1. “Election Day” doesn’t mean “Election Day.”

To say that the election ruling is disappointing is a massive understatement!
Barrett and Roberts show their true colors, yet again, by writing an opinion to earn themselves praise from the Left! So all five of the “Liberal Ladies” on the court chose to be “popular” rather than to follow the Constitution!
Beyond frustrating, as it means that the perpetual counting of ballots until the desired result is ach will continue unabated!
Liberal ladies dismantling the US Constitution and the country itself one ruling at a time. When the country falls to communism it will be because the Supreme Court failed the American voters by adhering to what the Constitution spells out clearly about election day Election Day. I am almost to the point of being numb.

How is the Supremy Stupid Court allowed to force a nation to legally cheat on voting?
Get in there to “harvest” ballots on the Republican ticket. Fair is fair. Election “day” can go on.. and on.. and on.. until this whole joke of a process is finally confronted.
Who’s to say when all the ballots are counted? Hmm..I guess it must be the post office dating the ballots?
Primaries aren’t the half of it. MAGA will also require a major MAGA takover of post offices around the nation.
There can be a tightening of the election regulations to negate that issue. ID for voters is a must. Citizenship proof for sure. Matching signature verification. No legal signature then no ballot being counted. Ridding voting rolls of any and all ineligible voters. Change the post marked date to at least a week or more BEFORE Election Day. Send only ballots proven to be requested and have a valid provable reason for requesting a mail in ballot. Keep the USPS honest by requiring ballots be sent to a specific dept of the USPS in each state and make sure it is monitored by people from both parties.. Etc.
AZ now did away with signature verification on mail ins.😡
Mail ins for all is COVID excuse, we no longer need.
No mail ins except for President Trumps reasons and they won’t be as big of a problem.
Easier to track if only for military, etc

Democrats refuse to acknowledge that President Trump draws the same conclusions from this SCOTUS rulings as Biden did:

[2] The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board was created as part of a series of accounting reforms in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Many of the J6 defendants were felony charged by violating this law. On 6/28/24, in Fischer v. U.S. (No. 23-5572), SCOTUS found (Barrett, Sotomayor and Kagan dissenting) obstruction was only intended to apply to more limited circumstances involving forms of evidence tampering.
[3] In his in-part concurring and dissenting opinion Justice Thomas wrote: “Despite the defined structural limitations of the Constitution and the clear vesting of executive power in the President, Congress has increasingly shifted executive power to a de facto fourth branch of Government—independent agencies. Great questions, Mike! When I am not chasing squirrels out of my new gardens, I have been thinking mightily about what I can do about this mess as one highly pissed off Citizen.
I have placed a huge premium on volunteerism, public speaking, and practical advocacy of American civics in my life.
I used to volunteer at my local precinct. Planning, coordinating and manning the poles was an integral part of the integrity of our community wellbeing and one of our highest services ensuring the integrity of the vote. I also have some extensive experience in party machinery and do NOT see it readily serving the MAGA agenda, if at all. The Republican party has never been up to any challenge in this new millennium.
It is not a question of finding capable MAGA supporters as much as what to do with their valuable time and energies when you have them onboard.
As our POTUS deals with a thousand nuances and permutations of moving the MAGA agenda forward, the challenge is to crystalize and reconstitute core elements needed for MAGA 2.0, The Art of Sealing the Deal.
We can organize MAGA all we want to, but if we don’t have clearly understandable goals and objectives to rally and seal the deal with The American Citizenry this fall, we ain’t gonna get there.
We need a platform, from the Republican Congress if possible, similar to Newt’s original Contract, to the American People. In its absence, we need a Contract. from WE THE PEOPLE to Republican candidates DEMANDING reforms and performance on vital issues and agendas.

As SCOTUS DENIED the Presidents petition to review Trump v Caroll II today, the $5M (+ accumulated interest) verdict become immediately enforceable. In layman’s term: Less than four judges supported this petition.
On 6/2/26, President Trump informed SCOTUS that will also ask for a review of Carroll I.
I’m still speechless that not a single one of the supposedly six conservative SCOTUS justices came forward with a dissenting opinion explaining why s/he would have granted a review. Why this decision-making process took five months is beyond me!
It may be because there is no CONSTITUTIONAL reason to review the decision?
Understand — there can be bad, unethical, and even illegal State court decisions that need to be reversed.
But — it doesn’t unilaterally obtain that a terrible legal decision at the State level is Federally UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
