President Obama Says: Christians Are Just Like ISIS – And Burning People Alive is Just Like Jim Crow…

What the heck is President Obama trying to say here?
Good grief, did CAIR type this speech for his teleprompter? *Whiskey* – *Tango* – *Foxtrot*

…”Humanity has been grappling with these questions throughout human history. Unless we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place. Remember that during the Crusades and Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. And our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.”…

Is he actually saying modern Christians are just like ISIS?

WSJ Report: "U.S. Spies on Millions of Cars" – Aligns With Our 2013/2014 Maryland MCAC Hub Research…

This is one of those stories when we really wish we had been wrong in our 2013, 2014 research.  [Previously outlined HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE]

Over a year ago we brought you the story of Mr. Filippidis and his family, a Florida Driver who was pulled over by law enforcement in Maryland.  The traffic stop would have been typical except for the fact the responding officer demanded, at random, Mr. Filippidis’s firearm.
Mr. Filippidis did not have his legally owned -CCW permitted- hand gun, it was home in Florida.  Nor did Mr. Filippidis ever say he had a firearm – yet the officer was insistent Mr. Filippidis owned one, handcuffed Mr. Filippidis, and strip searched his vehicle on the side of the road.
Numerous Maryland state police arrived to assist in the search.  They found nothing, because Mr. F was telling the truth.   After two hours Mr. Filippidis and his family were allowed to continue their travels, but the entire process was unnerving.
Which prompted Mr. Filippidis to ask “how did a Maryland officer know I was a gun owner”?  Which led to a severely awkward litany of obfuscations and explanations from Maryland that did not make sense. (more…)

Marine Le Pen (NYT Op-Ed) – Don't Play Word Games – Call This Threat By Its Name…

The French Nationalist Party ascended in political influence almost simultaneously with the U.S. “tea party movement”.   However the FNP is an actual political party in France.
The Tea Party rose up in reaction to ridiculous spending and financial policies of both Republican and Democrat politicians.   The FNP rose up as a result of failed policies around Multiculturalism, open borders and mass immigration.   The French FNP movement has also been compared to UKIP in Great Britain which grew from the same nationalist principles.
MARINE-Le-Pen_ap_843564tNew York Times (Via Paris)  — “To misname things is to add to the world’s unhappiness.” Whether or not Albert Camus really did utter these words, they are an astonishingly apt description of the situation in which the French government now finds itself. Indeed, the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius no longer even dares pronounce the real name of things.
Mr. Fabius will not describe as “Islamists” the terrorists who on Wednesday, Jan. 7, walked into the offices of the newspaper Charlie Hebdo, right in the heart of Paris. Nor will he use “Islamic State” to describe the radical Sunni group that now controls territory in Syria and Iraq. No reference can be made to “Islamic fundamentalism,” for fear that Islam and Islamism might get conflated. The terms “Daesh” and “Daesh cutthroats” are to be favored instead, even though in Arabic “Daesh” means the very thing to be hidden: “Islamic State.” (more…)

Hoodrat charged after pretending to shoot NYPD officers in Harlem

A Brooklyn man terrorized two NYPD cops when he pulled alongside their squad car in Harlem and pointed what appeared to be a weapon at them to show his friends how easy it would be to “shoot a police officer,” authorities said.
Unique Johnson, 32, was driving a Chevy TrailBlazer at West 125th Street and Seventh Avenue at 9 p.m. Tuesday when he suspiciously slowed down and pulled up along the squad car’s right side, police said.
When the 26-year-old officer at the wheel peered over his shoulder, he witnessed Johnson with his arms extended, pointing what looked like a gun, police said.
I absolutely thought we were dead,” one of the cops said, according to NYPD officials.

Smidgen Watch – Lois Lerner Objected to IRS Deputy Director Visit to Cincinnati Office During Congressional Inquiries into Tea Party Targeting

A new batch of emails show how IRS official Lois Lerner intentionally tried to stop inquiry about the IRS Targeting scheme back in April of 2012, and how the IRS was seeking to block congressional inquiry into the activity of the prior two years.
lois lerner 4(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released a new batch of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documents, including a series of emails from former IRS official Lois Lerner to then-Tax Exempt and Government Entities (TE/GE) Division Deputy Director Joseph H. Grant strongly objecting to his planned visit to the IRS Cincinnati office “smack dab in the middle” of congressional inquiries into the IRS targeting of conservative groups. Lerner also expresses concerns about a pending investigation by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) into the IRS’s handing of Tea Party applications. (more…)

Turkey's Recep Erdogan and U.S.A's Ron Paul Both Accuse The U.S. of Creating "Racism" and "Islamophobia" Leading To French Terror Attacks….

I would expect this from Erdogan, but from Ron Paul it’s profoundly disappointing. Erdogan blames the generic “West” for creating racism and negative views of Islam, adjusting his view to present a massive conspiracy against the Islamic world. However, Ron Paul specifically blames the U.S.

erdogan(JPost) Erdogan accused the West of having a double standard with regard to Muslims. The Turkish leader said historically Muslims were never on the side of terror, nor did they perpetrate massacres.

Referring to last week’s deadly attacks in France, Erdogan said that racism, hate messages and Islamaphobia stood behind the acts.

“We hope that the those attacking nations, cease their assault on our mosques.”

“Take note that the acts of terror are not carried out in a vacuum. The acts follow a predetermined script and we should be alive to a plot against the Islamic world,” he added. (read more)

Erdogan’s position really does not come as a surprise.  Essentially his Muslim Brotherhood affiliation has been more open in the past several years.  Recently, as Qatar kicked out the five terrorist leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood, Erdogan opened up a sanctuary for them.
In addition Erdogan has openly supported the Islamic State (ISIS) -as they fight against Syria’s Assad- by keeping the Kurds from crossing the border to battle ISIS in Kobane, and closing his NATO bases to the U.S. effort against the terror network. (more…)
