So the situation is already better than it has been for years – but the whole team will be needed to implement the full policy.
We do not have any idea of who was arrested or how important those names were in the grand scheme of things.
The persons arrested might well be foreign military agents and perhaps yesterday was a decapitation operation.
Everyone needs to sit tight and afford the benefit of the doubt as things roll out over the next few months.
Is Delta Force about to take out the cartels? I don’t know.
Will we actually lose 14 cities to complete destruction as the well distributed and supplied enemy first attacks and then retreats to its strongholds?

Of course it’s not real. Birthright ALWAYS means “inherited from the parents.” If you’re a citizen, no matter where your child is born, are US citizens. However if you’re NOT a US Citizen, your child is NOT a US Citizen no matter where the child is born.
The waters became murky when a federal judge in California ruled that children of Chinese immigrants were US Citizens under the 14th amendment. I don’t believe this case has EVER reached to SCOTUS… not to my knowledge. Perhaps the article linked above could correct this.

It did reach SCOTUS and this is what they will hang their case on. However, the parents were considered legal residents at the time which is a slight difference. The SCOTUS case is pretty weak actually and my not survive challenge. My guess is some sort of quick ruling may occur rejecting Trump’s E.O. citing this case law. But I believe this will be appealed by Trump for a full review by the full SCOTUS.
It’s hard to say what that outcome might be, but it is clear by ALL documentation supporting the creation of the 14th amendment, upon so much of this relies, supports the fact that the 14th amendment has ONE purpose in mind and that was to grant citizenship to freed slaves and for no other purpose.

The key is the phrase ‘and subject to the jurisdiction thereof’.. Anchor babies are not subject to US jurisdiction when born..i believe they are subject to the jurisdiction of the birth parents or birth mother (a constitutionalist can clarify) and therefore not US citizens at birth.

My judge was Dabney Friedrich.
Judge Friedrich is responsible for ruling that the 1512 “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding” felony COULD be used against the J6ers.
This felony charge was used as a weapon to force guilty pleas, and was given to many J6ers who chose to try to defend themselves at trial (100% of them lost).
Countless people spent years in prison on the 1512 charge, which was as overturned by the Supreme Court this year- for being unconstitutional and wrongfully applied.
I went through 10 months of torment by the FBI and DOJ before meeting Judge Dabney Friedrich for the first time.
I honestly believed that when I had the opportunity to stand before a judge, impartiality and fairness would finally come into the picture.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
She was openly hostile, aggressive, contemptuous, irrational, and blindly prejudiced.
She treated me like a murderer. And she was even worse to my attorneys.
She seemed to relish in attacking us knowing that the media was listening and lapping up all of the content she was serving up for them.
As a futile exercise, we filed for early termination of my probation after several years, and Judge Friedrich denied it, stating, “His minimizing of his and others’ unlawful acts on January 6 evinces a continued lack of remorse and an ongoing need to protect the public from future crimes”.
I will spend the rest of my life working to make sure that Judge Dabney Friedrick as well as any of the other January 6th judges never advances in the federal court system, and sure as hell never gets anywhere near our Supreme Court.
All of these DC judges must be impeached.
Let’s simply eliminate the “DC Judicial Circuit!”
There is no reason why this uniquely-political City should have its own Judicial Circuit. Such a Circuit could never be anything more than what it very-plainly is: a political attack-dog.
All of the cases which arise in the City could be – say – handled by any other Circuit in the country, as selected by lot. Local courtrooms, housing, and other facilities would then be provided for the “circuit rider” Judges who would be brought in to hear and resolve the case. But, “DC” would no longer have a dedicated Circuit of its own.
This should be cemented by Constitutional Amendment.
How about we do both, eliminate the DC Circuit, and then impeach these politicians disguised as Judges so they can never do this again.
This is the Swamp Circuit, enforcing the Nazi Diktats of the Parasite Class vermin.

Birth right citizenship. This is the one that really gets my dander up. Woman crosses the border, drops a kid and presto, automatic citizenship. The 14th was never meant to confer citizenship to “anchor babies”. This amendment was written to confer citizenship on the emancipated slaves and no more. IMHO it was poorly written although the illegal immigration problem didn’t exist back in the 1860’s. This will most likely end up at the USSC. Alan Dershowitz mentioned last night that the states, ACLU, etc. who are suing, may not have standing.
Y’know, I continue to be amazed that we have “amended” this document only 27 times in its entire history, and the latest Amendment to be adopted is “Line #2” of the original “Bill of Rights” document! 😲 (Which actually has twelve items.)
If we need to “change a word or two,” we can do it. Furthermore, if Congress won’t do it, the States also have the power.
This Amendment was enacted in 1868, and 157 years is a very long time . . .
I generally believe that this nation has been much too reticent to (wisely …) invoke the “Amendment” power. That’s why the Founders gave it to us.

I say that “what someone wrote 157 years ago” was, fairly, “a product of their time.” But this should not now mean that “their words were forever carved in stone.”
Times have changed, new realities have been realized, new interpretations have been made. The Nation can, and should, from time to time, amend those words and create new ones. To properly reflect the 157 years that have passed since then!
It’s quite amusing to me that some people refer to the Constitution as “a ‘living document,'” yet they seem quite un-interested in amending it. Instead, they want to rely upon a pile of “judicial decisions.” Which is basically chaos.
The Founders gave “amendment power” both to the Congress and-d-d(!) directly to the States. We should be using their gift . . . very(!) wisely. But: “using it,” nonetheless.
