We suspected that Kevin Clinesmith was going to get the James Wolfe leniency treatment, not only because the DOJ (Main Justice) wanted to avoid highlighting the severity of his criminal conduct, but rather -more specifically- because that criminal conduct took place under the direction of the Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissman special counsel (June 29, 2017)…. And that is what has happened.  It is all corrupt as hell…. all of it.

The judge over the case against former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was is James Boasberg.  Not coincidentally Boasberg is also now the presiding judge over the secret FISA court.  Judge Boasberg also carried an insitutional preservation motive to downplay the consequences of Kevin Clinesmith altering evidence at the behest of the Robert Mueller special counsel team.

Main Justice is protecting Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, James Baker and Dana Boente, all of them knew the Mueller special counsel was corrupt from the outset.  Judge James Boasberg is protecting the secret FISA court.  It’s all FUBAR !

WASHINGTON – Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was sentenced to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service Friday after pleading guilty to making a false statement in the first criminal case arising from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.

WASHINGTON DC – The acting chief of U.S. Capitol Police called for permanent fencing around the Capitol building days after she said that the department “failed” in its efforts to protect the sprawling complex on Jan. 6 when rioters stormed the building.

“In light of recent events, I can unequivocally say that vast improvements to the physical security infrastructure must be made to include permanent fencing, and the availability of ready, back-up forces in close proximity to the Capitol,” Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman said in a statement.

Former White House Trade and Economic Advisor Peter Navarro was the tip-of-the-spear outlining election fraud, via impossible statistics, from the White House.   Navarro is also a well known China critic, which positions him against the objectives of the JoeBama administration.

Well folks, for those few remaining Americans who did not accept we were entering the full Orwellian era, you can eliminate those remaining shreds of hope.  As unbelievable as it might sound federal authorities in the DOJ have arrested the person behind the Twitter Account “Ricky Vaughn” for posting memes against the interests of the U.S. government.

Let that sink in for a few minutes.

Literally all the guy did was post snarky memes poking fun of democrats and Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election…  However, the United States government has now claimed: “the defendant exploited a social media platform to infringe one the of most basic and sacred rights guaranteed by the Constitution: the right to vote.”

So what was 31-year-old Douglass Mackey’s (aka Ricky Vaughn), activity?  He posted a funny and snarky meme on Twitter:

DOJ – […] Mackey allegedly tweeted an image that featured an African American woman standing in front of an “African Americans for [Hillary]” sign. The image included the following text: “Avoid the Line. Vote from Home. Text ‘[Hillary]’ to 59925[.] Vote for [Hillary] and be a part of history.” The fine print at the bottom of the image stated: “Must be 18 or older to vote. One vote per person. Must be a legal citizen of the United States. Voting by text not available in Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. Paid for by [Hillary] for President 2016.”  The tweet included the typed hashtags “#Go [Hillary]” and another slogan frequently used by the Candidate.

Comrades, the United States Department of Homeland Security is asking for the public’s help in identifying subversives who carry thoughts against the interests of the JoeBama regime.  In a proclamation today DHS officials have elevated the national security alert against U.S. citizens who may engage in wrong-think.

According to the command and control authority, the greatest threat against the interests of the new state comes from citizens who are questioning the results of the 2020 election and making inquiries into whether manipulation of ballots took place.  These thoughts are enough to warrant good citizens to report subversive activity.  The warning, and enhanced intervention by the control authority, extends from today through April 30, 2021.

During senate impeachment rules processes and parliamentary proceedings today, Senator Rand Paul proposed a smart point of order requiring a senate vote on dismissing the impeachment case against President Trump.  Essentially this dismissal vote will reflect the baseline, worst case, final outcome, vote of any impeachment trial.

The Senate then took up a motion to table the dismissal point of order.  The motion to table passed 55-45; meaning 55 senators want to impeach President Donald Trump and 45 senators voted to dismiss the entire case:

The good news is this will represent the worst case scenario on the final impeachment vote 55 yes / 45 nay.  The impeachment will definitely fail in February, and President Trump now knows the disposition of the final outcome. [Though it could get better]

The bad news is 5 republican senators just voted to impeach President Trump.  They are: Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Mitt Romney (Utah), Ben Sasse (Nebraska), and Pat Toomey (Pennsylvania).

Murkowski and Toomey are both up for reelection in 2022.  However, Pat Toomey has indicated he is not running for reelection.   So the most immediate 2022 target should be on Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

Earlier today the House democrats delivered an article of impeachment to the senate for the ridiculous accusation that President Trump incited an insurrection in Washington DC against Capitol Hill, he didn’t.

The political accusers have not yet determined if they will call witnesses to attempt to frame their insufferable story.

Meanwhile Brian Jack, Trump’s former political director at the White House, tells republicans considering impeachment that any action against Trump will lead to him coming after them in upcoming primaries.

The message from Brian Jack, Trump’s former political director at the White House, is the latest sign that Republicans considering an impeachment conviction will do so knowing that Trump may come after them in upcoming primaries if they vote to convict him for “incitement of insurrection.”

WASHINGTON DC – A prominent activist in the Stop the Steal movement who spoke at a rally held by backers of President Donald Trump in Washington the day before the storming of the Capitol was arrested on Monday on charges that he took part in the riot.

Brandon Straka, 44, was arrested on a felony charge of interfering with police during civil disorder. The self-described founder of a movement to “walk away” from liberalism was also charged with unlawful entry into a restricted building and disorderly conduct.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) appeared on This Week with George Stephanopoulos to debate the issue of 2020 election fraud.   In this combative interview, Senator Paul stands his ground against a highly-charged partisan media attack by Stephanopoulos.

Senator Paul wants an open and public review of the issues within the 2020 election.  George Stephanopoulos is claiming any inquiry into the election is baseless, and anyone who would make inquiries is a liar.  It goes downhill from there…  WATCH:

This interview is a great example of the election fear carried by leftists.  Despite evidence of severe issues within the 2020 outcome, the legitimacy of the election is the priority of democrats to protect.  Anyone who points out the valid election questions is a threat that must be isolated, ridiculed, marginalized and silenced.
