Horrific.  Armed man driving around Kalamazoo Michigan area targeting random people and shooting them.  Sketchy details.

Update 1:30am: Possible Arrest –  Kalamazoo Police Chief Jeff Hadley says that a “strong possible suspect” is in custody after six people were shot and killed in Kalamazoo County. (link)

KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. — Police said they are searching for a suspect who is driving around the area and randomly shooting at people.

Kalamazoo County Undersheriff Paul Matyas confirms to FOX 17 that six people have been shot and killed at a Cracker Barrel and a car dealership.

Four people were killed at the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Texas Township, while two were killed at Seelye KIA on Stadium Drive.

Matyas said they believe the suspect, a white man in his 50s, is driving a blue Chevy HHR like the one pictured (link)

Christopher Marquez is a decorated war hero (Bronze Star), he was recently attacked by a group of Black Lives Matter supporters and advocates. The story of his attack is outlined in this recent ABC News report:

The police have released the following CCTV video of the attackers in an effort to capture the criminals.

The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying and locating three persons of interest in reference to an Aggravated Assault and Robbery (Pickpocket) incident which occurred in the 900 block of E Street, NW, on Friday, February 12, 2016 at approximately 9:40 PM. Mohamed Barry, 30, carried a machete into an Ohio restaurant and began chopping at people.

However, Barry was known to the FBI, and was in their suspect database because of prior radical jihadist threats he made.

But that didn’t stop the Columbus police spokesman Rich Weiner from proclaiming:

“There’s nothing to lead us to believe this is anything more than a random attack.”

I doubt there is severe enough sarcasm possible here; because everyone knows “random attack” is generally defined as a self-proclaimed Muslim jihadist walking into a kosher deli, which coincidentally is named, Nazareth Restaurant and Deli, and chopping people up with a machete.

C’mon, happens all the time – right?  Nothing to see here folks, move along, step right this way… move along now.  Pay no attention to the Jihad near the counter.

We tracked these for more than two years because the MSM refused to admit they were taking place. We identified 28 victims in 2014 alone, multiple victims and multiple murders. More attacks continued to take place in 2015 as noted HERE and HERE.  Now today:

( VIA ABC NEWS) Police in New Jersey are investigating an apparent attack after a video was posted on social media.

The video appeared on Facebook this week and shows someone throwing a punch, appearing to knock out an unsuspecting victim. The person shooting the video can be heard encouraging the attacker. Paterson police called the video disturbing and thanked residents who reported it. (more…)

The Maryland Appeals Court has stepped in to halt the trial against Officer Caesar Goodson on the day jury selection was scheduled to begin.   In an earlier appellate court ruling the forced testimony of accused police officer William Porter was blocked.  The State’s cases are falling apart due to inept legal application and ideological motives to prosecute.

Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby is now claiming without Porter’s testimony her cases against both Caesar Goodson and Alicia White will not stand:

[…] not being able to call Porter as a witness would “result in irreparable harm to the People of Maryland by effectively gutting their government’s prosecution” of two of the officers. (link)

IOWA – Not long ago, Iowa’s Terry Branstad gained distinction as the longest-serving governor in U.S. history, pushing past the 20-year, 11-month mark with two years still remaining in his record-setting sixth term.

To call him an Iowa institution is a bit like saying they grow a lot of corn in the countryside, or that it gets cold in the winter.

Part of Branstad’s appeal is a studious anti-charisma. He is a dull speaker, conservative in a mainstream Republican manner and, while personally gracious, not the least bit dynamic. Think pressed turkey and mayonnaise on white bread. (more…)

Baltimore Six Trial Update – As many readers expected, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals Chief Judge Peter B. Krauser placed an immediate “stay” on an earlier ruling by Baltimore Judge Williams which was forcing officer William Porter to testify in the case against officer Caesar Goodson.

The higher court “stayed Judge William’s ruling”. That means the Williams order is temporarily suspended until the higher court can make a ruling determining if the decision violates Porter’s constitutional rights.

[…]  The order does not call for the trial of Officer Caesar R. Goodson Jr. to be postponed as the matter is worked out. Jury selection is scheduled for Monday. (link)

Judge Williams was so far beyond wrong in his judicial decision, driven entirely by ideology, it is intensely doubtful the full appeals court would/will allow such an obvious violation of Porter’s fifth amendment right.
