I’m going to drop a series of short video segments highlighting how the Biden administration is coaxing NATO allies into a position of war against Russia using an escalation within the proxy state of Ukraine. This is not getting nearly enough attention.
Ukraine (Zelensky), Canada (Trudeau), the U.K. (Starmer) and the United States (Biden) are currently discussing the shipment of Storm Shadow missiles from the U.K that have the ability to reach deep into Russia. Zelensky has been asking for them; however, the current conversation amid the NATO partnership essentially boils down to whether the missiles should be deployed to Ukraine or not.
When Vladimir Putin was asked about the long-range missile deployment and potential for strikes deep into Russia, the Russian Federation President spoke clearly about what was at stake.
Putin noted that Ukraine does not currently have long range missiles, nor do they have anything remotely close to the targeting system needed to use them. Therefore, as the Russian president noted, if such missiles are launched and strike Russia they are coming directly from NATO. President Putin said Russia will respond accordingly. As of this moment in late Saturday (9/14/24), British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is heading home from a meeting with Joe Biden without any agreement on the deployment of the missiles. The threat seemingly remains, as a threat to deploy them.
NATO would be foolish to escalate this level of provocation toward Russia. I can tell you from experience, my boots on the ground looking very carefully at the preparation within Russia, that Vladimir Putin is not bluffing. The Russian government has well prepared the Russian people on the possibility of war against segments of the “west” and perhaps all of NATO if needed.

Biden and Starmer have started walking things back AFTER Vladimir Putin made his remarks.
WASHINGTON DC – Keir Starmer has said the UK and US have come to a “strong position” in their quest for a resolution to the conflict in Ukraine following his meeting with President Joe Biden.
The Prime Minister described his discussions with Mr Biden as “long and productive”, but would not be drawn on what the pair had decided regarding Ukraine’s potential use of Western weaponry against Russian targets.
At the beginning of their meeting in the Blue Room at the White House in Washington DC on Friday, Mr Biden said “I don’t think much about Vladimir Putin” when asked about the Russian President’s threat of war with Nato.
Questioned on what they had decided in relation to Ukraine’s potential use of long-range missiles, Sir Keir told reporters: “We had a wide-ranging discussion about strategy in Ukraine, of course, in the Middle East and other parts of the world.
“This wasn’t a meeting about a particular capability. That wasn’t why we got our heads down today.
“It was to allow ourselves the space, which we took, the time, which we took, to have a strategic discussion so that tactical decisions could be seen within the wider strategy.

Regarding NATO support…. France has already started to pause their support for Ukraine following the recent elections. Germany has shifted their internal political discussions of support, following recent election in East Germany. The elections in the NATO allies are having an influence and Vladimir Putin is obviously noting the same thing.

Putin could create a crisis by recreating the Cuban missile crisis. He could put either nuclear or conventional missiles in Cuba and force the USA into negotiations to remove them in exchange for NATO not giving long range missiles to Ukraine.
If need be he could have Cuba fire some conventional missiles into the USA to take out an infrastructure target like a power plant. That would quickly bring the USA to the negotiating table.

The eleven-day conquest of Manchuria did, followed by Stalin’s announcement that his forces would occupy Tokyo within a month – coming a very short distance from the West.)
Today, “Victory Day” is Russia’s most-important and most somber national celebration. Everyone – including Vladimir Putin – carries black-and-white photographs of family members that were lost in what they call “The Great Patriotic War.” They will never forget.
And so, this is part of what is now driving Putin’s very-calm pronouncements. And, I am very sorry to say, “they are strikingly justified.”
Let us fervently hope that Putin and his staff continue to exhibit the apparent maturity which is apparently entirely lacking on “our side.”
However, to that end, may I now ask: “exactly who elected these people, who are now saying these things on behalf of our country?” (I don’t need to ask about the so-called President: he’s napping on the beach, if he is actually still “alive.”) Of course I already know the answer: “No one did.”
P.S.: I actually think that it would be “entirely reactionary” to presume that Putin would now “rashly respond” by pushing The Button.
Instead, I see him – as I do President Trump – as being a chess player.
For example: a perfectly valid “response” might be to construct several “permanent Russian military bases.” Could be in Cuba, could be anywhere nearby. Equip each of these bases with long-range missile batteries – of course including “nuclear capable” weapons.
(P.S.: We now literally have hundreds of them, around the world right now.)
Now: “you may continue to threaten the heartland of our country, as you right-now do.” However, the same threats that you now routinely(!) make against other nations’ homelands, are now equally arrayed against your(!) homeland.

You reminded me of something I read a while ago. When Truman was pondering the use of the atomic bomb, part of his reason for its use was the military prediction that conquering the Japanese islands would cost a million allied soldiers’ lives (based on the cost of capturing Okinawa). But, a second consideration was that the USSR had entered the war against Japan and Truman wanted to pre-empt the USSR from claiming any part of the victory over Japan or any part of the proceeds of victory in the Asia Pacific.
It is always important to remember that Vladimir Putin is the son of parents who survived the siege of St. Petersburg.

We’ve been at war off and on for my entire lifetime, we’ve never “canceled the election.” Why should we even think that is something that would be okay to do in the next month and a half? We currently don’t have a “president” — we need one (named Donald J. Trump). He should immediately take charge after he wins (instead of waiting until January 20, since he was elected four years ago), but this same brilliant cabal that wants to destroy the USA with the help of Russia needs to be dealt with because they will never stop.

None of the nuclear powers are going to risk possible destruction by their enemies; they will all launch hoping to prevent the loss of their nuclear arsenals in their silos or storage bunkers. The level of staggering incompetence & stupidity by our leaders is more terrifying than anything the Soviets could have ever dreamed up. I’m afraid we may not even make it to Election Day.
