Do you ever wonder what happened to James O’Keefe? Do you wonder what he’s been up to lately? Well, don’t expect the MSM to show you the following video…it just wouldn’t be their style. I’d like you to observe just how wonderfully helpful and “non-judgemental” all the people in this video are. This is big government…the Obama way. (more…)
I know some of you are planning on seeing “The Undefeated” this weekend, and I thought you might be curious to read about the highlights you can look forward to viewing. I was lucky enough to attend one of the movie’s previews last June 30th, and using the footlights in the theater, I took copious notes. The following is my synopsis of the movie based on those notes.
The movie is presented in three acts with a coda. It is based on Palin’s book, “Going Rogue”. (more…)
Every now and then, on a busy Saturday afternoon, something catches your eye….something that makes you stop and count your blessings. The following excerpt from You Got to be Kidding’s Blog, is just that sort of thing.
It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80′s arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am. I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound. (more…)
Here in sunny California, I’ve got Obama voters on either side of me…voters so enamored with him, they put large signs on their front lawns declaring their undying love. We’ve also got a vast assortment of canine critters, the kind that leave calling cards all their own. Seems a shame to toss away a perfectly good opportunity, when a campaign statement of my own could be made. (more…)

(The Blaze)…The rules are simple: Austrian drivers license holders are only allowed to wear head coverings in official pictures for “confessional reasons.” This regulatory exemption allows practicing Muslim women to wear hijabs while simultaneously disallowing baseball caps and cowboy hats which could potentially obstruct key identifying features.
The following documents a sad story about a once self-reliant bear. Everyone knows they should heed warnings not to feed the wildlife, because they become dependent and no longer seek to forage for themselves. The photo you see to your left captures the disturbing trend that is beginning to affect U.S. wildlife.
Animals that formerly were self-sufficient, are now showing signs of belonging to the Democrat Party. They have apparently learned to just sit and wait for the government to step in and provide for their care and sustenance. (more…)
It seems that being on the cover of Newsweek, and rating an eight page article, has once again added fuel to the flames of liberal paranoia. “Palin Plots Her Next Move”…looks for clues into what the Alaska Dispatch refers to as the “Mystery of 2012”. Sounds like someone’s been reading a little too much Nancy Drew doesn’t it?
New clues in the Sarah Palin ‘Mystery of 2012’ reads like the nervous angst of a young teenager fearing their reality imperiled. They really do fear her. (more…)
Victor Davis Hanson is a classicist and historian at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University. He’s also an author, military historian, columnist, and a farmer, growing raisin grapes on a family farm near Fresno, California. You’ll find the repository for his work at Victor Davis Hanson’s Private Papers. Below is one of the finest summations of our national mindset that you are likely to ever encounter. High octane writing like this has to be savored, studied, and then conveyed to as many as have eyes to read. (more…)

(Daily Caller) Minority parents in New York have a message for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the United Federation of Teachers (UFT): you are hurting our children. In New York Monday, charter school parents staged another of several rallies to voice opposition to a lawsuit brought by the UFT and NAACP against the New York City Department of Education. If the organizations are successful with their suit, it would prevent enrollment or re-enrollment in 17 charter schools and stop the closure of 22 public schools. The UFT and NAACP’s decision to sue has roiled inner city parents who depend on charter schools to ensure their children get a good education. (more…)
