HatTip WeaselZippers – WASHINGTON DC – In recent weeks, members of the House and Senate and their staffers have held two classified hearings on the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attacks on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya; conducted more than 25 hours of formal, transcribed interviews with witnesses; and spoken informally with several dozen additional witnesses, including some who are being called “whistleblowers.”
Among those who have recently spoken to Congress is Marine Corps Col. George Bristol who was in the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) chain of command on Sept. 11. Earlier this month, CBS News reported that the Pentagon declined Republican congressional requests to produce Bristol for interviews. At the time, the Pentagon said Bristol had retired and that they “cannot compel retired members to testify before Congress.”

The current U.S. Administration stands solidly behind the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamist President Morsi. However, the Egyptian people, the average citizen, want nothing to do with the freedom restricting brotherhood.
The liberal media in the U.S. will frame the current conditions as precursory to an outright civil war. Mainly to undermine the populous movement and to deflect attention of the average American away from the Obama administration, assisting them in hiding their previous vocal advocacy.
CAIRO – Egypt’s criminal investigation against the ousted president, announced Friday, is likely just the start of wider legal moves against Mohammed Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood – ominous prospects for a country seething with violent divisions.
During Morsi’s three weeks in secret detention, military intelligence agents have extensively questioned him on the inner workings of his presidency and of the Brotherhood, seeking to prove he committed crimes including handing state secrets to the Islamist group, military officials told The Associated Press.
Military intelligence has had sole access to him and has questioned him at least once a day, sometimes for up to five hours, the officials said. At times they have presented him voice recordings of his conversations to question him on them, they said. (more…)
About a week ago the Pro-Morsi forces in Egypt were organizing hardline Islamist support for a massive display of strength this weekend. The Islamists, mostly from the Muslim Brotherhood, wanted all the Pro-Morsi folks to show up and display their support.
Not wanting such an optic to be left unchallenged, the regular people (non hardliners) who support moderation, and are more Westernized and open, organized the counter protest. The Egyptian army supports the moderate side of the political spectrum, or this group. Which makes sense because most of the Egyptian military officers are/were trained by the United States.

The results from the protest and counter protest are outlined well in this Daily Mail article. There were hundreds of thousands more Moderates (military supporters) than Islamists (Morsi supporters). (more…)
With everything going on lately we did not notice that Samantha Power’s confirmation hearing was ongoing. Here is some quick information that could be forwarded to Senate Confirmation Hearing Staffers – ASAP.
Did NOT see this one coming. We know her well, VERY WELL.
Samantha Power is Cass Sunstein’s wife. She had a baby last year. Before that she worked in the White House as a foreign policy advisor. It was Samantha Power who created the “Obama Doctrine” – and framed the R2P (Responsibility To Protect) intervention rules for POTUS.
Samantha Power was the primary decision maker behind our interventionist entry into war in Libya. It was her, along with Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton, who led the entire framework of our response to the Libyan uprising – and specifically our military engagement to protect al-Qaeda in Benghazi (Eastern Libya). She is rabidly anti-Israel. (we explain after AP article)
*Note* Don’t forget that in Obama’s administration the U.N. Ambassador is a Cabinet Level position. For all intents and purposes – equal to the Secretary of State.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A White House official says President Barack Obama will name former aide Samantha Power as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
Power will replace Susan Rice, who will take over as Obama’s national security adviser. The official says Obama will announce both appointments from the White House Wednesday afternoon. (more…)
The week before she had to give Benghazi testimony before congress she hits her head and has a concussion with a blood clot. Then last Thanksgiving when a fire broke out above Hillary’s office on the long weekend. One would think all of these mysterious occurances around corruptocrat Hillary Clinton would be drawing a little attention, no?
(PJ Media Notes)Fedensin’s allegations touch former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton more directly than anyone else currently in the Obama administration. Clinton was SecState when the eight investigations that Fedensin alleges were scuttled by senior department members, were scuttled. The scandals even touch Clinton’s own security detail as well as her long-time fixer, Cheryl Mills.TEXAS – The offices of a Dallas law firm representing a high-profile State Department whistleblower were broken into last weekend. Burglars stole three computers and broke into the firm’s file cabinets. But silver bars, video equipment and other valuables were left untouched, according to local Fox affiliate KDFW, which aired security camera footage of the suspected burglars entering and leaving the offices around the time of the incident.
The firm Schulman & Mathias represents Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator at the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General. In recent weeks, she raised a slew of explosive allegations against the department and its contractors ranging from illicit drug use, soliciting sexual favors from minors and prostitutes and sexual harassment. This is beyond hilarious. After spending over a year hand-in-hand with President Morsi, now egg-faced President Obama tries to say he was never an advocate of the radical Islamist. What’s next? Denying his pal Erdogan too?
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama on Saturday reiterated that the US is not aligned with and is not supporting any particular Egyptian political party or group and again condemned the ongoing violence across Egypt.

Obama made those points during a telephone conference with the National Security Council about developments in Egypt, according to a statement issued by the White House. He was spending the weekend at Camp David, the presidential retreat in Maryland.
“The United States categorically rejects the false claims propagated by some in Egypt that we are working with specific political parties or movements to dictate how Egypt’s transition should proceed,” the White House statement said. “We remain committed to the Egyptian people and their aspirations for democracy, economy opportunity and dignity. But the future path of Egypt can only be determined by the Egyptian people.”

I had to stay up to watch the dawn break in Egypt – The sheer excitement of THIS MOMENT is beyond incredible for us to see in our lifetime. So many thoughts, and I just have to put some onto typeset. First – against the backdrop of our challenge:
Borrowing from Mike Vanderboegh – This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.
But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from that day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.
And when we are gone, the scattered, free survivors hiding in the ruins of our once-great republic will sing of our deeds in forbidden songs, tending the flickering flame of individual liberty until it bursts forth again, as it must, generations later. We will live forever, like the Spartans at Thermopylae, in sacred memory.
The U.S. media has infected the electorate with a Kardashian mindset for so long they will have no appropriate constitution to be able to explain what is happening in Egypt right now.
This day is a natural fulfillment of humanities highest aspiration: FREEDOM.
The greatest and most significant lie every perpetually sold upon the American body electorate is the premise the freedom continuum is based on a lack of freedom on the right side of the political spectrum – “right-wing extremists” – This is so false, and it is abundantly and joyously evident at this very moment in what you are bearing witness to in Egypt. EGYPT – As Egypt’s military announced it had deposed the country’s first-ever democratically elected president, many Egypt watchers braced to see whether Mohamed Morsi’s Islamist followers would resort to violence as they said they would.
Radical Islamists such as Mohamed al-Zawahiri, a leader of Egypt’s radical Jihadi movement and the brother of al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri, promised his followers Wednesday they would have “the upper hand” should the military follow through with its threatened coup. A day earlier, Morsi made a speech promising to defend his right to the presidency with his blood.
At least 16 people were killed overnight in clashes at Cairo University, where pro-Morsi demonstrators had gathered. Throngs of his followers in the Muslim Brotherhood surrounded his headquarters with hardhats and shields promising to protect him.
Experts say the words are matched by stockpiles of weapons that have grown since the end of civil war in Libya, next door, and through smuggling routes that run from Sudan through Upper Egypt to the Sinai Peninsula. (more…)
The uprising in Egypt and the current coup d’état is, in this author’s opinion, a cause for celebration – joyful celebration. We are bearing witness to our 1776 revolt – Egyptian Style in 2013. In this version President Morsi replaces King George; The freedom patriots in Egypt have fought hard and deserve a valiant victory.

The U.S. Media is absolutely twisting themselves into new and never before seen pretzel contortions trying to explain the obvious, yet hide the meaning.
Not disconnected, and quite simultaneously, President Obama has been handed a massive slap across the face. President Morsi was formerly the benefactor of President Obama’s unwavering, and ideological, support.

Apparently the Egyptian moderates and liberals have moved together with the military to begin a Coup.
