NEW YORK – NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams admitted Wednesday he was not aboard a helicopter hit and forced down by RPG fire during the invasion of Iraq in 2003, a false claim that has been repeated by the network for years.
Williams repeated the claim Friday during NBC’s coverage of a public tribute at a New York Rangers hockey game for a retired soldier that had provided ground security for the grounded helicopters, a game to which Williams accompanied him. In an interview with Stars and Stripes, he said he had misremembered the events and was sorry.
The admission came after crew members on the 159th Aviation Regiment’s Chinook that was hit by two rockets and small arms fire told Stars and Stripes that the NBC anchor was nowhere near that aircraft or two other Chinooks flying in the formation that took fire. Williams arrived in the area about an hour later on another helicopter after the other three had made an emergency landing, the crew members said. (more…)

GEORGIA – A Georgia middle school teacher has been suspended for 10 days after she responded to a “Black Lives Matter” Facebook photo by saying, “All lives matter.”
Eighth Street Middle School teacher Kelly Tucker posted that and the following on December 8 after seeing a Ferguson-related protest sign in her town’s Christmas parade:
“Its turned into a race matter. What about the thugs that beat the father in his vehicle because he didn’t slow down? What about the thugs that shot the college baseball player because they were bored? The list can go on and on. If the dude hadn’t have stolen, he would be alive. I think signs should read, take the hood off your head and pull up your dang pants and quit impregnating everybody. I’m tired of paying for these sorry [expletive] thugs. I would much rather my hard earned money, that the government takes, go to people who need it, such as abusive adults with children. Not to mention the animals that they beat and fight too. While U.S. citizens who don’t get vaccinated are also a factor in this year’s rising number of measles cases, he said it’s “a combination of non-compliance [with vaccine requirements] and introduction into our society of people who perhaps haven’t been well screened.”

(Via WFB) The State Department admitted on Monday that it misled reporters about a recent delegation of Muslim Brotherhood leaders and allies who were hosted for a meeting with officials at Foggy Bottom.

State Department spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki claimed last week that the controversial delegation of key Brotherhood leaders and allies had been “organized and funded by Georgetown University.”
However, the university denied this is the case when reached by the Washington Free Beacon.
Psaki clarified her original comments made on Jan. 29 during a Monday meeting with reporters. (more…)

And so it begins…. All of the relevant material is encapsulated within this Saint Louis Dispatch report. The juror obviously held an agenda, and manipulated his way onto the jury intent on creating antagonism.  He sat through the MURDER trial, then when it came to deliberations, presto – he sat in corner and refused to participate.

Result = Mistrial

ST. LOUIS • A five-day murder trial ended in a hung jury last week in St. Louis Circuit Court when one of the jurors sat in the corner of the jury room and refused to participate in deliberations.

The lone juror never cast a vote over the nine hours of deliberations, said the judge presiding at trial, St. Louis Circuit Judge Jimmie M. Edwards.
The jury forewoman wrote nine notes to the judge over two days, alerting him to the trouble they were having with “Juror 1317” in the secret deliberations of the jury room.
She told the judge that the dissident juror at first pretended he didn’t speak English. The man, about 40 years old, is from Somalia but does speak English and had no issues during jury selection or in reading a transcript during the trial itself, the judge said. The man later told the other jurors — and the judge — that it was against his religion to sit in judgment of someone else. Edwards said the man never mentioned anything of the sort during the selection process. (more…)

On October 8th, 2014, the black grievance industry (BGI) helped the “FTP” #Ferguson protestors coordinate the Occupy SLU movement at Saint Louis University. SLU is a private catholic university.
The BGI extorted the school to give race-based concessions including payoffs for black students, scholarships, black studies programs and additional aid for black students only. Apparently, the school president, Fred P. Pestello, Ph.D., acquiesced:
SAINT LOUIS – Saint Louis University has commissioned a sculpture to be erected on campus that administrators say they hope “captures the spirit and importance” of a weeklong “Occupy SLU” protest last fall on the urban campus that decried oppression, racism, racial profiling and police tactics.

For six days in mid-October, community activists refused to leave the St. Louis campus in a protest intended as an extension of the summertime riots that had wracked nearby Ferguson over the police shooting of Michael Brown.
Three social justice groups – Tribe X, the Metro St. Louis Coalition for Inclusion and Equality, and the Black Student Alliance – took over the campus and lived in tents around its clock tower. (more…)

Weasels and Measles

You have to see the humor in this one. Previously, in 2008, Hillary was seeking out the “Whole Foods Hopey-Changey voter” (so was Senator Obama) and so she was all about the possibility of Vaccinations causing autism.
Now, however, facing the popularity swing toward proper vaccination schedules – Hillary is all for them.

The funny aspect is how once again she has “reacted”, and besmirched her coddled constituency. If you actually look at the cultural and political ideology behind the faces of the anti-vaccination crowd you will still find their clustering in the vicinity of Whole Foods locations. Meaning the larger percentage of the anti-vaccination crowd are progressive Democrats. (more…)

The last time a federal budget was passed into law was September of 2007 for fiscal year 2008 and it was signed by President Bush. President Obama has not had a single day in office with a federal budget, EVER.

For the first time in six years President Obama will actually meet a statutorily required deadline for submitting a federal budget. The Executive Branch budget proposals are due by the first Monday in February; however Obama usually blows off the rules. I digress.
This 2016 proposal is a little disingenuous no?

…”The president’s budget features a six-year, $478 billion public works program for upgrading the nation’s infrastructure, including roads, railroads and ports”….

Didn’t congress spend $1,000,000,000,000.00 (trillion) on Obama’s “stimulus plan”, aka “shovel ready jobs”, aka “American Reinvestment and Recovery Act”, for public works in 2009/2010? And what exactly did we get out of that little expenditure?
WASHINGTON DC – President Obama will unveil a $4 trillion budget Monday, featuring an ambitious public works program, a one-time tax on foreign profits kept overseas by corporations, tax credits for middle-class Americans, and a 1.3 percent pay raise for federal employees and troops. (more…)
