Why not have a “3 strikes and you are out” type of rule ….if your decisions are overturned X numbers of times by an appeal court, you are automatically suspended from the bench upon review.

The DC Circuit is an appellate court, the Judges Julie Kelly names are all federal district court Judges, in other words, the trial court level.
DC government exists at the pleasure of the House of Representatives. The Congress ultimately controls DC. Maybe Mike Johnson could put a stop to this. But maybe not, because these are federal courts and are under the US Supreme Court.
Sounds to me like this should be a Special Writ to the Supreme Court. A Writ of Mandamus or even Habeas Corpus.
Trump will do to the DC Circuit what he did to the 9th Circus Court of Appeals in San Francisco which has not been a significant source of trouble in America since Trump 45.
A lot of Trump’s victories in his first term picked up steam as the various court compositions were altered with better judges. The 9th Circus was the go-to source for all attacks on Republican administrations going back to at least the 1990’s (for as long as I’ve paid attention to stuff like that). It was the Left’s most dependable judge-shopping appellate court and a “lock” for declaring all Republican initiatives unconstitutional.
Much of Trump’s pending successes in his second term will be because Democrats will have a much more difficult time navigating a court system that is hostile to them. And now Trump will get a chance to further tilt a large number of appellate courts in his direction.

There has to be some sort of review of judges legal behavior in facilitating trials and judgements. They have to realize if they break the law causing a verdict to be overturned they will be held accountable. Removing immunity would certainly make them think twice before going rouge.

The U.S. Congress can remove or change jurisdiction of all federal judges. They can severely limit the jurisdiction of judges such as limiting what types of cases D.C. federal judges can act upon. Congress can completely eliminate the federal appeals court for the District of Columbia. It has become a vengeful, political tool of Democrats.

And the current Trump executive order meant to apply to future children of illegal aliens is being challenged on the basis of the Fourteenth. This battle is almost certainly going to end up in the Supreme Court which should be interesting, though far from an inevitable happy outcome. If you think Neil or Amy are going to vote to eliminate birthright citizenship, well good luck with that. Ideally we should repeal old number fourteen which is probably the sloppiest and messiest of the amendments. If you doubt that, go look up at that list above.

A couple thoughts on Ellison’s comments:
Rates of cancer – and nearly every other chronic disease – are going up among kids because we are poisoning them. Not because we don’t have enough drugs.
In his inauguration speech, President Trump swore to “end the chronic disease epidemic and keep our children safe, healthy and disease free.” He means this, and continually cited this goal during the campaign as a legacy objective.
The only way to reverse the interconnected chronic disease crisis is to STOP poisoning them. The central point of Good Energy is that we should be preventing diseases that are preventable (like cancer). Not trying to fix the car after it crashes.
Ellison’s comments cause unease for me not because private companies want to invest in therapeutics – it is because the history of chronic disease medications has been abysmal and we have a system today that does not provide patients INFORMED CONSENT. Our kids get sick because of a toxic stew of disruptions to their cells (food, circadian rhythm, sedentary behavior, over-prescriptions) and our system essentially mandates pharmaceutical interventions to “manage” instead of reverse their preventable sickness.

There is an inspiring space for innovation in healthcare to help us get to the root cause. We can more rapidly understand what drugs currently work and which don’t. We can use Elon’s robots to make regenerative farming more economical.

On the subject of AI and “medical,” patients may want to routinely check their post-visit summaries and/or post-op reports. Over the past 18 months, I have found incorrect info in every single report. Not talking typos here. I’m talking wholly inaccurate statements that are downright falsehoods. In contacting various medical facilities to ascertain why Dr. X said ____ in a report, when in fact ______ was never discussed, I was told that the facility’s version of AI generates reports because the doctors don’t have time. Apparently they sign off (electronically) without reading the reports!
Speaking of medical tests – my Mom and I learned that our local hospital ER was using doctors in India to read CATSCANS which supposedly was a monetary savings for the hospital – but we wondered, was the hospital passing on that savings to the person who had the test in lowering the charges incurred (to be self-paid or paid by insurance)?

Unload on Biden’s pardons – especially the insiders Sundance has listed. There are ways to do so.
A multi-pronged approach. First of all exploit the emotional feelings no doubt felt by many that were involved, but did NOT recieve a pardon, so ably expressed by Vinmans wife.
These mostly lower level people that actually did the legwork for the various conspiracies ASSUMED that they had “protection” and are pissed, afraid and feeling betrayed, and prosecutors can capitalise on that, to get these people to roll on their superiors, in exchange for reduced sentences..
This gives yiu a solid case, to attempt to prosecute the pardoned, forcing them to accept (or not) the pardon, and then you have a legitimate case to challenge the pardons and get a SCOTUS ruling, defining the limits of authority of Presidential pardons.
