There’s nothing particularly complicated about it. Your job is to report it all to the American people, deflect the hurricane of spin blasting at you from Clinton henchpersons, and build one of those Narratives you love so much.
It will be tough, because your names have been tucked into the Rolodexes of those Clinton flacks for decades. You’re part of their social circle, where Bill is still a charming presence. Clinton operatives, and family members, have slipped smoothly into top media jobs. Clinton is the only serious candidate for 2016 from your beloved Democrat Party; every time mainstream-media editorial boards start thinking Clinton’s baggage is too heavy for them to carry, they look at the rest of the Democrat bench, swallow hard, and pick those bags right back up. The New York Times begins digging into some of the quid-pro-quo elements outlined in the upcoming book “Clinton Cash”. A review of a Russian bid to control U.S. Uranium mine interests exposes millions of undisclosed donations to the Clinton Family Foundation which occur during critical timeframes requiring coincidental approval by Secretary Clinton.
New York Times […] Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

Both President Obama and Secretary Hillary Clinton praised Mohammed Morsi when he was ruling Egypt as the chosen representative of The Muslim Brotherhood.   Morsi immediately disbanded the court system and instituted a Sharia compliant constitution while slaughtering hundreds of Egyptians.  Obama and Clinton praised him, the majority of Egyptian people hated him.


EGYPT – An Egyptian criminal court on Tuesday sentenced ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi to 20 years in prison on charges linked to the killing of protesters in 2012, the first verdict to be issued against the country’s first freely elected leader.
The conviction, which can be appealed, and muted Islamist reaction following it underscore the dramatic downfall of Morsi and Egypt’s once-powerful Muslim Brotherhood group. However, Morsi escaped receiving a death sentence in the case, which Islamists derided as a “farce.” (more…)

New York Times – The book does not hit shelves until May 5, but already the Republican Rand Paul has called its findings “big news” that will “shock people” and make voters “question” the candidacy of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

“Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” by Peter Schweizer — a 186-page investigation of donations made to the Clinton Foundation by foreign entities — is proving the most anticipated and feared book of a presidential cycle still in its infancy.

The book, a copy of which was obtained by The New York Times, asserts that foreign entities who made payments to the Clinton Foundation and to Mr. Clinton through high speaking fees received favors from Mrs. Clinton’s State Department in return. (more…)

This could be a bigger deal that what originally appears on the surface. It’s one of those things that make other things make sense.

For several years people have wondered what would be the specific benefit to foreign entities sending millions of dollars to the Clinton Family Foundation while Hillary was Secretary of State.

Obviously most of the outside interest is directed toward inquiry and concern of a quid-pro-quo relationship between the State Dept and the donor itself.
However, HotAir shares a specific example that might actually make more sense when considering the contributions on a larger context.
The U.S. State Dept is responsible for oversight of sanctions imposed against nation states like Iran and Cuba. If an entity, individual or nation state, wanted to engage in a business deal in direct violation of those sanctions, and do business with Iran or Cuba, a direct donation to the head of the body who would be in charge of the oversight might help your efforts. Until substantive and factual information reveals something divergent I’m sticking to my initial researched opinion that Marco Rubio’s campaign bid is purely a decepticon maneuver to plow through the field, and aid his mentor Jeb Bush.
(Via Allan Wall) Republican candidate Marco Rubio, in a chat with Jorge Ramos, in Spanish, made it clear that, on this issue, any differences between a President Rubio and President Obama would be insubstantial.

Marco Rubio (R-FL), a 2016 GOP presidential candidate, said he believes that President Barack Obama’s first executive amnesty for so-called DREAMers—the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)—is “important” and he won’t reverse it himself if elected president. He delivered these remarks in a Spanish-language interview he gave to Univision’s Jorge Ramos.

The Clinton Rules for meeting candidate Clinton are coming to light.  After recent events in Iowa some reporters were able to talk to the limited number of  “everyday Americans” who participated in her presidential rollout.

♦ Rule #1.  Pre-Approval of your personage is required.

♦ Rule #2.  You must sign releases to allow the campaign control over all content while you are present.

♦ Rule #3.  All of your electronic devices and cell phones must be turned over to handlers – and they will be returned only at the conclusion of the event.

♦ Rule #4.  You will be transported to undisclosed location(s).  You will not be informed of your destination until arrival.

Nothing like a little Clintonian paranoia to help Hillary connect to the unwashed masses.
