The Martin County Sheriffs’ office has promised to release all the information around the Trump assassination attempt in Florida to the public.  This morning the sheriff’s office released the body cam footage from the arrest of Ryan Wesley Routh.

According to new information, suspect Ryan Routh spent almost 12 hours lying in wait for the former president at his golf course, according to court documents. Ryan Wesley Routh took up position at the Trump International Golf Course in Florida just before 2am on Sunday, officials said, citing data from the 58-year-old’s mobile phone. He camped at the spot, where he was concealed in the tree line, with food and an assault rifle until 1:31pm, when he was allegedly spotted by President Trump’s security team and fled in a black Nissan without opening fire.

Ryan Routh was arrested on I-95 as he fled the area.  The body camera footage released shows his arrest. WATCH:

The full briefing video is below.  There are also preliminary pictures of the suspect.  I would note the nervousness of the FBI agent in charge.

Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw: Secret Service was able to spot a rifle sticking out of the bushes and fired on the suspect some 300-400 yards away.

In the bushes where the suspect ran from, the Secret Service or law enforcement found an AK-47-style rifle with a scope, 2 backpacks that had ceramic tile at them, and a GoPro for taking photos.

Bradshaw also says he has photos of everything that they will release. Bradshaw: “Fortunately, we were able to locate a witness that came to us and said, “Hey, I saw the guy running out of the bushes, he jumped into a black Nissan, and I took a picture of the vehicle and the tags, which was great.” Said the Secret Service agent who spotted this and opened fire did a “fantastic job.”

The main point is that President Trump is okay and was not injured by gunfire that took place near his location at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach.  Details are freshly coming through.

UPDATE:  “ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION”  A man with an AK-style rifle pointed the firearm’s muzzle into Donald Trump’s golf club in West Palm Beach, Florida, as the former president was playing a round, prompting the U.S. Secret Service to open fire, according to three law enforcement officials. (More AP Details Below)

The former president is safe and unharmed, and the FBI says it is investigating “what appears to be an attempted assassination” of the Republican presidential candidate.

The person dropped the weapon and fled in an SUV, and was later taken into custody in a neighboring county, the officials said. The officials were not authorized to discuss the ongoing investigation and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.

An AK-style firearm was recovered at the scene near Trump International Golf Club West Palm Beach, two of the officials said. And no injuries were reported.

President Trump and his opponent Kamala Harris were both asked the exact same question about what they could immediately do with policy to improve the economic status of Americans.

This provides a very specific compare and contrast opportunity.   Kamala Harris delivers a strange, disconnected and unintelligible word salad in her response, never answering the question.  President Trump gives three specific and immediate tax policy changes to benefit three specific groups of working Americans.  WATCH the first question and answer of both videos:

Robert F Kennedy Jr’s former Vice-Presidential running mate, Nicole Shanahan, continues to finance and produce high quality video content intended to unite the Donald Trump and RFK Jr movements while persuading moderate democrats to join the assembly. [Source Link]

In this video Mrs Shanahan draws attention to the false and malicious narrative done by the hardwired leftists, communists and corporate financial groups who have Alinsky’d the MAGA movement for almost a decade.  It is a very well-done production intended to stimulate a deeper review by those who perhaps only pay slight attention to national politics.  WATCH:

The message is good.  The intent is good. The part of the Kennedy/Shanahan process that continues to befuddle me is not actually them.  Instead, it’s the DNC/MSM and left-wing corporate group’s silence about parts of this unity message they would normally jump on.

Yesterday, Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service, Ronald Rowe, briefed members of the House and Senate about the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump.

Following the briefing Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn), told reporters that lawmakers “will have a report very, very soon that I think will absolutely shock the American people about the lapses and lags in protection that was afforded that day and the breakdown in communication, failure and responsibility.” Apparently, the USSS is going to use the ‘mistakes were made‘ justification for the failures in protection. (WASHINGTON DC) – Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe spoke with members of both the House and Senate in closed sessions Thursday to discuss the July 13 assassination attempt on former President Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Rowe briefed members in both chambers about the agency’s interim report examining the USSS’s security lapses that led to a gunman being able to scale a nearby building and open fire on Trump, just minutes into his rally.

According to Robert F Kennedy Jr, if he had accepted the position of Vice President to Donald Trump, the White House would have to place him under house arrest after approximately 3 days.  Apparently, if RFK Jr is to be believed, he intends to defy any constraints or limits put on him by President Trump should he win the 2024 election.

I will politely note for the record that I anticipate RFK Jr being a considerable problem for President Trump’s administration.  I hope I am wrong, but the vibe from this guy only goes in one direction.  Watch and see for yourself:

There is another segment shared below that highlights the perspective of Robert F Kennedy Jr toward President Donald Trump.  Watch as RFK Jr gleefully notes, for some reason that is seemingly important to him, how he successfully sued Donald Trump before.

In addition to discussing the details of President Trump offering him the VP role, what is the value to the Trump 2024 campaign from RFK Jr continuously talking about him filing lawsuits against Donald Trump?   How is that helpful?
