James Clyburn and Barack Obama are the two democrats who could unilaterally remove Joe Biden by withdrawing their support.  It must frustrate Jill Biden to know The Lightbringer and the Ballot Master have that kind of leverage over her appointments at Tiffanys.

As a result of this dynamic, we remind everyone to pay close attention to how Clyburn and Obama are indicating their position.

Additionally, it is worth remembering how Obama and Clyburn agreed on Kamala Harris as the VP selection in 2020, and informed Joe Biden who would be on his ticket.  The Jussie Smollet operation was still active when Kamala was installed with Biden.

During an MSNBC interview today, James Clyburn expressed support for Kamala Harris to ascend the top of the ticket if Biden makes the decision to remove himself.

Keep in mind, Biden will not quit. The decision to exit will be made for Biden, and within the departure process all deference will be given to the Biden group to shape their exit.

The Obama/Clyburn professionally Democratic power brokers within the DNC collective will make the decision; Biden will just be given the opportunity to make it look like it’s his choice.  That’s the way Democrats roll.

The tip of the Lawfare spear consists of a small group of former DOJ attorneys and Main Justice leftists who helped AG Eric Holder create the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) when it was formed on behalf of President Obama.

Lawfare, writ large, are a tribe of leftists who strategically weaponize the justice systems within the DOJ.  They are also the main guides, strategists and legal analysts who previously used Robert Mueller and currently use Jack Smith.

The tribe is led by a trio of fellow travelers: Mary McCord, Norm Eisen and Andrew Weissmann.

If you research the group, you will discover that Mary McCord sits at the center of every attack approach deployed against President Trump {CITATION}.  The influence of McCord cannot be overstated, while gender fluid leftists like Eisen, Weissmann (and others), wax philosophically about which statutes can be twisted and interpreted to assist their Lawfare strategy du jour.

Everything we have watched unfold, from using “The Logan Act” against Michael Flynn, to using “Obstruction” against President Trump and the “Insurrection Act” against J-6 targets, comes from this small crew of effeminate leftists.

The similarity of the behavioral proclivities is an outcome of their tribal synchronicity.  Much like the McClintock or Wellesley effect, when you isolate Lawfare individuals into a small tribe, their collective behaviors replicate. These travelers were incubated in the DOJ-NSD.

This crew of Brookings funded Lawfare ideologues was also described by Christine Blasey-Ford as her “Beach Friends.”

Since leaving official government positions, the main trio of Lawfare leadership congregate professionally on MSNBC and feed the leftists in media and politics from their primary cable outlet.

I noted, during a recent flight filled with DC bureaucrats and IC officials (United Airlines), how the drones all watched MSNBC on their seat monitors as if it was a religious service that needed to be attended.  It really was a sight to see.  Every bureaucrat, active or retired, seated with their laptop under the headrest monitor while typing, texting and DM’ing in unison like synchronized swimmers.

That experience was the first time I realized how the term “NPC’s” or non-Player Characters might have originated as a meme, but the label was eerily accurate.

The remnant DNA from Jake Tapper’s White House correspondent job at ABC, seemingly had an unexpected synaptic firing last night before shutting down forever.  It was, essentially, the last wisp of Tapper’s journalism desperately trying to rage against the dying of the light.  It was also very sad, in a pathetic partisan way, to watch.

Somewhere in the deep recesses of our memory, we remember those days before the U.S. State Dept and IC, via CNN, purchased the $5 million Washington DC estate for Tapper to own his credibility.  Furrowed brows sold cheap; I digress.

Just as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, despite the grand pontifications evident in this performance, Mr Tapper will quickly return to the DNC plantation.  After all, a life without pretending in DC is a lonely, isolated, irrelevant, hermit life filled with black pills, coffee and unused shaving cream.   Just ask Steve Bannon.

In the few seconds where the remnant journalist DNA had a spontaneous synaptic firing event, Jake Tapper tried to talk Delaware Senatore Chris Coons into dropping the pretenses about the mental acuity of Joe Biden.  Senator Coons was having none of that honest Tapper nonsense.  No-way, no-how, nope… not happening.  There’s not a chance in heck that Coons will be the first politician to willingly put his head in the basket.  WATCH:

The wheels on the bus go thump, thump, thump…. just ask the three debate officials who are now being blamed for the disastrous performance by Joe Biden in Atlanta last week.

According to several sources who have talked to Politico, the Biden family are naming top Biden advisor Anita Dunn, her CIA husband Bob Bauer and top advisor Ron Klain for horrible debate preparation.  The three senior staff advisors have been a part of the Biden/Obama orbit for many years.  Jill Biden and the rest of the family are pointing the finger directly at them.

WASHINGTON DC – Members of Joe Biden’s family privately trashed his top campaign advisers at Camp David this weekend, blaming them for the president’s flop in Thursday’s debate and urging Biden to fire or demote people in his political high command.

I’m not saying anything predictive, but if you were scripting a Biden exit, ‘close time with family’ would be part of the Act-2 narrative.

According to NBC, and a very dramatic Kirsten Welker, five people familiar with the matter have told seven serious people close to the events, that two deep thinking people who are part of the conversation are confirming what three other close officials are revealing on background.  The Biden family wagons are circled, and the decision on whether to remain or exit is underway.

If you follow the close nuance of the professionally Democrat, you will notice the top tier of control agents have sent the underlings messages downstream to shut up about the removal. They need about 72 hours, and the professionals are paying attention.  If the chattering dog-faced pony soldiers want to be a part of the next administration, or receive the indulgences from the club officers, they will shut up now.   According to the Act-3 script, Tuesday-ish will likely be announcement day.  WATCH:

I doubt there’s a person who regularly reads the Treehouse who doesn’t know our long-standing prediction about the 2024 democrat nomination. Factually, if you go back to the first set of articles written after the 2020 election, you will find it has not changed in almost 4 years.

Biden was installed for a single ‘throw every leftist wish list item at the wall‘ term in office.  Biden equaled, one single term where every far-left agenda item would be triggered; with hundreds of millions poured into the donors’ vaults via GND legislation.

With that baseline in mind, we accepted that Biden would not be the left-wing 2024 nominee regardless of how much people stomped their feet and said he would.  That scenario was just never going to happen, and still won’t.   I never flinched from that non-pretending position.

My own prediction was that someone akin to Gavin Newsom would be joined with someone akin to Susan Rice.  I have written about it extensively.  Every single person in/around my orbit knows that for me the conversation in the last 48 hours is like discussing water that lacks dryness.

These are the moments when I just sit and watch.  There’s really not much for me to say or write, other than to wait, then bring everyone into the room of ramifications that comes after walking down the hallway where reality gets accepted.  In the ramification room we start discussing how the multinationals, World Bank, World Trade Organization, NATO, EU, BRICS, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin will respond to the non-pretending reality.

Right now, everyone in the USA is discussing the ‘remove Biden’ political landscape domestically. However, in the bigger picture there’s an entire world of really big issues that come along when the USA media start openly admitting the USA president has dementia. There’s a reason why President Trump refused to engage this conversation before. It’s not good for the world.

When you use a bullhorn to announce the zookeeper is sick, people near the big cats start discussing how to unlock the cages. Yes, sure, people like Barack Obama and his tribe will giggle and laugh, but in the biggest of big pictures this loud public conversation is not good for our country or the world. In a major 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court has finally addressed the expansive regulatory use of executive agencies to create law through interpretation.  The 40-year-old Chevron ruling granted the executive agencies of government the ability to interpret laws and apply restrictions/regulations based on their own rules and definitions therein.

The Supreme Court put the judicial branch back into the equation by ruling that courts will decide what laws apply when the legislation is ambiguous on detail.  This shift in prior precedent could have major ramifications.  [MORE AT SCOTUS BLOG]

In another big case, the court ruled in favor of Joseph Fischer a Pennsylvania police officer charged in the January 6th protest with “obstructing an official proceeding.”  [FULL RULING HERE]

The law at the center of Fischer’s case is 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2), and as noted by Julie Kelly, “The statute … has been applied in roughly 350 J6 cases; it also represents two of four counts in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s J6-related criminal indictment of Donald Trump in Washington.”

“Yesterday my high school sweetheart, the love of my life for over 35 years, the loving mother of our 4 children, the smartest kindest woman I ever knew, my beautiful and wise queen forever, Rhonda went to Heaven,” the Republican wrote on X. “Thank you for your prayers for our family in this difficult time.”

Sometimes, when you ask the right questions, you don’t ask why people in assisted living facilities suddenly realize Joe Biden is more than a few french fries short of a Happy Meal, and instead you ask why Politico proactively had a journalist embedded in an assisted living facility to get feedback on Joe Biden.

Seriously.  What did Politico know about the debate in advance, such that it was an assignment to have a top headline article prepped?  I think we all know the answer to that question.  Essentially, the entire professional political class in DC knows about an operation to replace Joe Biden.  If you understand that is the plan, you adjust your corporate assignments accordingly.  Politico did just that.

First, some have speculated the timing of the first 2024 presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden is so early in the election year, prior to any party convention, because Biden is anticipated to be replaced.  This is considerable supposition, but the date of the debate is indeed very odd.

Secondly, without a doubt the headlines leading into the debate have been seeded with talking points friendly to the Biden position on economics, immigration, inflation and foreign policy (Ukraine).  From economists publicizing letters to government agencies promoting lowered inflation, the talking points for Biden have been well scripted and practiced.

Third, CNN the exclusive media outlet for the debate, is notorious for structuring political attacks against President Trump.  Biden has been in dress rehearsals and training for the optics and soundbites for several weeks.  Knowing CNN gave prior debate questions to Hillary Clinton in advance during the 2016 primary, we can anticipate CNN working hand in glove with the Biden campaign.  They don’t even try to hide this stuff any longer.
