s indictment in Fulton County, Georgia. The margin of error for the full sample is +/- 3.1 percentage points.

Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, who tallied 13%, made the biggest gains over the past two months, rising from 3% in Rasmussen’s June 21-22 poll. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is third in the new poll with 8%, dropping 7 percentage points since Rasmussen’s Aug. 7-8 survey. (read more

DeSantis never had the skills to be a strong presidential candidate.  Additionally, he’s not that smart, and once the facade around him started to fall away, people saw the real person, the weakness, not the carefully fabricated image his handlers tried to create over the prior 3 years.

The most unfortunate outcome is not that DeSantis is failing, it’s that speaking from a position of freedom and liberty, Florida was a better place prior to his election in 2018.  While he managed the COVID-19 pandemic reasonably well, the state he governed has been messed up by DeSantis’ total control of the state legislature just to give him the illusion of social policy ‘wins’.  I don’t like the thought of what comes next in the big gov takeover using the tools he created. It’s a hot mess.

New Hampshire Poll – Trump Dominates, DeSantis Slips to Single Digits Behind Chris Christie

Donald Trump continues to dominate the field in New Hampshire, with the competition for first loser position taking shape.  At this point, none of the other GOP candidates are in a position to win any delegates, and the second highest polling lane is Undecided with 13%.

Undecided passed by I Don’t Know shortly before the Iowa fair.  Apparently, putting sticks in eggs as a skill exhibited by the Florida governor was not enough to convince the Live Free or Die people of his leadership.  It seems Chris Christie, who did not need the optics of being surrounded by multiple food stalls, benefited the most since the last poll within New Hampshire.  [DATA HERE]

Together with the 8% egg handler, Mike “I don’t care” Pence seems to have lost the most support in New Hampshire, dropping to 1%, and will now put all his efforts into Iowa. Randhawa and Ramaswamy are holding steady at 4% and 3% respectively. Lisa Murkowski’s BFF is smiling big with 6% hoping to catch the meatball.

New Hampshire – […]  Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie surpassed DeSantis for second-place in the Republican field: 9% of voters support his 2024 bid, while 8% support DeSantis.

“DeSantis has been the alternative to Trump in Emerson polling this presidential cycle. This is the first time we have seen DeSantis drop out of second place in our polling, and fall back into the pack of candidates,” Kimball said. (link)
