There is a considerable amount of media banter about a petition being submitted to the U.K. Parliament requesting a second EU Referendum. –SEE HERE–
The petition is being pushed by disgruntled left-wing activists who voted to “REMAIN” in the European Union and lost the original referendum by over 1.3 million votes to the larger majority who wanted to LEAVE.
However, enterprising internet researchers have discovered most of the actual signatures for the second referendum are from people who do not live in the United Kingdom.
When the petition reached 1,194,001 signatures, 840,013 (70%) of those signatures were from outside the United Kingdom – SEE HERE – . And only 353,988 (30%) were actually valid signatures (ip addys) within the UK.

“Brexit Voters Were Angry” – “Donald Trump’s supporters are angry“.
At this point, if you are on the team still trying to convince anyone that this entire assembly of our union is headed in the right direction, well, you might want to revisit your proximity to the 2016 election ballpark. Because you’re probably not just out of the city – but you’re also out of the same state the election ballpark is located in…..
There’s a level of anger far deeper and more consequential than expressed rage or visible behavior, it’s called Cold Anger.
Cold Anger does not need to go to violence. For those who carry it, no conversation is needed when we meet. You cannot poll or measure it; specifically most who carry it avoid discussion. And that decision has nothing whatsoever to do with any form of correctness.

We watched the passage of Obamacare at 1:38am on the day before Christmas Eve in 2009. We watched the Senate, then the House attempt passing Amnesty in 2014. We’ve watched the $900 billion Stimulus Bill being spent each year, every year, for seven consecutive years. Omnibus, Porkulous, QE1, QE2, Bailouts, Crony-Capitalism.
Cold Anger absorbs betrayal silently, often prudently.
We’ve waited each year, every year, for eight years, to see a federal budget, only to be given another $2 trillion Omnibus spending bill by Speaker Ryan. We’ve watched the ridiculing of cops, the riots, and the lack of support for laws, or their enforcement. We’ve been absorbing.
Cold Anger is not hatred, it is far more purposeful.
Cold Anger takes notice of the liars, even from a great distance – seemingly invisible to the mob. Cold Anger will still hold open the door for the riot goer. Mannerly. We’ve watched our borders being intentionally unsecured. We’ve watched Islamic Terrorists slaughter Americans as our politicians proclaim their uncertainty of motive.
Cold Anger when evidenced is more severe because it is more strategic. Eric Cantor, the Brexit and Donald Trump might aide your understanding.

At the heart of the common sense information surrounding the Brexit vote a few ordinary and uncomfortable points continue to be avoided by the echo-chambered media elite who have retreated to their safe spaces:
♦ First Point – The U.K. was sending Brussels $500 million per week of their wealth to be redistributed to the ‘lesser than’ affiliates. In essence, Classic Fabian/Socialist Economics: From each according to their ability – to each according to their need.
Simultaneously, to the parasitic withdrawal – inbound immigration was putting unsustainable financial strain on the social/societal welfare systems of the host.
♦ Second Point – Inbound, seemingly uncontrolled, mass immigration to the U.K. was twice the level of job creation in the same time period. That reality is unsustainable by any concept of societal economics. Obviously the displaced and impacted workers were/are the residents of the host country. (more…)
A few days ago Bloomberg published a poll of 2,001 registered voters containing a sub-set of 945 voters considered “investors” in the financial markets (full pdf below).
From those voters who are also financial investors the results showed a 50% favorability for Donald Trump, and a 33% favorability for Hillary Clinton. Not only do voters trust Trump more with their personal and family safety, they also trust Donald Trump more with their personal and family finances:

(Bloomberg) More voters with a stake in the stock market say Donald Trump would be better as president for their portfolios than Hillary Clinton, with about one in four saying they’ll alter their asset mix if the Republican is elected and a similar share saying they’d do so if the Democrat wins.
A Bloomberg/Morning Consult national poll on investment, tax and economic issues shows voters with money in the market pick Trump over Clinton, 50 percent to 33 percent, as the person they think will be better for their portfolio. Those with more than $50,000 invested answer the question almost identically as smaller investors.

The ruling class globalists are in full meltdown mode today across almost every media platform possible.
The U.S. political media is especially insufferable today. They’re working overtime trotting out every pontificating member of the left-wing cloister to decry the decision of U.K. voters to exit the cosmopolitan superiority of The European Union.

It is a rather remarkable moment to behold, and the comparative contrasts deserve some emphasis.
• In months past, the political ruling class have waxed philosophically about the working people who don’t have enough money to cover any unanticipated life emergency greater than $500.
Today those same voices point breathlessly to the bankers (currency market) and investing class (financial market) losses – – seemingly unaware the ‘working people’ they previously defined as non-Vichy are unaffected by such consequences.
Oh dear, the global bankers are losing today? Yeah, so, pass the cannolis.
Wait, wha.. huh?

Appearing on Breitbart Radio Nigel Farage tells Stephen K. Bannon that President Obama’s visit to the UK (telling the people to vote Remain) offended a lot of British and backfired on the Remain campaign:

“Threatening people too much actually insults their intelligence and the lesson from the Obama visit is even more fascinating”.
“Here’s the most powerful man in the world coming from a country that we’ve always had a huge high regard for … and a lot of people in Britain said, ‘How dare the American president come here and tell us what to do?’ And it backfired and I think we got an Obama Brexit bounce because people do not want foreign leaders telling them how to think and how to vote.”

US presidential candidate Donald Trump delivers official news conference at Turnberry Golf Course in Scotland.
Yesterday the U.S. media pundits were attacking Mr. Trump for leaving the U.S. during the presidential race. Today, not so much. Trump appears rather prescient.

To say the last 24 hours have been historic could most certainly be an understatement. However, we can be certain a wounded global media will put every possible liberal, progressive, multicultural and socialist voice onto television and into print to push back against the visible rise of a growing nationalist sentiment.

What has happened with the U.K. referendum is going to send reverberations around the globe; but this outcome should not come as a complete surprise to most CTH readers. What happened in Great Britain is the visible rise of their national Monster Vote.
People from across political parties, conservative (Tory) and democrat (Labour), joined together to unite against the institutional political systems (EU) who construct the rules of their lives without the consent of the governed. (more…)
Following the United Kingdom referendum vote to leave the European Union, UK Prime Minister David Cameron announces his pending resignation.
“There can be no doubts about this result” – During a press conference this morning Cameron said he is not the strong determined committed leadership required to begin unraveling Britain from the EU.
Standing outside Ten Downing Street, Cameron further gave a timeline of three months for a transitional process and a goal to have a new Prime Minister by October when the annual conservative (Tory) party conference begins.
