In a ruling Monday, the justices left in place a lower-court ruling that blocked the Postal Service from implementing the new requirements in the coming weeks due to the potential that millions of voters could be disenfranchised by not having their ballots delivered.
The Trump administration said the new measures were needed to combat fraud, but many election officials say the federal government was inviting chaos by trying to deploy a new ballot-matching system just as officials in many states began sending out ballots to voters in advance of the midterms. Designate IRS, or some other dept that has extra people, to be assigned as federal postal officials to all post offices and be in charge of making sure the ballots are handled correctly and have the correct information on them from legit addresses. A three month assignment with a bonus pay grade perhaps.

I knew in 2008, when the financial markets “collapsed” and a known communist was sworn into the Presidency that we were indeed on thin ice, and after the C0v1d Scamdemic handed us a dementia patient with an auto pen that the ice was cracking, but I held out hope after November 2024 that we could still stave off the collapse.
Today, frankly, that hope is pretty much gone and I resort back to my “go-to” verse…

Couldn’t have been more obvious what they are doing. The lower judiciary is on the delay train in any case with the administration. It’s obvious what the lower court judge was doing.
There are other issues on the delay clock like the SAVE ACT which was delayed by the Senate and finally declared dead by Thune after the time limit to get it passed for the midterms expired. There are many others like that. Appointing Trump nominees. Iran continuing to delay peace talks hoping President. Trump loses the midterms. So many more.
The only save here is if people on the republican side, the MAGA side, the support America side, get out in swamping numbers this mid term election cycle. Get those mail in ballots and use them like the Dems do. Swamp them like I said with every thing we have to vote with. We are toast if we the people don’t do this to save these last 2 years of the Trump administration.
