Summary of today’s Supreme Court rulings:
1. “Election Day” doesn’t mean “Election Day.”
2. The President has the Article II power to fire FTC commissioners.
3. But not Fed governors. (Because apparently, we have a Fourth Branch of government.)

To say that the election ruling is disappointing is a massive understatement!
Barrett and Roberts show their true colors, yet again, by writing an opinion to earn themselves praise from the Left! So all five of the “Liberal Ladies” on the court chose to be “popular” rather than to follow the Constitution!
Beyond frustrating, as it means that the perpetual counting of ballots until the desired result is ach will continue unabated!
Liberal ladies dismantling the US Constitution and the country itself one ruling at a time. When the country falls to communism it will be because the Supreme Court failed the American voters by adhering to what the Constitution spells out clearly about election day Election Day. I am almost to the point of being numb.
“BIG WIN just moments ago at the Supreme Court, in the Slaughter Case, confirming Presidential Power in our Country to remove Executive Branch Officers and Agency Appointees, or Representatives, under Article II.
This Decision was long sought by United States Presidents, dating all the way back to the 1930s.
It is such an Honor to be the sitting President who won this Historic and Unprecedented Ruling, one of the most important ever given with respect to Presidential Powers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
President DONALD J. TRUMP”

Doesn’t the SAVE Act limit the number of mail-ins, limit eligibility for mail-in ballots? Is there language in the SAVE Act that would mitigate the implications of this ruling?

Most of you didn’t read my 12,000-word analysis yesterday:

I get it. Who has time for a deep dive into obscure legislative history and financial arcana? So here’s the “wait, what?” version:
Remember when you were a kid and your parents told you that you could be anything in the free republic of America? Well, plot twist: what if America isn’t exactly a republic anymore, but something closer to… a corporation? And what if your role in this business arrangement isn’t as a shareholder, but as inventory on the balance sheet?
Here’s the absurdly short version:

Activist judges and MSM apply the principle of “quod licet Iovi, non licet bovi”: What Biden was allowed to do, Trump is not!
I. Prelude
On 2/18/25, President Trump signed EO 14,215 ““Ensuring Accountability for All Agencies” which imposes a series of Administration limits on independent agencies created by Congress to align them with the administrations policy and to make them more directly accountable to the President through the OMB [1]. This directive is based on Article II, Section 1, cl. 1, and Section 3, last cl. of the Constitution, pursuant to which the President “shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.”
II. Officials who were fired by President Trump due to political disagreements lost their lawsuits but received a lot of MSM support
Democrats refuse to acknowledge that President Trump draws the same conclusions from this SCOTUS rulings as Biden did:
[1] Ensuring Accountability for All Agencies – The White House
[2] The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board was created as part of a series of accounting reforms in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Many of the J6 defendants were felony charged by violating this law. On 6/28/24, in Fischer v. U.S. (No. 23-5572), SCOTUS found (Barrett, Sotomayor and Kagan dissenting) obstruction was only intended to apply to more limited circumstances involving forms of evidence tampering.
[3] In his in-part concurring and dissenting opinion Justice Thomas wrote: “Despite the defined structural limitations of the Constitution and the clear vesting of executive power in the President, Congress has increasingly shifted executive power to a de facto fourth branch of Government—independent agencies. These agencies wield considerable executive power without Presidential oversight. […] Because independent agencies wield substantial power with no accountability to either the President or the people, they pose a significant threat to individual liberty and to the constitutional system of separation of powers and checks and balances. […] Our tolerance of independent agencies in Humphrey’s Executor is an unfortunate example of the Court’s failure to apply the Constitution as written. That decision has paved the way for an ever-expanding encroachment on the power of the Executive, contrary to our constitutional design.”

Just another Manic Monday.
Losing. losing going into the 250.
Wow! Dr. Robert Malone seems to have become rather pessimistic since he resigned from a key CDC federal advisory panel on vaccines, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).

I need to add that violence won’t do it either as partly shown by this column:
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2026/06/28/raising-children-in-the-21st-century-a-culture-of-instant-gratification-raised-on-singular-views-of-victimhood/
which means that a very large portion of the population has no clue about why we’re where we’re at, are ignorant about what the Constitution says where we should be and, therefore, have no idea about how to fix the problem. 50% or more would gladly turn you in if you got “revolutionary-ish.”
The libs have inflicted ‘social engineering’ on us in the guise of ‘the single issue voter’ who wants government to meet all of those, and there are many, single issues to make them, the single issue voter, feel ‘fulfilled’.
The idea of creating and, or, seeking one’s own fulfillment, as a personal endeavor, is long since gone.
Yet, sadly, we have seen what happens, when the ‘government’ seeks to create that fulfillment….there must ‘be someone to assign the blame’.
God Bless America.
On that from a major anti-surveillance state content producer on YouTube:
I’ve been going over this in this channel for quite a long time. And the issue, what I find is not that I don’t go over the issues. It’s that unfortunately nobody cares. And of the very few people that care, a even smaller number actually participate. Something I noticed even in the video that I did yesterday, I explicitly said, “Here’s the exact letter that you should write to your representative so you don’t have to think of it.” And then somebody said, “I want to talk about this, but I don’t know what I’m supposed to say to my representative.” And it’s like, and I don’t want to victim blame. And I understand that sounds like victim blaming, but I literally dictated it in the video. I don’t know what else there is to do at this point. I’ve really tried throughout the 14 years that I’ve had this YouTube channel to try and make people aware of the things that have been going on and also tell you what it is that you can do. What are the actionable things that you can do to push back against it? And what I find is that I am a member of about 1% of people who care about these issues. And of the 1% who care about these issues, there are about another 1% of them that will then go and take action.
HAPPY Monday, everyone!
I am adding TWO scoops today because several USSC decisions are seemingly NOT serving We The People… 🙁
As we take two steps forward and one step back, we must continue with our patience, persistence, perseverance, and PRAYERS.
Our PDJT is still in the fight, despite all the odds, and we have come so far in these last 17 months. THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!! 🙂 🙂
Your sarcasm is noted, “Happy Boy”!
reader’s digest for everybody…..SCOTUS screwed POTUS
Actually SCOTUS screwed US.
No, they have once again seemingly, screwed “We The People”. PDJT is the engine to get stuff done…and apparently, a very effective one that the Government is afraid of, to change things for ‘We The People’….
or TPTB would not have tried to kill him….and I believe there have been many more attempts that we don’t know about. (I cannot wait for some retired USSS to pen his memoirs of time during the 45, 47 administration…).
Until we all come to a full consensus, and put OUR collective foot down, it will never change…but the question remains, how do we accomplish that, peacefully and with dignity?
God Bless America….
Rod Martin has just published an excellent discussion of “nationalism” – and why that term is seriously misused and abused throughout the media and blogosphere – versus “hegemony” and “imperialism” (aka “empire”).
“Nationalism, Hegemony, and Empire
The people who tell you “nationalism” is bad are misinformed at best, seeking to place you under an “empire” of unelected, often foreign elites. But what they really can’t bear is American hegemony.”

Rod educates the reader to be able to discuss this hotly debated topic with friends & family should the need arise…
As SCOTUS DENIED the Presidents petition to review Trump v Caroll II today, the $5M (+ accumulated interest) verdict become immediately enforceable. In layman’s term: Less than four judges supported this petition.
On 6/2/26, President Trump informed SCOTUS that will also ask for a review of Carroll I.
Ross got 19% of the vote. According to exit polls, he actually took a few percent more Clinton voters than Bush voters.
“Perot paid for these prime-time “fireside chats” himself, at least in 1992. Contemporary reporting said he spent millions to air 30-minute prime-time infomercials, and later descriptions of his 1992 campaign characterize it as self-financed.”
