Yesterday, Ukraine President Volodymr Zelenskyy traveled to London to meet with British PM Keir Starmer, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and French President Emmanuel Macron.
As expected, part of the Zelenskyy meeting with the “coalition of the willing” included a briefing by Ukraine negotiator Rustem Umerov, the secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, who held detailed consultations for three days last week in Miami with Trump’s envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
President Zelenskyy then departed London traveling with his media entourage to Brussels for the next round of discussions with the European Union stakeholders, financiers and politicians. During the trip Zelenskyy told his media stenographers, “Under our laws, under international law — and under moral law — we have no right to give anything away. That is what we are fighting for.”
The U.K, France and Germany support Zelenskyy’s position that he is not going to concede any territory to the Russian Federation, specifically the 30% of the Donbas area in Eastern Ukraine currently at the heart of the physical conflict.
The 30% issue surrounds the Donetsk region in Ukraine, which includes the cities of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. Russia is currently pushing deep into fortified Ukraine resistance in this region with a population of around 100,000. Zelenskyy claims losing this area would allow Putin to invade the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions.
Historically, this Donbas area was part of a brutal long-term Ukraine civil war between the pro-Russia eastern Ukrainian citizens and the pro-EU western aligned Ukrainian army. Russia’s current position is for Ukraine to cede the entire Donbas to Russia as part of the ceasefire agreement, or Russia will continue forward conflict military operations until successful.
Seeing things through the pragmatic prism of inevitability, President Trump’s view appears to be that this Donbas area will be lost to Russia one way or the other. So, the best scenario to stop the killing is for Ukraine to give up this territory as part of the ceasefire terms. Zelenskyy, with support of the EU, France, Germany and U.K says a firm “no.”
Politico reports that Zelenskyy said in August of this year “it would take Russia four-years to fully occupy the Donbas,” subsequently a lot of killing would take place during this process. President Trump is trying to stop the brutal “killing” part of that dynamic by getting the negotiation to the point of concession, but the EU team view any land area concession as positive affirmation for Russia to continue threatening Europe.
♦ On the ‘Security Guarantee‘ issue, this is where a quagmire is presented by European leaders.
From a pragmatic standpoint a European demilitarized zone, stood up and supported by EU military forces would appear to be the best solution. However, the “coalition of the willing” say they are willing to put security troops into Ukraine, but only if the USA will defend them if attacked by Russia. In essence, quasi-NATO forces on a non-NATO country, that if attacked would draw the entirety of NATO into the conflict, including the United States.
The U.K, France, Germany and EU Commission want a security structure similar to NATO for Ukraine that legally binds the United States to defend their interests if the ceasefire does not hold. President Trump has rejected this construct as yet another way for Europe to pull the U.S into a conflict zone that is not in our vital national security interests.
The ceasefire proposal structured by Trump, Witkoff and Kushner – seemingly supported by Russia, does not permit Ukraine to join NATO; however, EU membership is entirely up to the EU and people of Ukraine to decide. If Ukraine joins the EU, then EU forces alone should provide the security guarantee, not NATO which includes the U.S. and Canada.
(Washington Post) […] Zelensky said Ukraine will not surrender its territory in the eastern Donbas region — not to hasten peace talks, not to satisfy Washington’s push for compromise and not under pressure from Moscow’s continuing military onslaught.
Ukraine and Europe have insisted that a ceasefire be declared along current battle lines, but Russia has refused. Putin has claimed, illegally, to have annexed four entire regions of Ukraine (in addition to Crimea, which Russia seized in 2014) — far more territory than his military forces have been able to occupy.
Some Ukrainian officials held out hope that the negotiations could still bear fruit.
The proposal “is closer to be doable for Ukraine, but not easy and not finished,” said a senior Ukrainian official familiar with recent discussions, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to comment publicly. (read more)
President Zelenskyy, whose term in office has long expired, departed London with his EU media entourage heading to Brussels. The collective group is trying to figure out how to keep America tied to their stakeholder interests in Ukraine.
The European leaders are manufacturing a construct that is not supported by the vast majority of the citizens within the EU, even within Ukraine itself. Meanwhile back in the USA, congress (House and Senate majorities) supports the position of Ukraine and the EU against the interests of President Trump and the voting majority.
There are trillions at stake.
The ruling class is supporting Zelenskyy, while the killing of the non-ruling class continues on the fields of Ukraine.

Congress wants their money laundrymat to continue.
The EU wants their money laundrymat to continue.
The Ukrainian elites want their money laundrymat to continue.
The bankers want the war to continue.
Ordinary Ukrainians have no say in the matter.
Russia has no choice but continue until it secures a water supply for both Donbas and Crimea.
The Ukraine still controls the water supply to both Donbas and Crimea.
The Russian army are the only diplomats that count.
The west can continue to negotiate with themselves until the chickens come home.
So far the Russian army has forced over 2 million Ukrainians to vote for peace.
At least another 1 to 2 million more Ukrainians still need to vote for peace.
That will take at least another 2 more years.
Ordinary Ukrainians DO have a say in the matter; they are the ones doing the fighting…the only winning move is not to play.
Please stop calling him President Zelensky and instead refer to him as The Little Weasel, which is all he is.
Joe, I prefer to call him a Dick-Tater. He is small potatoes. I want the curtain pulled back to definitively show who is pulling the strings.
Let’s get real, he’s a corrupt globalist cokehead puppet. The best thing for all of Ukraine is for what’s left of it’s military just to lay down their arms and live. There is NOT, after all, an endless supply of cannon fodder still available in Ukraine. If the scales of this land war keep favoring Russia, as it does, the puppet and his EU globalist masters are going to turn things up provoking Russia into some type of high energy counter-strike somewhere outside of Ukraine. That’s how in their sick and twisted way of thinking they’ll draw the US into a broader conflict
Agree – it is sickening to hear people refer to this tiny manipulator as “president.”
There is no way these people are ever going to get on board with a realistic peace plan. Trying to persuade them is futile. The only solution is to just leave.
PDT could likely end the fake congressional support for the Ukraine farce by announcing an audit of every US taxpayer dime flushed the corrupt dump. Ms Linda Graham’s tune would change pretty fast if he/she/it thought their cash kickbacks were going to be exposed
You may be right about exposing the beneficiaries of Ukrainian money laundering but it is more than likely those funds are well hidden in Swiss or Caymsn Island accounts, never to be traced.
Leave and also move the Frankfort area troops back to the US border and the Panama Canal zone. Move the 173rd Abn out of Italy and put them in the Canal zone. It might get the Euro leaderships attention rather than their solitary focus on Zelensky.
Right Now. Do not wait -do not pass go – just stop, refuse to fight anymore. If Z wants to keep fighting put him on the front lines.
How do we do that when our Congress wants to stay and support Ukraine to continue to fight.
A new defense budget was just passed with 100million??? going to Ukraine.
i firmly believe that PT wants an end to the bloodshed,
but i don’t think the current negotiations are to ACHIEVE a cease fire,
but rather to PROVE that one is impossible with Z at the helm of Ukraine.
when that becomes clear, and i think it’s close, things will change rapidly.
i also think that the EU smells what is coming when this war ends : a U.S.-Russia alliance.
ergo, the EU will oppose any settlement as that realignment is their biggest fear.
and even though the EU is not recognized as participating in the peace talks ( 😆 ),
with Z as their proxy, they will stomp their feet and throw high volume tantrums to try and get their way.
so, the EU has to be convinced to take the better of two outcomes:
stay on friendly terms with the U.S. by endorsing a peace agreement, or suffer the consequences of U.S. displeasure – and there are multiple financial and security means by which that can be expressed.
i remain convinced that Russia will get their territory and their assets back;
PT will accomplish a hostile takeover of the EU – ironically to the benefit of the European citizens;
and Z will resume his club career playing piano in the Amsterdam red light district.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! 😊
Another fact supporting your prediction is that the Eastern Provinces voted in about ’94 to rejoin Russia just a couple of years after voting to break away and become part of Ukraine. Ukraine has never recognized the latter decision, and instead has fought endlessly to kill or expel all Russian-friendly citizens of those provinces…particularly since 2014 after Nuland et al got Russian-friendly Pres.Yanukovych displaced and their man , the Eu/US/IMF-friendly Poroshenko installed as President.
Remember too the separate deal for the rare earths in the Eastern provinces that Starmer allegedly worked out with Zelenskyy behind President Trump’s back.
PDJT wants to position Russia as an ally of sorts to isolate the true threat…China. The EU and our corrupt congress just want the gravy train to continue while Blackrock amd Vanguard lick their chops at all the US tax payer dollars to “rebuild” the Ukraine and all those arms and materiale going to the meat grinder.
Russia traditioally fights through attrition not fast “shock and awe”. It doesnt mind either way.
The vulgarity of working to suck the US into an armed conflict with Russia is sickening.
I think he (mini dictator) will scoot at the very last minute and live on the millions he has stashed away.
Well said
We made the investment, now we can reap the profits. Let the EU fund the slaughter and buy all of our glorious killing machines keeping the US factories humming. A broke Europe and Russia is so much easier to control.

“The president needs congressional approval to withdraw from NATO. A law passed by Congress in 2023, included in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, explicitly prohibits the president from suspending, terminating, denouncing, or withdrawing the United States from the North Atlantic Treaty without either the advice and consent of two-thirds of the Senate or an Act of Congress. This legislation was spearheaded by Senators Tim Kaine (D-Va.) and Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and aims to ensure that any significant change to U.S. membership in NATO is subject to legislative oversight. While the U.S. Constitution does not explicitly address treaty withdrawal, the conventional wisdom has historically granted the president unilateral authority to withdraw from treaties. However, this new law creates a specific exception for NATO, making unilateral withdrawal legally challenging. Legal experts note that while the law exists, its enforceability in court is uncertain, as it would likely require a party with standing to sue to challenge an attempted withdrawal, and the outcome would depend on judicial interpretation.”
I can actually understand the reasoning behind this. The Constitution already involves the Congress in the making of treaties, to wit: (emphasis mine)
“He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.”
The Constitution says nothing about withdrawing from them, but it is reasonable to assume that this, too, would require at least Senate approval. A treaty is something that binds an entire nation, and it should not be made nor broken by “one person.” They are properly a legislative, not an executive act.
It depends……. The 2/3 Senate majority is only for Senate ratification, which makes the treaty binding. Plenty of treaties are or were in full effect without Senate ratification, and therefore no Congressional approval is required. Take NAFTA as an example.
I can only speak to what the text of the Constitution says. Knowing full-well that “the text of the Constitution” has very frequently been ignored. 🤷♂️
It is interesting, isn’t it, that Rubio co-sponsored that amendment to NDAA for 2024, less than a year until the Presidential election. There is no chance that a Democrat President would ever unilaterally withdraw from NATO. So … it begs the question, was Rubio anticipating a possible election victory by Donald Trump? Seems like it.
Basically, that Amendment now serves to knee-cap President Trump from using it as leverage to get the Europeans to a reasonable bargaining table disposition.
But there is one more card that PT can play that he hasn’t shown yet. He might not be able to threaten withdrawal from NATO to light a fire under the EU’s butt … however, he could threaten to deploy our NATO resources differently. He could, say, move our NATO presence and resources from bases like Ramstein, Geilenkerchen, or Spangdalhem to someplace other than Germany. These bases and their US personnel directly inject billions into the local German economies. Besides spending money, they also employ the locals and local businesses thrive around these installations. The economic impact is not insignificant.
Not only that, if Germany had to make up the difference with their own defense spending, they mess up their ability to enjoy their welfare state economy of 4 hour work weeks and free health care. Ouch.
I hope this is an option for PT
My opinion of smooth talker Rubio has not changed.
Yes, little Marco is a neocon. Always has been. And so far Trump is letting him have his way in Ukraine and Venezuela. Will this ever change?
Wrong and wrong above. Obviously neither of you two are paying any attention. Right now, Marco, Tulsi and Pete are his biggest pluses………
Commander-in-Chief orders troops home for Christmas.
Commander-in-Chief gives those troops one month’s leave….
“There are trillions at stake.”
Without the United States funding Ukraine and the war, where will the Euros find any money?
Maybe they still have their sights set on conquering Russia and all its resources, but without the USA that can’t happen.
Time for President Trump to insist on the settlement the Russians have agreed to. Zelenskyy can go live in Paris and play footsie with Macron. We call the shots, not Z and not the Euros.
The only thing stopping the crazy Euros in Brussels from funding Ukraine, is their lack of direct taxation powers!
No problem. We have a thing called the Royal Mint in Clanthrissant in Wales.
They bring in reams of special paper every day, mix it with Ox blood and stuff (much to the chagrin of our large Indian population who revere cows), print trillions of pounds to send to our overseas beggars (including China and India), whilst we struggle to pay the interest on our ever increasing national debt.
At present its over 2 billion a month in interest payments, so there is plenty for the little piano dwarf.
No ‘ploblemo’

#1 We were told that this war was about Ukraine’s sovereignty, and yet Zelensky’s actions show that he isn’t the head of a Sovereign nation but rather a territory of the UK, France and Germany. Sounds like the war has been completely lost, so there is no “international law” preventing him from ceding territory.
#2 the UK, Germany and France act like they have military aged men to spare in Ukraine to feed into a meat grinder for 4 more years. That would be national suicide as the minute all of their young men are gone, the Muslim invaders’ hostile takeover of their countries and implementation of Sharia law will be a foregone conclusion. Trump should just walk away!
Ah but we have many many ‘advisors’ in Youkrane.. Who do you think is firing all those whirly thingies sent into Russia?
It is time to prosecute the whores in Congress who insist of continuing their ill-gotten blood money and money laundering, in short, their treason against the American Republic and their crimes against humanity on the population of the Ukrainian people.
Which goes to another reason for extending the conflict:
Once it’s all over EVERYTHING will be revealed, and none of the players want that at all.
Ellensky and his handlers have files/evidence of all the graft and corruption that has been going on in the Ukraine since before the coup in 2014, evidence that also implicates Americans.
Russia has the evidence, too.
Exposing/revealing the evidence would literally destroy everyone involved.
Their political careers would be over, they’d most likely be jailed; the players have everything to lose when the conflict ceases and everything to gain as it continues.
They have zero incentive to stop.
Russia is going to do exactly what they set out to do as Mike R has so eloquently pointed out on this very page.
Nothing is going to stop Russia, especially internet FUD windbags like the ones we see trolling this website.
Russia will stop when they have successfully completed their mission and not a moment sooner.
That is the reality of the situation.
We should accept that and cut our losses.

Not just Congress. Alphabet agencies too! Stop the laundering!
Looking at that map, and considering the war has been going on for four years, it’s surprising to see how little of Ukraine has been taken over by Russia. You’d think with Russia’s vast size of military, at least half of Ukraine should now be under their control. Wondering why this is not so. Are they being too careful not to harm civilians, or is it Ukraine is putting up a very stubborn defense of their land, or is it Russia’s plan is to kill as many Ukraine soldiers as possible and hope they decide to quit the battlefield?
They stated their objectives and strategies on day one. At one time, the capitol of “Rusa” was in what is now Ukranian territory before it was moved to Moscow. They did not engage in the war to “conquer territory.” They intended to “demilitarize” and “de-Nazi-fy” the country, and to protect Russian-speaking citizens in the eastern regions which were being regularly shelled with heavy artillery by their own countrymen, for speaking Russian.
If Russia had simply decided to wipe out citizens and soldiers alike, and to conquer a land where some people hate their guts, they could have done so straight away. And, they still could. But that has never been the plan.
The Russians wanted the pro Russian region in the east and unfettered black sea access. They have both and the Ukraine shows no way it can win them back no matter how much the Europeans give them. The Euros cant do it either this is why they want to drag the US into it. Watch Moldova and Transinistria.
Russia never had any intention of taking over Ukraine. They were only interested in Eastern Ukraine where the Russian-speaking population were being slaughtered. Russia has been very clear since day one what their intentions were. It hasn’t changed.
Simply put, Russia objetive #1: to destroy the Ukraine army created by NATO and reduce to scrap metal its armament, which they have accomplished quite well, gaining territory not so important…
It is interesting to observe the realignment of interests as this 4th Turning comes to closure. The outcome of the turning is still uncertain, but the world will definitely be different after closure.
It is time. Past time. Zelensky must go. The corruption, grifting, and money laundering must stop.
This is a totally pointless war.
Z is close to a “dead man walking”
It has been eighty years – much too long – since Europe had a “Grand (world …) War.” They want another one. Except, none of them except Russia still remember what “War” actually means. (Russia celebrates a very somber “Victory Day” so that its people will never forget.)
Like it or not, Russia is winning this war. They have the military and general industrial capacity still in place that EU/NATO “outsourced” and dismantled. They have more sophisticated weapons, and the ability to mass-produce and deliver them. For all of “Z”‘s bloviating, it is only a short matter of time before the Ukranian government and the EU/NATO will be forced into military surrender.
For all their bloviating, EU/NATO does not have the military capacity to escalate this matter. They look fondly to the United States to actually do everything for them, but there’s also a serious question of what USA can do on any battlefield.
Sometimes, matters are settled at a negotiating table, if the parties negotiate in good faith. (Which they did not.) Otherwise, they are settled at the point of a gun.
True, and many see Russia as the good guy, despite the “ best efforts” of western media etc.
Social media has IMO benefited true peacekeepers.
Past history has shown that the MSM along with the MIC have a dependency and crave war, like a junkie needs
“ their gear”
Cheers!
The only ‘weaponry’ of any merit HATO has .. are nukes, with the assumption that they’re still functional in the first place! If the Coalition of the Swilling were to attempt to use any, a few new ashtrays would come into existence.
Mike, the reason we haven’t seen the Russians abandon their attrition style of warfare is that they don’t yet have enough maneuver warfare forces sufficiently well-defended against high-volume drone attacks to allow for a quick breakout from their current lines of contact without suffering horrific casualties in the process.
My opinion here is that another year or possibly two will be needed for the Russians to build up enough of a force level and enough of a counter-drone capability to allow for a quick breakout to occur. At which point they will take all of Ukraine east of the Dnieper River plus Odessa.
In the meantime, assuming they have the necessary patience and can keep at it long enough, they can keep on taking Ukraine one small bite at a time without any real risk they’ll eventually be defeated .
@Battleship: I respectfully disagree with your assessment, while respecting it. I believe that they chose their attrition strategy, for the long haul. This is absolutely not a “Western” approach to warfare, but it is consistent with past Russian practice.
As one of their journalists commented, the typical history of “warfare” did not lead to the “utter defeat and capitulation” of the enemy. World Wars 1 and 2 were rather distinct in attempting to do so, and the second one (but not the first) did. That’s historically very unusual, and profoundly costly.
Russia started the operation with specific goals, and has been measured in the amount of resources that they have devoted to it. The last thing that this nation needs is: “more territory.” This war isn’t going to end with “all of Ukraine’s present territory wiped out.” It will end with surrender, but not capitulation. All of NATO will be defeated, but softly.
That’s my assessment, anyway . . .
Time to pull out completely! Stop selling arms to NATO. We need to replenish our own stocks. No more intel support! The end is clear, Russia will win. Any assistance to Ukraine just extends the war and results in more death. When PDJT tells the world “We’re Done”, the war will end shortly.
Zelenskyy cites International Law and Moral Law as reasons he can’t concede territory, while avoiding Constitutional Law, which suggests his term in office expired back in May.
The European plan is to create a demilitarized zone enforced by a European army that doesn’t exist, funded by money they don’t have, protected by a US treaty they haven’t signed.
The US position is acknowledging the map as it is, not as the State Department and Coalition of the Billing wishes it to be.
Russia is never going to consent to a Korea-style “DMZ.” They know perfectly well what would eventually happen – again – if NATO troops were once again massed on their border. The thing to do now is: “finish the job, decisively.”
Inertia is a hell of a drug!
“Coalition of the Billing”
That’s a keeper.
Another aspect to this is that the Deep State and TPTB want this Ukraine problem to continue as long as possible so that the President cannot devote his full attention to the upcoming midterm elections. They want to see him lose the House and impeached. That takes care of the last two years of his term and takes the steam out of MAGA and the 2028 presidential elections. As an aside, maybe Putin taking over Western Europe isn’t such a bad thing. The stark choice facing these countries is do they want to ruled by Islam or Russia?
First the islamists will need to oust the Nazis who have put them in place.
And why would Russia want to rule der Krankhaus that is Europe?
In the sense they would make great vassal states.
Busy little bees accomplishing nothing.
Ah, but the elite bees are getting filthy rich!
Uh-huh. As I said, accomplishing nothing.
Ah, but they’ve ALL but lost their sting.
Have you noticed Z is wearing a suit with these EU masters but refuses to wear a suit in the WH? That explains a lot of what he thinks about our country! This weasel has become very very rich over the bodies of his young people ! All he cares about is his puppet masters and money! He’s a NAZI dictator and our media supporters can hide it from us. Hopefully, anyone with half a brain can now see it!
I believe the Super Corrupt Z Man wore that Hybrid Suit (or similar) during his past Whitehouse visit.
It seems every time the number of casualties is reported in this war they’re saying hundreds of thousands and even millions are dead and wounded. Especially by Trump. He is always using these crazy numbers. This has got to be an exaggeration, better known as a lie and impossibility. It is very doubtful Putin would allow his country to sustain this kind of loss of his troops, without doing everything possible to steamroll Ukraine and put an end to it. Zelensky may not care about mass numbers of his people dying for this cause because he’s being forced to continue this war, probably under the threat of death to himself and family, but Putin has to answer to his people and it would be hard to explain to the mothers and fathers of Russia why the deaths of their sons is necessary considering how little of Ukraine is under their control. It would be interesting to know what the real numbers are.
Hey, Ted. What are the REAL numbers? C’mon Teddy, you can tell us. Nobody will know.
For what it’s worth, I’m still questioning the numbers for WW2, Korea, and Viet Nam.
“Zelenskyy said in August of this year “it would take Russia four-years to fully occupy the Donbas,””. Nonsense. Starting from scratch, Russia could have taken whatever they wanted from Ukraine in a weekend. I don’t understand the reason they have delayed.
Reading the comments, I understand. It is the American Laundromat. (Must have lost my head there for the moment.)
The Russians had to go slow to give Nato enough time to send all their wonder weapons to Ukraine!
The foreign policy of President Trump can handle the Ukraine situation. This is distinct from the previous approach, and it is described by negotiations with individual countries to set tariffs.
Following this strategy consistently, the United States will make agreements with sovereign nations. For example, Russia is a sovereign nation, the European Union is not. So we would pursue agreements with Russia and with individual European nations, perhaps starting with those nations friendliest to the Trump administration, such as Italy and Hungary.
Since Ukraine does not have a legitimate, elected government, it is not possible to make agreements with that country. And U.S. membership in NATO is straightforward, vetoing expansion and declining to finance the whole operation, requiring individual participants to pay their fair share.
Notice how our negotiations with Russia, without the EU participating, enrages the Europeans. It is because we are taking ownership of our foreign policy and not letting the EU elites take the lead. So, continuing as we are doing is best, and it will be fruitful. It is not our responsibility to mollify the European elites, as we pursue what is in our best interest in foreign policy.
I am beginning to think Europe pulled the Obama/Biden strings to our foreign policies – ie Ukraine/Russia.
Sounds like Europe wants a war with Russia. I hope T$ makes it clear to the Russians the US wants no part of it.
Discussing the coke supply chain problem on the sidewalk. Trump is droning the supply!
Russia is going to control the Donbas and short of nuclear war, there isn’t a damn thing that anyone can do about it. Anyone who denies this is not dealing in reality.
If Ukraine and the EU wish to send every last one of their military age subjects to the meat grinder in Ukraine and / or start a war with Russia, so be it. POTUS should wash his hands of the entire affair, acknowledge reality, make amends with Russia and move on with our own interests. The failed states of Western Europe are committing suicide and won’t be around in anther five to ten years, anyway. Instead, by their own hand, they will become part of the reconstituted Muslim caliphate and we will need to partner with Russia and Eastern Europe in order to keep the caliphate under control. Therefore, the sooner we normalize relations with Russia, the better. It is in our, Russia’s and the rest of the world’s best interest. If the EU and Western Europe wants to self destruct, there is nothing that we can do to change that and we should recognize this and stop agonizing over it.
War pigs.
The Russians already won that territory in this war. They will not give it up. Nor should they. Ukraine can continue this war by refusing to give up what is already lost. Russia will move forward then as they have stated and win more territory.
Z is a puppet dancing on a string to the music of the EU war mongers. He will end up badly either way but he really should listen to Trump and the Russians which might get him some escape time before the EU underground IC finds him and takes him out perhaps.
I as a taxpayer in America, want NO MORE of my dollars to go to fighting this war or to anything EU that is connected to it. I want the USA to withdraw from all military connections and to get out of a useless NATO too. No to any plans in their peace deal that states America comes to the rescue militarily or financially. None. Let them all fend for themselves over there and sacrifice their people and their economies.
STOP all funding from America to the UKR war. If humanitarian aid is given to help the people then it needs to be strictly managed and audited by the USA to make sure it goes to the people only, not the leadership.
At this point, the true citizens of Europe would be much better off under Russian control. At least they could walk safely to a store without being gang raped by imported savages…
I feel that even if Ukraine just joined the EU but not nato, it wouldn’t matter. These snakes would just arbitrarily claim that if an EU client comes under some perceived attack, they could call in NATO for support and there the US would be cornered. It’s sad that EU is claiming protection from perceived Russian attacks when it was NATO that violated the treaty signed after the Soviet fall in the 90s promising that NATO would not encroach on Russia’s western flank. But NATO has been gobbling up the former eastern block countries in direct violation and ignoring Putin’s many warnings over the years to stop. The scheming is so obvious now and yet these reptilians continue the agenda of more war. It’s a contrast to see all the good works brought to the world from Europe throughout history offset by the biggest, bloodiest wars brought to the world was well. Sad.
Ukraine soap opera episode # 724. Euroweenies have the green goblin over for a winter slumber party!
“Zelenskyy claims losing this area would allow Putin to invade the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions.” Yet still, he won’t make a deal.
Miss Lindsey (net worth $30 million) loves killing; so does the CIA.
wander ..how miss lindsey..will pirouette out of this……
This is really a European land grab. The Euro’s have a history of this with Russia going back hundreds of years.
The dark side of Europe – they conquer and wage war for what does not belong to them.
The Ukraine-Russian people are Slavic. The Western Ukraine was Polish in 1936.
Let Europe divide up Western Ukraine. Kiev should be Russian if they cannot live in harmony with their neighbor Russia.
More dark history: “Slavic” is derived from “slaves”.
Ouch. I read thru the comments and was surprised that no one picked up on what Sundance was putting down regarding the EU membership. This conflict must be framed as an England and EU led conflict, not a NATO one. Push for Ukraine’s inclusion into the EU and wash our hands of this male bovine fecal matter. Ukraine inclusion will divide the EU even more than it currently is. A dissolution of the EU will be a good thing, as unelected bureaucrats subvert God given rights.
This hair-ball of a “war” falls squarely on the previous regime/pResident.
…steps off soapbox…
Adding the Ukraine to the EU would result in:
1) the Ukraine being invaded by non-assimilating muslim hoards just like the rest of the EU (eastern and western Ukrainians don’t want that to happen, why would they?)
2) the EU being able to pilfer the Ukraine Reconstruction Funding
(the corrupt broke-@$$ EU and their globalist handlers would love it)
3) provide more of an opportunity to easily set up a false flag resulting in another conflict with Russia
(any further encroachment of the EU into the Ukraine would be disastrous by design)
Perhaps, I’ve overlooked the benefits of the Ukraine joining the EU?

The pictures Sundance provided here remind me so much of “The Godfather” movies. All of the crime bosses meeting together to determine how to split the dirty money and how to keep their dirty business operations running.
NATO and the EU are no different from the fictional Corleone Family. Each and every one of them is responsible for countless deaths as they pursue money and power. They are monsters-just like the Mafia.
Zelensky, Starmer, Macron and Merz have no interest in peace. Sadly, thousands more will die because of this.
So thankful for our President. Blessed are the peacemakers.
The idiotic Ukrainian dictator and his E.U. quislings are playing the long game knowing Pres Trump is out in 3 years. Then they think they can keep the war going forever.
Feeling angry! And so so sad for Ukrainians who have nothing to do with these idiotic decisions and positions by their “leader”. The ruling class pilfer billions while the proles suffer. It’s disgusting.
This scene reminds me of the engineers who ran the pumps on the Titanic after the crash. Great intentions but hopeless.
“The ruling class is supporting Zelenskyy, while the killing of the non-ruling class continues on the fields of Ukraine.”
Exactly, those four puppets have to be sent to the front lines to fight the Russians they hate so much. Instead of us having to endure their dangerous rumblings.
Excellent article. Thank you.
Way past time for President Trump to walk away from Ukraine & NATO BS.
It’s all nonsensical. The Russians sell petroleum and gas to the EU. Russia needs the money to fund the conflict. The EU needs petroleum and gas to run their countries.
Oh, the EU will phase all Russian exports by 2027. Wanna stop the conflict quickly. No exports, no funding. Stop the imports, the EU will collapse.
The hypocrisy is outrageous. The EU is funding both Russia and Ukraine. Death monger’s, the European’s.
“Zelenskyy told his media stenographers, “Under our laws, under international law — and under moral law — we have no right to give anything away. That is what we are fighting for.”
The U.K, France and Germany support Zelenskyy’s position that he is not going to concede any territory to the Russian Federation, specifically the 30% of the Donbas area in Eastern Ukraine currently at the heart of the physical conflict.”
What is there about these repeated, unambiguous, and fervent declarations that anyone can misunderstand? Couple them with the Euros’ demand for a security guarantee that unequivocally binds the United States to militarily defend their interests if a ceasefire does not hold, and the certainty of negotiations being fruitless is compounded.
Indeed, Putin does have all the leverage, and he, absolutely, will not return conquered lands. The killing will continue.
Why doesn’t Zelenskyy meet with PUTIN. Too simple?
Here is what I think The President should do.
1) Ask the House and the Senate what would they like to do? Continue or Broker a Peace Deal?
2) Once said Vote is Finished? Go to the American people and let them Know how the Vote went. Then Ask for ever Person that Voted for the war to Volunteer for the Ukrainian Army and all of their emediate family. Nephews, Nieces and an Friends or supporters to Join too. This is a Real plan to change the course of History (both theres and ours). Its a win win.
Send them over so they can get first hand accounts of what they have been missing and really hear from those affected and to Continue the FIght for Ukraine !!!!
Now Every person that Voted for the war that doesn’t want to Comply? Mark them a Traitor to the People (Both Ukraine and America) Revoke their Citizenship and Banish them. Now this would never happen but would be Fun to see them squirm after everything is public. I think it would be a Smash show . I understand they will claim that they have Rights and Such… But take there Rights away like they have been doing to REAL AMERICANS for the Last 100 years. Or Deport them all overnight and let the Courts figure it out with them being in Ukraine. Man wouldn’t that be fun???
I want it all over so I can eat chicken Kiev again.
“The European leaders are manufacturing a construct that is not supported by the vast majority of the citizens within the EU, even within Ukraine itself. Meanwhile back in the USA, congress (House and Senate majorities) supports the position of Ukraine and the EU against the interests of President Trump and the voting majority.”
Exactly.
Which is why the Euro leaders will eventually fail. It’s a race. What fails first? The current UK, GE, FR regimes? The Ukrainian gov’t? American policy not to directly engage?
As long as PDJT remains steadfast in refusing to directly commit US forces, there are only two options: peace/ceasefire or sacking of the Ukrainian gov’t.
Ukraine strategy seems to be to get as many of their people killed as possible, maybe zelensky secretly hates his army
Is that a suit jacket I see on the midget, even a tie to go with it?
