Earlier today Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threatened supreme court justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch today during a rally in support of abortion.

“I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.” “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

The leading democrat Senator Schumer accused the supreme court justices of taking away peoples’ “fundamental rights” to kill babies, as the Supreme Court is currently hearing a case about a Louisiana law that regulates abortion providers.
Alarmed by the radical threats against the court, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts released the following statement:

At approximately 12:15pm Eastern time this afternoon President Trump is scheduled to make history as the first sitting U.S. President to attend and give a speech at the annual March for Life event on the mall in Washington, DC.

Unfortunately a bill introduced in the Senate to protect babies who survive abortion has failed a cloture vote.  The “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act” was rejected by forty-four Senate Democrats earlier today. [See Vote Here]
Three democrat Senators voted to support the bill [Casey (PA), Manchin (WVA), and Jones (AL)], all others voted against protecting the babies.  President Trump responded to the vote via Twitter while aboard Air-Force-One en route to Vietnam:

This is the second time in two weeks when we have seen an actual public policy discussion where Democrats are casually advocating for ‘post-birth abortion’.   I can’t even type about this level of sheer horror without praying…. Madness. Evil madness.  How is this conversation even possible?
Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, who is a pediatrician, is asked about a new State bill (thankfully it failed) that would have lifted all restrictions on third trimester abortions in Virginia.

If a mother is in labor…the infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother”

Yesterday legislative Democrats ran out of Washington DC for an eleven day recess.  Part of the reason for their pre-scheduled exit was their desire to avoid being surrounded by tens-of-thousands of faith-based Americans who show up annually for the March for Life.
March for Life is a cause that celebrates and defends the ultimate right; the first right; the most human of all inherent human rights,…  the right to live.
