There is a widely discussed interview between President Obama and David Axelrod being discussed today where Obama claims his legacy would have reelected him, if only… etc.
However, the single least discussed aspect to the interview content itself is the reemergence of a truism no-one ever pays attention to. Just like the Clinton Clan before them, the Obama Clan have no actual home.

President Reagan had his ranch in California; President George HW Bush had his home in Kennebunkport; President ‘Dubya’ Bush had Crawford, Texas; but just like President Clinton, President Obama has no central base; travelers never do.
Specifically because of a life determined by self-interest ideology, when the time comes to dismount the high horse there’s a common inability of Clinton and Obama to do so. There is a very specific dynamic, a symptomatic common connection.

…”and we will win, and you will win, and we will keep on winning, and eventually you will say we can’t take all of this winning, …please Mr. Trump …and I will say, NO, we will win, and we will keep on winning”. ~ Donald Trump
It is jaw-dropping (to me personally), how many “conservative voices” cannot yet grasp the paradigm shift President-Elect Trump is creating within the architecture of government; ie. competence and efficiency constructs to replace all prior political filters which were based on special interests, lobbyists, and corporate financial motivations.
Honey Badger Trump don’t give a s**t about all that came before, or customary norms, or the feelings of those within the systems being torn asunder. Godzilla Trump is approaching this devoid of IOU’s and with a clear desk.
Donald Trump is building a team to execute an America-First agenda. Fullstop. Not to talk about it; not to consider the special interests of those within it; not to nuance, shift, nudge the proverbial action; not to meet with K-Street; not to negotiate a deal with Wall Street – but rather to actually construct and implement a wide scale massive productive institutional change with all activity in government, with one guiding principle: what is in the American peoples’ largest and best interest.

(New York, NY) – President-elect Donald J. Trump today announced his intent to nominate Chairman of the House Budget Committee Congressman Tom Price, M.D. (GA-06) as Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services and Seema Verma as Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Reason #756 Why Donald Trump won the election…
Oh brother, is this video ever epic and telling. Maria Bartiromo interviews Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber on the impact of ObamaCare on small business and U.S. economic growth.
The cognitive dissonance of Gruber is gobsmacking. I can’t even describe it, just watch:

President Obama held a press conference today covering a wide variety of topics including incoming President-Elect Donald Trump. President Obama seems to blame Secretary Clinton for not campaigning in various regions that should have been more important.
On the subject of Donald Trump’s victory and the rebuke of the Obama legacy, the level of denial by President Obama is off the charts, quite remarkable.

Exactly as we shared three days ago the design of ObamaCare is to collapse the healthcare system in cost increases. Today, ObamaCare key architect admits the law is working as designed, and incredibly admits his desire to see a larger “mandate penalty” enforced:
CNN’s CAROL COSTELLO: “So let’s talk about how exactly you can fix Obamacare. I just need you to be specific because I think people really want answers. So Hillary Clinton says she can fix Obamacare. So what would one fix that would drive premiums down?”
JONATHAN GRUBER: “Look, once again, there’s no sense it has to be fixed. The law is working as designed. However, it could work better. And I think, probably the most important things experts would agree on is we need a larger mandate penalty“…
[ Just as we previously shared ] ObamaCare was never designed *not* to overwhelm you with the shifting of massive costs. ObamaCare was designed to crush you in costs.

There is a talking point about Obamacare failing as the cost shifts are too extreme upon the participating (paying) electorate, etc.
[…] State insurance regulators across the country have approved health care premium increases higher than those requested by insurers, despite a national effort to keep rates for policies sold on Affordable Care Act exchanges from skyrocketing, a USA TODAY analysis shows. (read article)
The underlying argument is a fundamentally flawed premise. ObamaCare was never designed *not* to overwhelm you with the shifting of massive costs. ObamaCare was designed to crush you in costs.

ObamaCare architects (ex. J Gruber) had three key political special interest groups from K-street involved. The primary two were Labor Unions and Corporations (Wall Street); the secondary (useful politically only) group was social progressives.

If the issues were not so ultimately important this would be laughable. Bill Clinton admits today, during a speech in Flint Michigan, that ObamaCare is a complete mess for the average middle class American.
The ObamaCare plan to cover the 32 million uninsured has resulted in 25 million getting some form of subsidized coverage, while everyone who did have health insurance before ObamaCare is kicked in the teeth…. Gee, um, who didn’t see this years ago.
Interestingly, Bill’s solution today (as outlined) is exactly what we predicted it would be back in 2011/2012 when we warned everyone that Hillary Clinton would be running for office in 2016 and her healthcare solution would be to push everyone into Medicare. SEE HERE
Back in 2011, 2012, and 2013 we warned everyone this would be happen: (more…)
“Brexit Voters Were Angry” – “Donald Trump’s supporters are angry“.
At this point, if you are on the team still trying to convince anyone that this entire assembly of our union is headed in the right direction, well, you might want to revisit your proximity to the 2016 election ballpark. Because you’re probably not just out of the city – but you’re also out of the same state the election ballpark is located in…..
There’s a level of anger far deeper and more consequential than expressed rage or visible behavior, it’s called Cold Anger.
Cold Anger does not need to go to violence. For those who carry it, no conversation is needed when we meet. You cannot poll or measure it; specifically most who carry it avoid discussion. And that decision has nothing whatsoever to do with any form of correctness.

We watched the passage of Obamacare at 1:38am on the day before Christmas Eve in 2009. We watched the Senate, then the House attempt passing Amnesty in 2014. We’ve watched the $900 billion Stimulus Bill being spent each year, every year, for seven consecutive years. Omnibus, Porkulous, QE1, QE2, Bailouts, Crony-Capitalism.
Cold Anger absorbs betrayal silently, often prudently.
We’ve waited each year, every year, for eight years, to see a federal budget, only to be given another $2 trillion Omnibus spending bill by Speaker Ryan. We’ve watched the ridiculing of cops, the riots, and the lack of support for laws, or their enforcement. We’ve been absorbing.
Cold Anger is not hatred, it is far more purposeful.
Cold Anger takes notice of the liars, even from a great distance – seemingly invisible to the mob. Cold Anger will still hold open the door for the riot goer. Mannerly. We’ve watched our borders being intentionally unsecured. We’ve watched Islamic Terrorists slaughter Americans as our politicians proclaim their uncertainty of motive.
Cold Anger when evidenced is more severe because it is more strategic. Eric Cantor, the Brexit and Donald Trump might aide your understanding.

We have closely followed the relationship between the professional community organizers, social justice warriors and political interests for too long not to notice when they find common cause and converge in unity.
It certainly appears the various sub-sets of political influence, and the globalists who coordinate the financial support for them, the far-left and far-right, have united with the common purpose of eliminating the nationalist risk, Donald Trump. (note the flag)

Additionally, it would be dishonest not to accept the recent meeting in Sea Island Georgia brought together many of the financial stakeholders who view candidate Trump as a clear and present danger to their globalist intentions. The odds of so many far-left members of the elite billionaire class meeting with Karl Rove inc. for anything less than a strategy session would be obtuse in the extreme.
[…] Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google co-founder Larry Page, Napster creator and Facebook investor Sean Parker, and Tesla Motors and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk all attended. So did Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), political guru Karl Rove, House Speaker Paul Ryan, GOP Sens. Tom Cotton (Ark.), Cory Gardner (Colo.), Tim Scott (S.C.), Rob Portman (Ohio) and Ben Sasse (Neb.), who recently made news by saying he “cannot support Donald Trump.”
Staying focused on the Bigger Issues being skipped by Presidential candidates.
Obamacare was never about providing more coverage or lowering the cost of said coverage. Obamacare was constructed in 2009/2010 for one reason and one reason only, to shift the cost of healthcare away from the private sector and into the hands of government.
The cost of union healthcare coverage was rising at an unsustainable rate. Union contracts were historically negotiated with exceptionally generous terms for Health Care Insurance plans and healthcare benefits as a whole.
In the short-term these contracts were great, however in the longer term these contracts were unsustainable.
Enter SEIU President Andy Stern, the 2009/2010 most frequent visitor to the White House. Stern, as head of the Service Employees International Union, was in a desperate situation – the pension and retirement benefits of his unionized workers was beyond the scope of receipts to keep pace. (more…)
