In the state of Michigan, specifically Antrim County, there is an ongoing civil lawsuit into the electronic tabulation systems used in the 2020 election [Details Here].  The plaintiff in the case is William Bailey and his attorneys include the DePerno Law Office:  “We have the proof that voting machines used in the 2020 elections can be compromised and votes easily transferred from one candidate to another. We can flip votes at the tabulator/precinct level. We can flip votes at the county level. The American people are losing their voice for the future of our democracy. We must fight together for free and fair elections.”

Earlier today President Trump drew attention to this ongoing legal battle:

President Donald Trump – “At 6:31 in the morning on November 4th, a dump of 149,772 votes came in to the State of Michigan. Biden received 96% of those votes and the State miraculously went to him. Has the Michigan State Senate started their review of the Fraudulent Presidential Election of 2020 yet, or are they about to start? If not, they should be run out of office. Likewise, at 3:42 in the morning, a dump of 143,379 votes came in to the state of Wisconsin, also miraculously, given to Biden. Where did these “votes” come from? Both were State Election changing events, and that is on top of the other corruption without even including the fact that neither state got Legislative approval, which is required under the United States Constitution. The Bailey case in Michigan is the first time admissible evidence of how electronic voting systems can be manipulated is being presented before a court.

U.S District Judge Dabney Friedrich has ruled the CDC has exceeded its authority with the federal ban on evictions during the COVID response. [pdf ruling HERE]

The issue at the heart of the matter is one of private property rights.  As the judge stated: “The question for the Court is a narrow one – “Does the Public Health Service Act grant the CDC the legal authority to impose a nationwide eviction moratorium? It does not.”

(WASHINGTON) – Federal Judge Dabney Friedrich struck down on Wednesday the national eviction moratorium, potentially leaving millions of Americans at risk of losing their homes.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has banned most evictions across the country since September. President Joe Biden extended that protection to renters until July. Some 1 in 5 renters across the U.S. are behind on their payments amid the pandemic, and states are scrambling to disburse more than $45 billion in rental assistance. (read more)

American flags, veterans, patriotism, pride in America, courage, pride, honor, strength… all the things represented by the motorcycle group known as “Rolling Thunder” who have traditionally rallied on Memorial Day in Washington DC.  Unfortunately, all those adjectives are also things the intolerant leftists hate… So the Biden administration denies the group a parking permit.

WASHINGTON (7News) — The U.S. Department of Defense has denied a parking permit to the American Veterans or AmVets to stage a rallying point at the Pentagon ending a 32-year-old tradition on Memorial Day weekend for Rolling To Remember.

Now AmVets will try and secure RFK Stadium as an alternative staging area.

AmVets Executive Director Joe Chenelly tells the 7 News I-Team he received a call from the Pentagon Friday afternoon saying “A gentleman at the Pentagon told me that after careful consideration, our permit application was denied. He said considerations involved the continued spread of COVID-19 in the region and the nature of our event being that we are proposing a large gathering for an extended period of time.”

The federal reserve has announced they will support the economic agenda of the Biden administration by allowing rapid inflation.  The FED is trying to provide cover for JoeBama’s economic plan.  The era when the FED could impact inflation is long past.  However, the Joe Biden policy impact will be clear, immediate and concise.  The U.S. middle-class and blue-collar worker are about to be crushed under rising prices for consumable products.

Increases in inflation hit the working class (Main St) much harder than the investment class (Wall St) and financial elites.  Factually the multinationals benefit from U.S. inflation as it puts pressure on domestic companies to ship their manufacturing overseas.  Wall Street likes that.  This dynamic has been an issue not-discussed by the financial media for decades.   First, the Reuters article (when you see “commodity prices” think about the term “consumables”):

REUTERS – The U.S. Federal Reserve has signaled it will tolerate faster inflation for a time to cement the post-pandemic recovery and boost employment, but the side effect is likely to be a faster rise in commodity prices.

[…]  After its latest meeting on Wednesday, the Federal Open Market Committee confirmed it will seek to achieve the *twin objectives of maximum employment and inflation at the rate of 2% over the longer run.

[*NOTE: in the new era of global economics these two are mutually exclusive.  The FED is intentionally ignoring this point.]

[…] The committee noted price rises have been running persistently below target, so it aims to achieve inflation moderately above 2% for some time to make up the shortfall and anchor expectations at around the 2% level.

[…]  The plan is to run the economy hot to achieve faster job gains, especially among disadvantaged groups that are marginally attached to the labour force, before shifting back to inflation control later in the cycle.

But the resulting pressure on global supply chains while the Fed pursues employment increases is likely to generate significantly quicker price rises for raw materials and a range of manufactured items. (read more)

This perspective is fundamentally false and based on assumptions that are decades old economic arguments.  The reality of what will happen is exactly the opposite on the employment front.

No crowds ever attended his rallies.  There was no crowd at his installation.  There are no views for his on-line speeches.  The audience for his regular speeches are non-existent.  Far fewer viewers at home.  An empty chamber for his speech (COVID), and yet we are to believe he received 81 million votes.

The counter-group to the leftist Lawfare team, organized by Stephen Miller, is called “America First Legal.”   Today the Miller group filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for racial discrimination against farmers and ranchers in the COVID relief bill.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, America First Legal (AFL) filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas to stop the Biden Administration from administering a program created by Congress in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 that discriminates against American citizen farmers and ranchers based upon their race. Specifically, Sections 1005 and 1006 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 provide benefits to farmers and ranchers, but excludes many potential beneficiaries based solely upon their ethnicity or race.

AFL President Stephen Miller issued the following statement:

America First Legal opposes discrimination in all forms. We hold fast to the immortal words of Martin Luther King Jr. that Americans “should not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” These soul-stirring words are now inscribed onto the heart of every American. And they flow directly from the Declaration of Independence’s recognition that all men are created equal. And they are embodied by AFL’s founding charter. MLK’s vision is fundamental to our democracy, in which all citizens are equal both in front of the law and in the eyes of their Creator. For this reason, AFL is filing a lawsuit today against the Biden Administration to prevent it from administering programs created under the American Rescue Plan Act that discriminate against American farmers and ranchers based upon the basis of race.
