Mike Steger takes less than 20-minutes to walk through a year of President Trump’s multifaceted U.S. manufacturing policy initiatives that have positioned the U.S. economy for a massive surge in growth. Steger recaps several consequential moves by President Trump and his cabinet to fundamentally change economics in the Western Hemisphere. Each point is well delivered and well presented.
Steger then overlays the economic moves with the geopolitical moves in Venezuela (oil), Cuba (communism ended), Mexico (cartels, traffickers and corruption), Canada (globalism confronted) and finally Greenland (a new consulate is created). Put together, Steger notes how all of these move’s work together with a massive surge in energy, technology and productivity to create a hemispheric powerhouse within the United States. WATCH:

remigration of 100 million to consolidate the benefits into the middle class, ie the MAGA base
This is one of the best reports from the Promethean group in awhile, although they are *all* very good.
Mike goes into a bit more detail and scope in this video than do the normal bi-weekly update videos. Those are usually more narrowly focused on a specific incident, announcement, or policy / political development.
I’m encouraged by Sundance’s recognition of this group’s contribution to the reporting about PDJT’s strategy to greatly reduce or eliminate the globalists’ 50+ year control of / influence over American politics and national economy.
It is sad that 70 percent of the country don’t see this. It’s real.
Everywhere possible in comments sections under articles on whatever news and blog sites that you may frequent, reply with a short comment & link to this and other CTH articles and Promethean Action videos where its appropriate / in context.
IOW, spread the word….
As I walked past our family room and glanced at the tv, I thought I saw Margaret Brennan questioning Mike Pence about the Ken Paxton “problem”. No time to stick around but I am pretty sure it was not as important a story as the one we have just watched here.
Margaret did seem very concerned about it though.
The media is worse than we think.
Thank you Sundance much love and appreciation for all you do God Bless
I started my apprenticeship as a Tool and Die Maker in 1979. I have seen with my own two eyes the offshoring of jobs, businesses, and products. I have had to change jobs more than once because of it. The first time was under Reagan and so yes, the dismantling of our manufacturing base has been going on for a long time.
I once questioned if we had lost a war, for the victor will dismantle the manufacturing capabilities and drain the treasury of the vanquished. Both has happened to the USA.
This nation can not flip a switch and all of the sudden have skilled craftsmen created from out of thin air. It takes many many years to build the skill set and no manufacturing facility can function without a few highly skilled craftsmen as part of the workforce.
I’m very close to retiring and I do not have the time left in the industry to train an apprentice. When I leave, a lifetime of manufacturing knowledge goes with me.
A robust apprenticeship program is truly needed and manufacturing businesses need to be incentivized in providing it.
I’m a vet and one of the benefit packages of the GI Bill was an apprenticeship program. I had an employer that took advantage of it and we both benefited from it. I have not seen it used since.
Hold on, they’re coming.
Imagine being a working stiff and have a 3rd man on the job (uncle sam) who does nothing yet receive a hefty chunk of the pay….. you gotta love America.
IF they (the govt at all levels) ) don’t stop nickle and diming us via taxes…. none of this crap matters.
Unfortunately, our Great Nation is over-flooded with stories like yours, Rix Six. It has been both a blessing and a curse to live our lives during this singular period in human history as civilization transitioned from the tactile, analog age into the digital and beyond. We have witnessed WONDROUS things: a wealth of information now at our fingertips, technology that elevates our quality of life, and the freedom of movement to experience in weeks what billions before us could never see in a lifetime.
One of the biggest losses we are seeing is the mastery of truly human craftsmanship – that melding of mental and physical expression fulfilling God’s charge to us to be faithful stewards of our earthly talents and abilities… things that can ONLY be passed person to person if they are to be built upon and improved.
I, for one, and grateful to have experienced a human existence thus far free from AI and the specter of Trans-humanism. I lament the continued loss of skills steeped in woodworking, leathercraft, glass-blowing, masonry, painting et al as we interact with nature and create true Divinely Inspired beauty. 🙂
You will probably find this interesting. The CEO’s at Boeing laid off the experience, figured newbies could build an airplane for less, and made huge profits from the cost savings – bonuses in the multimillions. Thank you Harvard and all the other B schools for teaching the only thing that matters is short term gains and the consumer and the country can go to hell.

They could never design, build, test and deliver the 747 the way they did back circa 1970. Never.
Don’t forget all the Indians Boeing hired to do coding.
During Trump 45 Ivanka dedicated her efforts to promoting and standing up apprenticeship programs around the country. For her efforts she was dragged through Lawfare. The dems hate America.
So do the Professional RepubliCons. Both wings of the UniParty are mortal enemies of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for We The People.
“Truth, Justice and the American Way” are foreign concepts to the UniParty-DemonCrats and RepubliCons alike.
Thankfully, President Trump is waging war against both wings of the UniParty.
God bless President Trump!
I ejected from the auto repair business long ago, as things became more computerized, dealerships figured they could just hire newbies to plug in a diagnostic computer & change a part for less & that is OK, IF that part fixes the issue, then you need ME who understands how the system works but pays me LESS (due to flat rate pay).
So went to the forklift business & that lasted until the march of proprietary onboard computers on forklifts eliminated products we worked on in favor of a “new” unit. (see the John Deere discussion in O/T May 17th).
Every Master mechanic I knew, either got hired into the forklift company(s) I worked for or they went and did something totally different. (installing fire sprinklers in new buildings)
So much knowledge was lost about how to fix things in such a short period(late 90’s), you are unlikely to get much of that back…. ever… other than some bright people that “endeavor to persevere” might stay with it but I will not hold my breath.
I keep hearing horror stories about dealerships having a brand new car longer than the owner has (my mom was one of them on a dually Ford truck)
I was the guy who fixed the things the whole shop had a shot at… but it didn’t pay very well.
Quick example, sent to Lowes store, was there 15 minutes & told manager would be back with parts in about an hour.
She calls up my manager & asks if I am an IDtenT as many techs have looked at problem for HOURS & remained unfixed. IDK what was said by my manager. (I was there for a reason)
I return, put part on get her to sign paperwork & gone in about 30 minutes.
She calls up my manager (probably within an hour)…. asks for them to only send me there from now on.
She was declined that option in a gentle way I’m sure as I work at far more higher $$$ customers on an in house basis & was called out specifically for this so I am not generally available.
It was this kinda scenario that my above handle was conceived in about 1993, only person I told the originating story to was JWoo about 5 years ago… in person even.
My husband and I had a construction business and I learned to have massive respect for people who could fix things, figure out how to accomplish work on job sites. . Actually Trump has this ability to figure out how to make things work due to his extensive experience in building. These are the people who are the backbone of our country..not the parasite politicians
\
Scarlett, your story is of learning first hand about abilities that God gave mostly to men as opposed to women.
If you respect men now because of that, you are in a tiny minority of American women.
Thank God for the insight He gave you. Pray for the rest of the women in the US who lack this insight and cause all kinds of harm as a result.
(And the males subjected to all the abuse by females starting in childhood onward, as a result of this mass formation foolishness. America needs strong men more than ever, not emasculated men.)
“I learned to have massive respect for people who could fix things, figure out how to accomplish work on job sites.”
You can tell just by looking at Trump that, despite always wearing a suit, he loves and respects blue collar people, who, as Rush used to say, “make the country work.”
At my job, there is a farm ‘kid’ (even though he is into his thirties, anyone who grew up on a farm is a farm kid) who runs the loader and does any fabricating of anything (within reason) that is needed around the concrete plant. He has mapped out metal structures to keep the dust within the loadout then gone to the shop, ordered the metal, cut and welded it, then put it into place.
My truck’s drum developed a tiny leak (20 year old Kenworth, I won’t take one of the new Petes because they’re automatics and I didn’t get my 1A to drive an automatic….. so there are new guys with two years in , vs my 14, who are driving brand new Peterbilts while I tool around in my 06 Kenworth with a manual transmission…..lol) and he climbed into the drum and welded in a piece of steel to last until layoff in winter, at which point he also ordered and installed a bunch of new fins for the front section….)
He is off work now for a couple of weeks, he has been seeding his wheat crop and doing all that is involved with farming……..
Most politicians don’t know which way to turn a screwdriver. Helpless in the real world so they go into politics where they talk and schmooze for a living. And $174,000/year isn’t enough to cope with a part time job so they have to have insider trading?
Politicians are arrogant lying predators.
Why did Josh Hawley participate in keeping the Senate in session so Trump can’t make recess appointments? I thought he was one of the good guys..but I was wrong.
I understand Jim Jordan has the authority to begin impeachment of judges like Boasberg but he does nothing but talk from what I can tell.
Why doesn’t Mike Lee gather 4 more senators and try to evict Thune who is clearly going against the will of the people.
What this means is we the people have the illusion of representation and the parasites work hard to maintain the mirage.
IDtenT
hilarious
“Quick example, sent to Lowes store, was there 15 minutes & told manager would be back with parts in about an hour.”
In my small Saskatchewan town (5000) growing up, there was the NAPA store that everyone used. There was an Acklands, too, but that was for more heavy duty stuff at the time.
The desk guys there were amazing. Dennis would have the phone jammed on his shoulder, head tilted over, talking to a farmer about a belt he needed for his 1948 Cockshutt tractor and Dennis was pretty sure they had one in the back, and at the same time he would be talking to a guy at the counter about what the proper spark plug gap is for a 87 Dodge Club Cab with a 318 and whether Champion or Delco plugs were better, and at the same time answering a question that Kevin the other desk guy had about ‘where do we keep those spark plug sockets?’ (half way down aisle 3 on the second to bottom shelf in the plastic containter)…….
🙂
Yes, the brain drain, experience lost and corporate memory loss is a significant impact to our society as we retire. The GI BILL also facilitated my U of Washington BS in Botany in the 1970’s and put me into land management. It has been very sad for me to watch our society degradation…bill
Today I don’t believe I would recommend college or the U of W…bill

Bring back manufacturing would require that power shift from Wall Street to Main Street – that’s not going to happen. Then, you couple the dismal deportations, which Trump promised would be greater than at anytime in our history, along with the expanded H1B, communist Chinese student, and farm worker visas and no meaningful repatriation of manufacturing jobs will occur. Throw in lack of border wall and high fuel prices due to Iran conflict and this will also stunt US manufacturing.
From the YouTube description of this video presentation.
“NAFTA was not an accident. It was the culmination of a decades-long effort to dismantle America’s industrial economy and replace national development with a global system governed by corporations, central banks, and free trade ideology.
In this episode, we examine President Trump’s growing economic offensive against the institutions and policies that hollowed out American manufacturing, weakened national sovereignty, and transferred industrial power overseas.
From Paul Volcker’s vision of a “controlled disintegration” of the world economy to the passage of NAFTA, China’s rare earth weaponization, and the rebuilding of America’s industrial base, this episode traces the battle between globalization and the emerging economic nationalism reshaping North America.”
“We break down:
• Paul Volcker, central banking, and the origins of globalization
• How NAFTA transformed the American industrial economy
• Trump’s tariff strategy and Liberation Day
• China’s rare earth leverage and America’s response
• The rebuilding of critical manufacturing ecosystems
• Jamieson Greer’s challenge to the USMCA
• The UAW’s shift against free trade
• Why industrial capacity drives scientific and technological progress
• The emerging Republican-labor coalition
• Fortress America and the future of the Western Hemisphere
From factory towns and union halls to energy infrastructure, rare earths, and advanced manufacturing, this is a story about rebuilding the productive foundations of a nation and the struggle over who controls the future of the American economy.”
In the early 80’s, after college, my brother convinced me to go into a painting company, he’d started in the late 70’s. We had a 4-5 man crew and earned $1000.00 to $2000.00 and growing, great money at the time. We started seeing the Mexican crews coming in around 84 but after Simpson/Mazzoli 1986 we saw a flood of Mexicans. Then house painting at first they cut our price in half with builders, we went to re-paints and that lasted a couple years before they flooded that.
Our off ramp appeared, my brother and I owned a small factory from the mid 87-88 to 9-11-2001. We loved our company, great employees, great money and since we had seen this movie, in painting when we started hearing about NAFTA, we knew how it would end. We were giant supporters of Ross Perot in 92 and his quote “that giant sucking sound” was exactly what happened. He left out that “giant blowing sound” the flood of 3rd world invaders coming into our country.
At the same time, my wife started her business in 1988 working in the Movie industry, conventions, financial, in 2001 I started working with her company, selling and building our company it was awesome up and until March of 2020. This is when the Wuhon Con was released and “2 weeks to flatten the curb” went on to 11/24. This allowed the industry to “(de) evolve” into AI and we started hearing “can you do it for free Stan” between AI and woke eviscerated another industry in the USA.
Note: We are still hanging on by a thread and having to sign attestations that no where in our process do we use AI if quality matters, but still at a 1/3 of our normal business 38 years later.
Through all of this we’ve heard we will become a “service” industry sell french fries, or as B-B-Biden cruelly quipped learn to “write code”.
As President Trump makes the MAGA corrections many Americans need to be made whole.
MAGA! …with God the only way.
Ross was right.
“Deep Voodoo, Chicken Feathers, and the American Dream”
You’re talking about Simpson-Mazzoli in the 80s, but another huge thing that happened in ‘82 was that certain states began giving American citizenship to the babies born to those who’d stolen into our country, “anchor baby” citizenship, which opened up whole new and vast areas of public benefits.
CA first, then this cancer crept across the country, until only Texas held out.
Now people imagine that this bastardized interpretation of the 14th Amendment was always the case; it wasn’t.
During this time we began hearing more and more stories of people’s Social Security numbers being hijacked and used criminally, but nothing was ever done about it. We learned that SSA knew the identities of these criminals – but they were never arrested.
Only since the administrations of President Trump have we really learned how this and every other agency has been weaponized against us. That those reaping huge government pay were often not even American; they had no incentive to stop the massive abuse.
Supporting and advocating for NAFTA was Rush Limbaugh’s biggest error in judgment of policy over his celebrated radio pundit career.
Looking back, I concluded that Rush had been sold a “bill of goods” (BS) by his trusted confidants in the GOPe.
Democrat voters, especially in the South and in labor unions, objected to it at that time. They wanted to renegotiate the terms of the agreement. But high ranking Democrats in Congress went along with the GOP to push for it as written.
Ross Perot knew it spelled doom for American industrial workers.
I don’t remember Rush ever publicly admitting that error or apologizing for it. If he did, I must’ve missed that particular broadcast or part of a broadcast.
That was the one area that I disagreed with Rush about policy. I knew in my gut that it would destroy manufacturing here in the United States. None of it seem to be logically in the best interest of the workers of this country.
I grew up in a family, where, even though my father was white collar and had a degree, both of my parents greatly respected the blue collar force in this country, because all of our ancestors came from hard-working, humble people.
I miss Rush M-F 12-3PM, but, he whiffed on Perot and his larger message that NAFTA would kill off small industry in the USA and it did.
Referred to Perot as “A hand grenade with a bad haircut” and admonished his listeners for allowing Bill the slut Clinton in with a mere plurality 42% I believe.
Clinton was and is a glo-bull-ist pig and the New World Order aka the Bush agenda didn’t miss a beat.
👍 👍
As a young man at the time, I believed in NAFTA. Because I actually thought it was RECIPROCAL Free Trade. It seemed to be sold that way. I, probably most, had no idea that it was just one-way – into our country, and no conception that jobs would be going the opposite way. I had thought at the time we were protected from that. What a con job Bush and the rest of his ilk sold us.
👍 👍
“Free trade” is a unicorn.
I think Rush thought that free trade meant more customers for US companies. I think most people who weren’t policy wonks thought that, too…. Naive because they thought that American capitalism meant going to work every day thinking about how to make and sell a better product.
There is a special place in hell for the advocates WHO KNEW that it would hollow out America but they pushed hard for it anyway.
👍 👍
“President Trump’s growing economic offensive against the institutions and policies that hollowed out American manufacturing”
His 2012 tweet sums it up perfectly: The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.
Promethean has turned out to be a great source of info! Solid analysis and encouraging. It has been a while since I’ve been excited about the US direction.
God Bless and Thanks Sundance
Another strong installment from PA.
A humble two cents here…. The “Globalists” and British Empire are not going down without a fight.
I saw an interesting video recently that talked about the reach of these creatures into the big financial houses like Black Rock and Vanguard. who have methodically “sponsored” Indians and other foreign-born actors into leadership positions across many of our major US-based corporations in which they hold controlling shares.
In the past, US Security Strategy prohibited foreign leadership in sensitive, security-dependent sectors such as IT. This dictum has gradually been eroded and discarded.
Anecdotally, there are myriad stories of “closed-shop” hiring practices that particularly favor Indians (H1b visas) in many of our high-tech industries. We have all seen the stories……
One of my favorite takeaways from the discussion was that we should hold Congress and ALL elective offices to the same standard as our POTUS: that office holders be US Citizens with no status as citizens of foreign nations. Dual-Citizenship opens the doors for dual loyalties. OUR GREAT NATION DESERVES NOTHING LESS THAN ABSOLUTE ALLEGIANCE!
And NO FOREIGN NATIONALS OR DUAL-CITIZENS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO LEAD SENSITIVE, AMERICAN-BASED CORPORATIONS.
While we can’t fix everything, everywhere, all at once, we must ever-vigilant, for the threats to our Constitutional Republic Under God will be enduring. With Liberty and Justice for ALL! 🙂
And, as pointed out by Mike, KUDOS (or Huzzahs) to Elon for building vertical, integrated AMERICAN-BASED design, manufacturing, and supply chains for each of his endeavors. He saw this issue and operationalized against it in a VERY AMERICAN COMMON-SENSE fashion years ago! 🙂
I didn’t know until this day that it was Paul Volcker all along.
The FED has NEVER been a friend of the American People. Our Central Bank operates as an independently-funded sovereign entity, almost COMPLETELY without any policy oversight, checks, or balances by our four branches of government (Executive, Legislative, Judicial, and WE The People).
I need to include The FED on my DOGE to-do list. Release the worms and creepy crawlers and let’s do an audit of the Fed! 🙂
BTW, if you want to create some Lawfare mischief, it would be great if a Law School chartered a review of the Constitutionality of The Federal Reserve Act to see if it REALLY passes muster. We could do it for pennies on the dollar and give deserving students a proper critical learning experience.
Or we could just ask Grok when Grok gets more data centers to grow further cognition! 🙂
and do the same thing to the change of Senators from being appointed (and removed) by our State Legislatures, to being elected.
Yep but on the other hand what would be the solution without a drastic effect on society?
We may be beyond that point already. The debt is the Godzilla in the room but no one is watching it or doing anything about it.
It seems there is a difference between a National Bank and Central Banks as the world has now. An International Money Fund seems to scream a Global Central Bank is trying to gain the resources (money) to control every country in the world. So along with all the UN apparatus in Switzerland and the Swiss Banks, the WEF is almost there.
It is people like PA that deflect the responsibility for all the turmoil onto the “City of London”, The Fed ….Volcker, and Blackrock. Volcker saved the country from Runaway Spending and Inflation. Congress and Carter put all those policies in place. The push for Globalization came from the Democrats in Government.
Banks and corporations do what they are told to do. They may lobby for things but the freedom to move all the jobs offshore came from OUR GOVERNMENT and was encouraged by government. It was government that wanted us to be a SERVICE ECONOMY. It was the Government that allowed all the H1B abuse to even hollow out our Service work.
We had a Harmonized Trading System in the old days that put tariffs on everything coming in. Those Tariffs were lowered to allow a flood of merchandise to begin to come in to the US. Government did that. I lived through the Auto management fighting with the Communist Union… Don’t buy a car on Monday. Auto Management thought it would be good to break the union by allowing imports….it was easier to blame the government than fix the management/union relationship.
We now have managements that understand workers and management are in the same boat together.
It is why I like Samsung Phones….Samsung designs and makes them in their own factories. Apple hires the manufacturing out. You cannot be great without being a manufacturer…that is my bias as an old manufacturing guy. Fighting problems on the shop floor make you smarter.
Bravo!
I knew the moment Obama opened his mouth he was either dumb as a rock or evil. Turned out he was both.
TOASTING A PRO-AMERICAN, PRO-POPULIST, PRO-TRUMP, PRO-METHEAN & PRO-FOUNDLY PRO-DUCTIVE FUTURE!
What an amazingly clear-minded, astonishingly informative and profoundly optimistic video on the collapse, not of the American Dream, but of that Devil-wears Prada, Klaus Schwab instrument of tyranny…Globalism!
Thank you, President Trump for reloading the American guns of productivity with Yankee ammunition and ingenuity and having the guts to pull the trigger! And thank you, Sundance, for taking a flame-thrower to the suffocating kudzu of globalist obfuscation to let us see what’s really going on in the world!
Keeping faith alive is important to our well-being and this old man can die happy having faith that the world will be a better place for my granddaughters, daughter and son-in-law to live out their American Dreams for decades to come!
I’ll take TWO scoops of that, LTB! 🙂
LOL!
The timestamps are inaccurate. The discussion about Canada and Mark Carney begins at 13:45. Comments about Greenland are at 15:45.
That is a good point he makes, that Elon Musk’s entire operation is in-house.
The anti-fraud measures will also mean that the wealth created by the economic surge will go to deserving citizens and vital infrastructure projects, not grifters, illegals and government boondoggles.
That’s dang good.
Excellent Video.
I still have my 3 ft by 5 ft “ANTI-NAFTA” yard sign.
Perot used to say that NAFTA was NOT just a job killer, it was a NATION KILLER.
Thank GOD that Trump is now using government to co-ordinate the rebirth of manufacturing, rather than continuing to destroy it.
It’s a good thing his fellow republicans and the administration are doing a poor job with messaging, or the public might find out.
I miss shoe shop/factories , clothes, appliances, electronics, replacement parts, and machinery all made in America that we could afford to buy. I miss stay at home mothers and one salary families that could realize home ownership even with 5 kids. I miss neigborhoods where enough mom presence and a telephone kept everyone’s children safe and well behaved. I pray my great grandchildren will regain such a happy lifestyle.
“I miss shoe shop/factories , clothes, appliances, electronics, replacement parts, and machinery all made in America that we could afford to buy. ”
my older brother tells me of the days before I came along how everyone’s mom (in small town Saskatchewan) would order all the school supplies and clothes from Army and Navy in Winnipeg, and how Winnipeg used to be where all the furniture was made, too.
I am not sure if this was made in Winnipeg, but I have the Vilas solid wood kitchen table and chairs (sitting on one as we speak) that mom shopped for in 1974 to put into our new house……
Mike Steger’s analysis is brilliant.
Agree, was so happy to see SD post Mike from Promethean Action. Every one of his posts are just as brilliant. The one that comes to mind is the one where he speaks of the souls of men, he shows how this is all connected. Love this guy!!
MAGA!!
