The case of murdered victim Henry Nowak is horrific, and representative of just how far the United Kingdom has fallen.
18-year-old Henry Nowak was violently attacked and brutally stabbed by an Indian man named Vickrum Digwa. When police arrived the attacker claimed the victim called him racist names. The police then handcuffed the bleeding victim and told him he was under arrest.
Henry Nowak continually told police he had been stabbed by Digwa and could not breathe. The police didn’t believe him, and fraught with political correctness that demands they protect the minority rights of the Indian attacker, the U.K. police read the victim his rights and dragged him over the ground. Henry Nowak bleed to death and died as a result of his stab wounds.
The police laughed at the white male victim and mocked Henry Nowak while he died.
Eventually, the police realized the Indian man Vickrum Digwa was -indeed- the attacker and video evidence showed young Nowak was attacked and stabbed at random. Digwa was arrested and forced to stand trial. With overwhelming evidence against him, he was convicted of murder. Following the conviction Henry Nowak’s father gave a press statement. WATCH:
When the public found out during trial that police had actually handcuffed the victim and ignored his pleas for help, outrage grew.
The entire case is stunning in just how messed up Great Britain really is. The police never even handcuffed the attacker, even after they found out he was guilty of murder. Then, adding salt to the wound of the entire matter, Digwa’s defense team sought to shift blame for the murder from their violent client to the politically correct police.
The Nowak family was barred from speaking about the murder and the police conduct during the trial. However, as evidence in the trial was shown, the public found out about it. Demands for release of the officer’s body camera footage were made. No one could believe what they were hearing. The police and courts refused to release the footage until public and political pressure became just too much.

Canada has been actively recruiting police officer candidates in India in spite of the fact they have ample Canadian applicants for local, provincial and RCMP police positions. Somehow, I don’t think that’s going to end well!

I was born and raised in the greater London area. I left for the US (legally) in December of 1972 at the age of 21. My memories of the UK police are not at all good. They were prone to bullying young people and acting like real horses asses with the public in general. Power definitely had gone to their heads. The worst were and still are the traffic cops. They act like the Nazi SS. All they needed were the jack boots. I will NEVER go back to the UK, it is finished as a country.
The murderer will be out when he is aged 44… or younger with ‘good behavior’… or younger again with DEI discount.
He will have to serve the minimum 21 years, after which he could come up for parole.
Still, you’re right. He could get out at age 44 – if he doesn’t have a disciplinary record, and possibly if he feigns remorse. A lot of life left for a 44 year-old.

Dear God even after seeing this young boy bleed to death handcuffed these police officers took the murderer to the jail uncuffed –and took him to the kitchen to get food. These are not human beings.

It did happen in Chicago. Never mind the Night Crime aspect — in broad daylight on Michigan Avenue – the Magnificent Mile of upscale shops and super valuable condos. A large, healthy, successful white executive – maybe 6’2 ? – with a good job and responsible life was walking down the street and some violent crazy black guy ran up behind him and hit him on the head — knocking him out cold.
They took him to the Emer Room at nearby Northwestern Hospital. He was in a coma for a few days. Cops did nothing – ‘because he wasn’t dead or something stupid’ and just dropped the investigation. An upset friend or relative called 911 from the hospital room a couple days later and demanded thatsomeone better start investigating something. Many apologies and excuses about ‘misunderstandings’ and they did pull the video footage and finally arrest the guy who did it — well known in the area. They call it the “Knockout Game”. This one shocked me because it was a big strong health male in mid-life. Usually they pick on smaller or older or female prey, 75 year old little ladies, etc. He died in the hospital after a few days. A couple media stories nad it was all over. I think it was 2020 – 0r 2021 — after the worst of Floyd / Covid insanity

One interesting fact that came out in all the reporting on this is that Sikh men are not required to carry a ceremonial dagger by their religion.
British law has just treated it as a religious requirement, and exempted them from the laws banning knives.
I’m surprised to read that. I remember reading that one of the five K’s a khalsa (baptized) Sikh had to wear was a kirpan (knife). The others are uncut hair, a comb for that hair, special underwear and an iron bangle. I don’t know if Digwa was khalsa or not, but I suspect not. The Sikh kirpan is supposed to be for defense of self or innocent third parties. Most khalsa Sikhs would highly disapprove of this use of the kirpan. Sikhs can be a pretty rough and tumble lot (the British Raj thought they made great soldiers), but I can’t imagine that the Sikh community in Britain is approving in the slightest what Digwa and his family did.
Hopefully, the good Sikhs will take out these bad apple Sikhs for bringing shame to the tribe.

Great Britain has been gone for decades.
Even in the U.S. a certain segment of society that while in it’s entirety makes up about 13% and it’s actually far less than that when you remove women and children commits the vast majority of the violent crime. If it could be reduced to even come close to the rates of those other segments of society violent crime would be somewhat of a rare occurrence.
Check the ‘beliefs’ of the involved policemen/women. Likely find out that they are NOT wasp.
I really feel for that family, and I admire Henry’s father’s composure when delivering that statement. But when he blames “knife crime” for what happened to his son, he is decidedly wrong. The problem isn’t the knives, it is the trash that the UK has allowed in to pollute their society. Get rid of the Indians, get rid of the Muslims, and that country might yet live in peace again.

In the US, the Sikhs would likely not be given this exemption from a knife ban (assuming the US could ban knives). In Church of the Lukumi Babalu Aye, Inc. v. City of Hialeah (1993), SCOTUS ruled that a Hialeah, FL, law that forbade the killing of animals in a religious ritual was discriminatory because Hialeah did allow other animal killing within the city limits, such as a slaughterhouse.
If the activity was generally allowed, then one group’s doing it for religious purposes was irrelevant. Everyone should be allowed to do it. Conversely, if everyone is forbidden from doing something, no one should be allowed to do it because of a religious exemption.
