*Updated to add some additional emphasis on the scope of so-called “conservative media”, and financial corruption.
In an extensive article within New York Magazine, mostly outlining the rather sordid details of Roger Ailes, readers may also note specific confirmation of something we outlined in August of last year (2015). Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch instructed Fox News executives to take down Donald Trump.

Excerpt:
(NY MAG) […] Murdoch was not a fan of Trump’s and especially did not like his stance on immigration. (The antipathy was mutual: “Murdoch’s been very bad to me,” Trump told me in March.) A few days before the first GOP debate on Fox in August 2015, Murdoch called Ailes at home. “This has gone on long enough,” Murdoch said, according to a person briefed on the conversation.
Murdoch told Ailes he wanted Fox’s debate moderators — Kelly, Bret Baier, and Chris Wallace — to hammer Trump on a variety of issues. Ailes, understanding the GOP electorate better than most at that point, likely thought it was a bad idea. “Donald Trump is going to be the Republican nominee,” Ailes told a colleague around this time. But he didn’t fight Murdoch on the debate directive.
On the night of August 6, in front of 24 million people, the Fox moderators peppered Trump with harder-hitting questions. But it was Kelly’s question regarding Trump’s history of crude comments about women that created a media sensation. He seemed personally wounded by her suggestion that this spoke to a temperament that might not be suited for the presidency. “I’ve been very nice to you, though I could probably maybe not be based on the way you have treated me,” he said pointedly. This is interesting on many levels, but more importantly for a few very specific confirmational aspects.
Last year many people were struggling to understand what was going on within Fox News. Many people saw the bias; even more people grew outraged at what they were witnessing; but unfortunately many people would not (or could not) accept what was brutally obvious. (more…)
Same position. Same expressed intent. Two completely divergent reactions from the media:
When you think about the magnitude of how hard Donald Trump has been campaigning for President since his announcement in June of 2015, it really is quite incredible. Donald Trump is averaging a massive campaign rally every 46 hours, for over a year straight:

Eric Trump appears on Fox News morning show to discuss Donald Trump’s immigration position and speech about enhanced border security:
The Commission on Presidential Debates has announced the moderators for the presidential and vice-presidential debates. According to available information:

♦ September 26th, 2016 – Presidential Debate. 90 minutes debate time. Six Topics (three commercial breaks).
Missing all the hardware, missing a dozen phones, missing iPads, missing mobile devices; an inability to remember anything; a belief that everyone else was responsible…. that’s just the beginning of the information found within the FBI files released today (full pdf’s below):

The FBI released today pages from the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server following pressure to release the documents. The FBI released a summary of Clinton’s July 2 FBI interview and also a summary of the FBI investigation itself.
Candidate Donald Trump appeared on Fox’s The O’Reilly Factor show for an interview with Eric Bolling. The primary topic was Immigration and the Mexico Visit:
♦ After years of reluctance, in a July 1998 interview with the A&E network John F Kennedy Jr. said he was finally considering an entry into politics. He was 38 years old.
♦ Four months later, in November of 1998, New York Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan announced he would be retiring at the end of his senate term (election year 2000).

♦ Seven months later, on July 16th 1999, JFK Jr. was killed in a nighttime plane crash during a flight to Martha’s Vineyard.
♦ Two months later, September 1999, Hillary Rodham Clinton moved to a residence in Chappaqua New York, and announced she was running for Moynihan’s senate seat.
♦ In November 2000 Hillary Rodham Clinton was elected to replace Senator Moynihan. [Her term from January 2001 through January 2009]
♦ BUTTERFLY EFFECT – If John F Kennedy Jr. had not died in that July 1999 plane crash there probably never would have been a Senator Hillary Clinton.
Exhausted from a month of executive fundraising, Hillary Clinton dispatched Vice-President Biden to Ohio to represent. However, then things got really weird…
Even the union attendance for the Biden/Clinton rally was sparse:

Then again, after you watch the video of Joe Biden’s remarks you might ask yourself: ‘why would anyone go to see this’. (more…)
