Often on Sundays, we take snippets of media political discussion and deconstruct the false premise while overlaying the reality ignored by the propaganda.  This is not that.

Expanding on the outlook to overlay the issues surrounding forced vaccines in the workplace and all the propaganda therein.  Allow me to share some insight about YOUR value and YOUR worth from the perspective of a person who spent a lifetime engaged in complex systems with large numbers of people.

It may be an uncomfortable or politically incorrect thing to say in modern times; however, twenty percent of the workers in your system of employment deliver eighty percent of the productivity.  Yes, 20% of the workforce around you delivers 80% of the result.  This natural truth has been consistent for decades, and within that truism is the nature of man.

What you need to remember is.. If you are reading this, YOU are almost certain to be part of that twenty percentile that your employer or system operator depends on.  You are a doer.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, MIT PhD, was part of the forensic audit group that looked at ballots in the Maricopa County audit of Arizona.  Expanding his review, Dr. Ayyadurai also provided a mathematical and pattern analysis of mail-in ballot requests and mail-in ballot return rates in Pima County, AZ in 2020 U.S. general election.

What Dr. Ayyadurai discovered is quite remarkable and would seem to prove that specific precincts within Pima County were used to dump ballots into the county election system.  The average rate of ballot return in Pima County was 87%.  However there were 40 very unusual precincts with more than a 97% return rate of mail-in ballots, and there were two precincts that were over 100% rate of return.  They counted more ballots than they shipped.

What Dr. Ayyadurai discovers {Direct Rumble Link Here} is that once Pima County precincts passed that average ballot return rate (87%), the precincts above 92% then shifted massively toward Joe Biden.  It would appear several precincts scanned Biden ballots more than once, OR, several precincts participated in ballot dumps from mule harvests.  It is a very compelling presentation. If you have followed the natural progression of things…. and if you have taken a good look at what the Biden-aligned EU and Australian vaccine passport mandates cover…. and if you are smart enough to see the difference in the U.S. effort, based on constitutional limitations of the federal government…. then you know exactly how Joe Biden will execute the next phase of vaccine passports without actually implementing a vaccine passport.

Joe Biden almost tweeted it out earlier today [LINK].  I have modified the tweet with the addition of two words (in red) that will tell you what comes next:

Because the United States is a very unique constitutional republic with limitations put upon the federal government; and just like we have seen with the OSHA workaround; it would be almost impossible for the feds to put a national vaccine passport process in place that would apply in all fifty states.

However, if they successfully execute the mandatory vaccine for all companies with 100 workers, their next predictable move will be to require all customers who enter those “virus protection zones” to also be vaccinated.  It’s a logical sequence. The continuum is following exactly as one would suspect.   Establish the fear, then start pushing the solution.  If you know the players and know the Alinsky goals, then you can predict the sequence.

If you want to enter any business venue or dwelling that falls under the federal vaccine mandate rules for the workers, you -as a customer- will have to be vaccinated.

This is why they have been avoiding any federal mandate on airlines, Amtrak, bus, car services (Uber, Lyft etc) or the mass transit system.   It’s not because they don’t plan on doing it, the delay is simply because they plan on hitchhiking the customer mandate off the worker vaccine mandate.

Once they get the companies compliant; and assuming it passes legal challenge; then the Biden administration will announce that any customer entering the business that falls under the prior mandate will have to be vaccinated.  This will include airlines with more than 100 employees as it would Walmart or any other venue.

Those who doubt this will be the approach, I would remind you CTH accurately and specifically predicted OSHA would be used as the enforcement mechanism for worker vaccines in December of 2020.   At the time few believed it would happen.  Well, where are we now?

Victoria, Australia holds the record of being the most locked down totalitarian state in the world. The Premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, has used the 18,000 member police force as the enforcement storm troopers for his heavy-handed unilateral rules and dictates.  The Victorian Police Commissioner, Shane Patton, has aligned himself with the political needs of Daniel Andrews.  The results are massive conflicts between the police and formerly free citizens now under the boot of the state.

Recently, Acting Senior Sergeant Krystle Mitchell, a sworn member of the Victoria Police in Australia, has announced she can no longer take part inside an organization that has lost its connection to the community it is supposed to serve. Ms. Mitchell has served Victorians for 16 years as a police officer, including 6 years at Professional Standards Command – the division responsible for investigating police misconduct, corruption, discrimination and freedom of information, referring investigations to the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) where appropriate.

Acting Senior Sergeant Mitchell cites ethical conflicts as the reason for speaking publicly about conduct of Victoria Police officers, their Chief Commissioner – Shane Patton, their Minister – the Hon. Lisa Neville MP, and ultimately their Premier – the Hon. Daniel Andrews MP. She feels she can no longer remain silent with the division between police and community growing, and totally ignored by the leadership of both the police and government.

Acting Senior Sergeant Mitchell has witnessed the opposite trajectory during the Covid-19 pandemic, and is reminding her colleagues that ultimately they will individually be held accountable for their actions, and are still subject to s 462A of the Crimes Act 1958 (Vic) which forbids the disproportionate use of force.

Citing “jurisdictional issues“, the severe COVID compliance office of Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews has reversed a significant portion of the vaccine mandate.  Details are oddly sketchy to find; however, it appears Victoria State government workers and workers within the judiciary will no longer be mandated to accept the COVID-19 vaccination.

(Sky News) […] All Commonwealth employees as well as people who work in connection with court proceedings will be exempt with a government spokesperson saying the relaxation is an attempt to avoid “jurisdictional limitations”.  The change will apply to judges, lawyers, security guards and police officers. It would appear this reversal is due to an issue in a similar vein to ‘separation of powers’.    This sets up an unusual dynamic.  The vaccine mandate still exists for everyone in the private sector; because of course it does.  However, a judge hearing a case that challenges the vaccine mandate would themselves not be subject to the same state-wide mandate argued in their court.

**I’ll keep looking, but if you find anything I’d be interested to see what the official reasoning is.

UPDATE: The mandate guideline is HERE in pdf Form.  But the reason for the distinction between Government and Judicial employees (page 5) is not outlined.

Steven Miller’s legal group, America-First Legal (AFL) has written a very interesting letter [pdf HERE] to the DOJ Office of Inspector General outlining insider information about a coordinated effort by outside education activists, White House officials and DOJ collaborators.

The basic outline is that left-wing activists, steeped in Critical Race Theory, were alarmed at how the grassroots parent groups were organizing so rapidly against the Marxist school curriculum they had spent so much time creating.  The group activists including allies within the NEA (National Education Association) and AFT (American Federation of Teachers) viewed the parent push back as a threat, and requested help from the White House.

Biden Domestic Policy Council officials and White House staff worked through September with the education activists to brainstorm a plan to stop the push back from parents.  According to the internal documents used as evidence by America First Legal, these groups then coordinated “discussions with senior DOJ officials, including at least one political appointee in the department’s Civil Rights Division.”

After a plan was developed, the group then enlisted the National School Boards Association to join the strategy.  According to AFL, “On or about September 29, citing legal authorities including the Patriot Act, the “National School Boards Association” made public a letter demanding federal action against parents citing authorities including the Patriot Act.”

Earlier today, during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on the Arizona vote outcome, representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) questioned Maricopa County officials about their deletion of 2020 election data in order to avoid a state senate subpoena for election records.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers and the boards vice chairman, Bill Gates, admitted they intentionally deleted election data to route it onto an archive file.  The archives of the county records were not subpoenaed, that way the county could avoid sending the full 2020 election data to the auditors.

Tucker Carlson hit the nail on the head in his opening monologue tonight.  This is the first time the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) has been spotlighted as the center of Main Justice’s political targeting operation.  One small but important point Tucker got wrong was the timeline of the DOJ-NSD being weaponized for domestic political targeting operations.   Tucker puts the shift as recent; however, the shift actually took place when Obama took office with Eric Holder as AG.

Some CTH readers may remember how the DOJ-NSD refused to accept inspector general oversight {pdf here} as led by AG Eric Holder and DAG Sally Yates.  More readers will remember the DOJ-NSD is the epicenter of FISA abuses.  It is the DOJ-NSD where Main Justice can operate in the shadows, because they use the shield of national security; a key strategy of the Fourth Branch of government.

The DOJ-NSD is the targeting center of Main Justice where folks like John Carlin, Mary McCord, Bruce Ohr, Andrew Weissmann, David Laufmann, George Toscas (and later Dana Boente) were operating against the incoming Trump administration and later the Trump presidency.  The DOJ-NSD is where selective Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) violations are used against political enemies like Michael Flynn, while people like the Podesta brothers are ignored.

The weaponization of the United Stated Department of Justice originated in the conference rooms of the DOJ-NSD, and soon thereafter the alignment with the intelligence apparatus to create the Fourth Branch of Government took place. {Go Deep}  AG Merrick Garland is just a continuum of the Obama mission to use the DOJ-NSD, that is why Lisa Monaco was installed as the operational command center of the DOJ-NSD and John Carlin was rehired.  WATCH:

The DOJ Office of Inspector General (OIG) has released a review of FISA applications used to gain Title-1 surveillance warrants against U.S. persons. [LINK HERE] The review specifically looks at the earlier issues identified in ‘Woods Files‘ that are legally required to be present in any FISA application and contain the material evidence to support the secret application to the secret court.

The ‘Trusty Plan‘ group; those who continue to push a false hope that corrective action inside the justice system will take place; will likely be very excited about the damning OIG release.  However, nothing is likely to come of the report.

Remember, the original issues with the Woods Files were outlined by CTH 18 months ago {Go Deep} in March of last year, after the interim results were reported.  This current OIG release is the finished product of that earlier investigation; and outlines almost identical issues.

Additionally, it is critical to remember the FISA court is operating in close coordination with the very corrupt DOJ-NSD, and the presiding judge of the FISC, James Boasberg, specifically took action after the Biden inauguration to protect himself and the institution.  Boasberg knew this OIG review was ongoing.  Boasberg worked with the DOJ and FBI to position defenses against any OIG revelations.

Earlier this year, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, Presiding Judge James Boasberg, hired former DOJ National Security Division head, Mary McCord, as amici curiae advisor to the court. [LINK] The placement was first noted by an announcement from Georgetown Law ICAP.

Judge Boasberg is the decision-maker in the appointment of Amici Curiae to the FISA court. There is no way, NO WAY, Judge Boasberg did not know Mary McCord was at the epicenter of the fraudulent FISA application used against Carter Page.  Remember, in addition to being the FISC Presiding Judge, Boasberg was also the trial judge in the case against Kevin Clinesmith, the FBI lawyer who lied about Page working for the CIA on the FISA application. {Go Deep}

CTH begins every review of the Durham news with the following disclaimer:  If Special Counsel John Durham was going to reveal what optimistic folks proclaim as possible; how is Durham going to handle the reality that Robert Mueller’s entire existence was in place to hide it?

How can John Durham reconcile finding direct evidence of the Clinton camp and her law firm Perkins Coie working with political operatives within the FBI and DOJ, against Robert Mueller, and Andrew Weissmann hiding it?

The only way for Durham to successfully proceed in typical swamp-fashion is if he carves out the corrupt government officials and only focuses his attention at the ancillary participants operating outside government.

This appears to be his approach and will likely disappoint everyone in the final outcome.

Granting Durham the benefit of doubt on his own integrity (a stretch for me), the brutally obvious is then present.

Anyone outside government -caught in the Durham probe- can obviously threaten, blackmail and leverage their government co-conspirators to lessen/remove any punitive criminal outcomes.  The outside small fish, threaten to spill the beans on the inside big fish, and they end up with zero punishment. [Insert prior example of SSCI Security Director James Wolfe, here]

According to a new CNN report: “Special Counsel John Durham has issued a new set of subpoenas, including to a law firm with close ties to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, an indication that Durham could be trying to build a broader criminal case, according to people briefed on the matter.”

[…] The grand jury subpoenas for documents came earlier this month after Durham charged Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann with lying to the FBI.

[…] In seeking additional documents from Sussmann’s former law firm, Perkins Coie, investigators from the special counsel’s office appear to be sharpening their focus on the Democratic political machinery during the 2016 campaign and efforts to tie Trump to Russia.

That appears to be the approach.  The political operatives tricked the FBI, DOJ and counterintelligence divisions within each unit.
