This is just getting beyond ridiculous now.   Ochsner Health [Website Here] is a healthcare provider/system that delivers healthcare services to the people of Louisiana, Mississippi and the Gulf South.  Ochsner Health is now requiring the spouses or domestic partners of all employees be vaccinated, or the employee will pay a $100 per pay period penalty.  (Source Link)

Hopefully some employee of Ochsner Health will file a lawsuit fast.  The basis for the lawsuit could likely be framed around punitive employee punishment based on “marital status”, a clear violation of existing civil rights law.   Why stop at spouses?  Why not kids or other dependents?  What about all other vaccines before COVID?  Why now?

By current federal and most state statutes, no employer is legally permitted to discriminate against any employee based on marital status.  A penalty against a spouse for non compliance with an employer vaccine mandate is a punitive action only against married persons.  Find a court that will look at this as a violation of the discrimination clause, because it only targets married employees.  Let’s see what happens.

Here we go again.  During a Virginia Governor’s Debate, hosted by NBC Washington at Northern Virginia Community College, gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe emphasized his position that parents should not be allowed to determine what books and content are used in the curriculum of students.

Seeming to be dependent on the teacher’s unions for support, McAuliffe said: “I don’t think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.”

Well, this just makes things exponentially more f**ked up.   Earlier today, Joe Biden claimed the mounted Texas Border Patrol officers were “strapping” and whipping Haitians who were attempting to illegally cross the Rio Grande river into Del Rio, Texas.  Biden declares to the nation: “Those People will pay“…

And now the rest of the administration and media will have to join with the Biden narrative and push the fake news.   Which is exactly what happened when DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was asked moments ago.

Now that Biden is pushing a transparently obvious lie; and now the administration and media are forced to support this transparently obvious lie; and now the leftist supporters in America will have to maintain support for this transparently obvious lie; and that only further divides the country.

As we have been saying since the outset, the January 6th Committee is only in place for one reason – to create an extremist narrative, undermine and smear their political opposition in advance of the 2022 mid-term election.  What the Mueller Investigation was to 2018, the J6 Investigation is to 2022.  Same/Same.  Both based on a fraudulent political premise.

To support the leftist objective, the committee now sends subpoenas to Trump administration officials, aides and allies fishing for any communication information they can use to create their smears.  The committee is seeking documents and depositions from Dan Scavino, President Trump’s social media assistance and senior White House aide; former chief of staff Mark Meadows, political activist Steve Bannon and Kash Patel, who was the chief of staff for the acting defense secretary on Jan. 6th.

An inflection point has been reached in Australia with the government COVID-19 lockdowns, forced vaccinations and now, vaccine passports. What is happening today in the state of Victoria, specifically the Melbourne metropolitan area, is an outcome of more than a year of heavy-handed government rules and regulations deaf to the voices of the average man, woman or family. There is a middle class & blue-collar backlash taking place, and Americans would be wise to pay attention.

Things recently came to a head when the Premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, began outlining the rules and regulations for opening society back up after almost a year of total lockdown. The always futile attempt to block the COVID-19 virus through a policy known as “COVID-ZERO” was abandoned. The new approach is to open up society and the economy by forcing everyone to take the vaccine, and then allowing only the vaccinated to participate in the economy as varying percentages of the population are double-vaxxed, and admittedly, later, booster-vaxxed.

Vaccination passports will be required to work, shop, attend events and essentially live in the New World Order Premier Andrews has created for the citizens of Victoria. The day after Andrews outlined the new rules – the working class, who have been locked down and compliant to this point, finally had enough.

♦ On Monday 9/20 [AU time] a large group of members of the biggest trade union in Australia, the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU), went to CFMEU headquarters to confront their leadership, CFMEU Secretary John Setka.

Their demand was essentially simple – to have their voices heard and use the power of the trade union to stop the Victorian government overreach. The union members wanted their leadership to block the new vaccine mandate and stop the creation of a two-tiered society as outlined by Premier Dan Andrews.

However, regional union secretary John Setka turned a deaf ear to the concerns of his members and would not listen. Angry at his members Setka asked, “What do you want me to do, shut it down?“, meaning use the power of the union -strike if necessary- to push back against the government.  The members said “yes”, exactly that. However, union boss Setka was unwilling as it appears he’s in alignment with the objectives of the Premier.

This is a familiar scenario to many, particularly in the United States. Union leadership in bed with government and disconnected from the underlying union workers. This frustrating situation led to a very physical confrontation at the CFMEU union headquarters.  Quickly, Steka surrounded himself with thugs and bodyguards while turning against hundreds of his own members. The police then arrived and used rubber bullets, tear gas, and riot units to dispel the crowd.

There is a lot about this video update released today from the Arizona Republican Party that triggers alarm bells.  Apparently, the Arizona Republican Chairwoman Kelli Ward is not familiar with the process Maricopa County officials and State Senate leadership have agreed to.

Ms. Ward does not know what role the arbiter, mediator or “special master” will play in selecting the group who will provide the Senate with details of the router and splunk logs.  Nor is Ms. Ward aware of the ideology, motives and intents of former congressman John Shadegg who has been selected as the “special master” in charge of fulfilling the senate request(s).

John Shadegg was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994, serving 16 years before his retirement in 2010 as the Tea Party wave moved in.  Shadegg was a close professional ally of Senator John McCain and currently remains close friends with Cindy McCain.  In the typical mindset of the ‘Never Trump’ GOPe , “Mr. Shadegg, in an interview, said party leaders’ crusade against illegal immigration had damaged Republicans statewide and hurt their chances of drawing the growing body of Hispanic voters.”

A lawyer with offices in Phoenix and Washington DC, John Shadegg is a big time open-border and immigration amnesty activist, completely allied with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Business Roundtable.  Shadegg is most certainly aligned to protect the interests of the corrupt cocktail class that runs Maricopa County elections.

A rather remarkable development. The Biden administration has announced that all foreign travelers to the U.S. must be vaccinated. “All foreign travelers flying to the U.S. will need to demonstrate proof of vaccination before boarding, as well as proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days of flight”, said White House COVID-19 coordinator Jeff Zients, who announced the new policy on Monday.” (LINK)

However, illegal aliens from around the world who cross the southern border from Mexico into the United States do not have to provide proof of vaccination or COVID test.  WATCH:

If this seems like a bizarro-world standard…  it actually gets worse.

Today, Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas traveled to Del Rio to evaluate the crisis of 16,000+ illegal aliens, mostly from Haiti, camped out under the overpass.  “We are very concerned that Haitians who are taking this irregular migration path are receiving false information that the border is open or that temporary protected status is available,” Mayorkas commented during prepared remarks to the press.   However, approximately 30 minutes before Mayorkas made those remarks, DHS told CBP to grant asylum entry to 8,000 of those illegal migrants from Haiti.

DHS grants 8,000 Haitians entry into the U.S…..  DHS then walks to a microphone and says Haitians are receiving false information that entry permitted.

The Biden administration cannot even lie well.
