As we continue referencing the key staffing challenges and positions for Trump 2025, in part to frame a proactive outline and in part to highlight the challenges within several positions that have been corrupted by the administrative state; today we look at the FBI {Context Here}.
Arguably the FBI is the key agency within the U.S. government that has provided the most discussion since the agency first targeted presidential candidate Donald Trump in 2015/2016.
The FBI is without doubt the one agency I have spent the most time researching in the past decade; in part due to the researched corruption within it, and in part due to stunning revelations discovered about the way it operates.
With background context previously shared, today my goal is to outline an aspect within the silo that few really understand.
This outline is extremely challenging without context. Some of the questions people have about the agency will hopefully be answered, and my hope is everyone who reads will have new context.
Let’s start with a simple question: How is it the FBI can botch so many openly problematic investigative issues like terrorist attacks, and yet simultaneously spend so much time investigating issues that seemingly have little or no value?
In essence, how does the FBI miss so much, yet have time for things that seem openly political?
The answer to that question took a long time to understand, it’s much more than just institutional corruption.
The FBI as an institution has a modern operational mission that is different from what is commonly thought to exist. The reality of the modern FBI mission consists of prioritizing their work based on the interests of Washington DC, and ONLY the interests of Washington DC.
If a subject can be defined as a priority for the system of government in Washington DC, then that subject is the targeting priority for the FBI. It does not matter what priority is assigned by any outside interest on the issue; nor does it matter what level of importance exists from the actual threat itself.
Example. The FBI misses terrorist threats, because the FBI -as a totally siloed agency- is not informed of the threat from DC. If a citizen, group, or outside agency reports a potential risk it is not investigated. This surfaces in everything from the Boston Marathon bombers to the Parkland shooter, to U.S. gymnasts being sexually assaulted. If the “threat” defined is not a threat to DC interests, then the threat is not pursued by the FBI.
The FBI only investigates threats or subjects of interest that stem from origination in Washington DC. Meaning if the DC system is threatened by the subject, that subject gets investigated. If the DC system does not trigger the notification, the FBI does not investigate it.
In essence the FBI only investigates threats as they are defined by other agencies, or silos, within Washington DC. The FBI is the internal agency that protects the DC system. This is a bastardized concept, a completely screwed up institutional mission, that stems from within the term “the continuation of government.”
A local or state issue, is not a priority for the FBI, even if the issue is a major threat to the domestic tranquility…. UNLESS, that issue, person or group threatens the stakeholders within the DC political system. This manifests openly by the inability of citizens to provide information that triggers action by the FBI.
The FBI only responds to investigative actions requested by agencies within Washington DC. Typically, Main Justice or the DOJ is the source of those originating requests; however, sometimes the executive or legislative branch can trigger the FBI action, if the identified threat has the potential to upset political operations within Washington DC.
Armed with empirical, undeniable evidence of corrupt activity, I was prepared to engage the FBI when I was intercepted by a person who warned me about this operational mission. It was from that point that I really began to understand the FBI as a silo within the system that is entirely predicated on self-preservation.
If a person brings a federal corruption issue to the FBI (like evidence of corrupt activity), they will end up being a target of the FBI because the evidence itself is likely adverse to one or more interests within DC. There are many reference examples, but two you will likely know are James O’Keefe (Ashley Biden diary) and/or voter fraud (writ large, with Michigan as a great example).
Because the Biden Diary threatened the DC government interest, O’Keefe quickly became a target. Because voter fraud in Michigan threatened the DC government interest, the FBI stepped in to cover it up. You can say the same for the Awan brothers, the Huma Abedin laptop, the Clinton classified emails and many more.
The FBI has two ways to protect the interests of DC: (1) Defend by investigating the accuser, evidence holder, or person who raises the issue. (2) Defend by non-investigation of the subject matter (Olympic Gymnasts, Epstein, etc). Again, if the institutional interests within DC are threatened by the subject matter, the objective of the FBI is to defend those institutional interests.
The FBI is not a federal investigative agency with a mission to serve and protect the people of the United States. The FBI is a federal investigative agency with a mission to protect the institutional interests of Washington DC. Once you understand this process with clarity then everything the FBI does and does not investigate, makes sense.
This operational mission of the FBI explains why when a citizen brings an issue to the FBI, the citizen is more than likely going to end up as a target. This reality is key to understanding the disparity between what people perceive as the FBI mission, and what the ACTUAL mission is.
This is not some off-the-cuff disparagement or conspiracy theory; this is the fact-based reality of how the FBI works. Even in my own discussions with John Durham’s FBI investigators, they openly admitted how their operational mission does not permit them to entertain any evidence of corruption or wrongdoing within government.
When you understand how it works, then you start to realize the futility of expecting any investigative outcome from the FBI toward anything that does not threaten Washington DC. Protecting the DC system IS the goal, the priority, the operational mission; nothing more. Does the FBI inability to track the J6 pipe-bomber make more sense now? There are a tremendous number of examples.
The various FBI offices distributed around the nation are essentially interception venues, constantly on the lookout to protect the interests of DC. If an issue surfaces that could potentially put the administrative state, or any actor therein at risk, the FBI is far more likely to intercede, intercept and manage away the issue.
The FBI are essentially investigative managers; they are not concerned with fraud or criminal wrongdoing when/if that fraud or corruption might put a part of the DC system at risk. Instead, the FBI will take control of the problem and throw their investigative blanket over it (Ex. Hunter Biden laptop, as given by the computer repair shop). The non-pretending people within the FBI will admit this, as will just about anyone who has ever had experience reaching out to the FBI for investigative assistance.
Once you take this context and apply it to examples you can reference, then suddenly everything the FBI does and does not do, makes sense. Every contradiction, and I do mean each example that might be pulled into the conversation as a reference point, makes sense from the reality of this perspective. The raid on Mar-a-Lago and the targeting of President Trump is another brutally obvious example.
Many voices have recently started calling for the elimination of the FBI as a result of controversies that surround this factual mission priority. Those voices are not wrong; in fact, there is no way to reform the FBI as an investigative agency, because the mission of the agency is the opposite of what it should be.
The FSB is known to protect the interests of the Russian government; this is accepted and no longer arguable. However, the same purpose is true with the USA and the FBI relationship toward government. Unfortunately, the system of government that benefits from this protection is never going to willingly remove their guards.
The last point on this issue is even more alarming. Only a handful of people within Washington DC will admit the truth behind the FBI mission.
With this in mind, who should be the FBI Director, Deputy Director and Chief Legal Counsel for a President Trump administration.
If the goal is to begin the process to remove the institution, it is going to take a massive amount of public education to get this level of support in place. Removing this one agency silo is going to take up a lot of time by senior members of the Trump administration.
FBI Director: Clay Higgins
Deputy FBI Director: Kris Kobach
FBI Chief Legal Counsel: Tony Buzbee

I agree it’s the perfect team.
I did not know much about Clay Higgins until he got involved in the investigation of the J13 Not-A-Lone-Wolf assassination attempt. He seems to be honest in his intention to unearth the truth.
Clay has a long history in law enforcement and has always given the impression of being an honest, tough, no nonsense, straight shooter. That said, there have been a couple of things I’ve significantly disagreed with him on since he’s been in congress, but never expect to agree 100% with anyone.
To get a flavor of the man:
I think Clay Higgins is a good man and a straight shooter, any policy agreements I expect to be things normal good men can disagree on.
But I don’t want him to be the head of the FBI.
Not because of HIM. I don’t want there to be an FBI. They have gone TOO FAR, and THAT statement is ridiculous understatement. They are irredeemable. Even the whistleblowers among them have been too silent for too long. They ALL, except the most vocal whistleblowers MAYBE, need to be FIRED and CODED so as to be ineligible for government employment EVER.
If there is a role for the FBI any more, it is only to serve as an example of a government agency turned AGAINST the American people.
You misunderstand.
It will be his job to dismantle the organization – from within.
Chris Farrell, 25 years at Judicial Watch, suggests creating an investigation division within the US Marshall’s Office and collapsing the FBI in six months time.
After demolition of its DC headquarters, a headstone should be set in its place.
The epitaph written on the headstone should mark the beginning of its end:
“No reasonable prosecutor would bring this case.”
This was the Horse Shi^t lie that simultaneously ended the prosecution of Hillary Clinton, and began the endless prosecutions of Donald Trump.
It brought to light the maleficious workings of the FBI, how it selectively enforced the law, protected and advanced its chosen politician while destroying its perceived enemy, proving there are no reasonable prosecutors in DC, nor are there any courts practicing any reasonable jurisprudence.
Too slow and hazardous to the man’s health. Congress just stops funding and abolishes the agency. As soon as the legislation is passed and signed by the President they are gone.
Check out c-span and pull up a few J6 hearings, when he confronts Chris Wray. He tells him directly, I have your number and there will be justice, sir.
Well then! Thanks for the responses…
As usual, sundance is on 🎯.
In bowling the target for a good strike is often slightly off to the side of the head pin. A bowler can hit a strike with a good curve ball. So, if the target is to take down a silo in DC one needs to shoot off center and just before the end do a curve ball hit. How glorious that would be. So, make plans pretending to not have anything to do with the DC silo by shooting off center. With the plans openly targeting something else entirely with the idea that everyone involved knows the real target, thereby the gaming goes unnoticed until the ninth hour and plan for a good curve. JMHO and a dream coming true. If only.
I’ll spare you the bowling puns 🙂
Thank goodness you didn’t go in the gutter and strike out :-p
C’mon, MAN….we are all on pins and needles here.
This stuff is right up my alley.
Tony Buzbee is a Recon Marine… everything else is a derivative from that mindset. Badass dude.
HANDLED the RINOs ( Bushites ) RATHER WELL During the Paxton Impeachment
With George Floyd, the FBI was called in the very next day, I think it was, and then basic facts such as the actual length of time Floyd was “kneeled on” were withheld from the public for almost a year.
After January 6th the FBI had a billboard up on one of the main Twin Cities highways, telling people where they could inform on their friends and family.
Catherine and her partner, of True the Vote contacted the FBI about a system that was transfering personal data on electiob personelle to CHINA, and when it became obvious FBI wasn’t going to do anything, they did a “Teaser” p.r. campaign, to get the FBI to DO something, and they DID;
The FBI arrested Catherine and her partner, and held them for 7 days.
When the State Police were investigating GBI Strategies, (in Michigan) and had already obtained enough info to make arrests,..the FBI stepped in an “took over” (buried) the Investigation.
Wow, the focus of evil in modern times…a “law investigative organization” which acts like the Mob. Scary times…
Upper echelon mobsters have remarked that the FBI is much dirtier and corrupt than the Mafia ever were.
Of course, the mob never declared themselves to be good guys—rather, they were just men and women who did what they wanted, when they wanted. Unlike the FBI, I will stick to Italian crime families. Those crime families took care of their neighbors, friends, and fellow Italians/Americans. They only cared if you butted in on their business or interrupted one of their schemes. Then the game was over for you- most average people, no worries.
The FBI never took care of Americans, all while proclaiming to be the good guys and still doing everything else the mob does but with impunity because they are the “law.” And unlike the mob the FBI targets average people to be scapegoats and patsies while holding their heads underwater.
I don’t understand why they are always sticking their nose into STATE & LOCAL MATTERS, like G. Floyd.
The only adjacent matter that would be of federal interest was the possibility of counterfeiting … But that used to be a Secret Service matter. Floyd was just a state& county matter, not federal.
Can anybody tell me why the FBI is in every local event?
Clay Higgins as FBI DIRECTOR reminds me of Major General Smedley Darlington Butler as Head of Public Safety in Philadelphia in the early 20th century. Only a special breed of people have the courage, strength of will and integrity to shut down the corruption and carry out such a mission.
They’ll go after his kids.
I personally believe Adm Mike Rogers who blew the whistle as to the 702 abuse from contractors should be heavily considered.
Our military has become so politicized beyond the enlisted and there are definitely good options especially for the ones who were in certain areas.
Funny, that we never heard from Adm Rogers again after that? He never came to President Trump’s defense during the entire Russian Collusion Dossier hoax!
Maybe he was doing more important assigned tasks in the War.
In fact, having been a White Hat sleeper agent right up until that actual very critical moment necessary to shove the domino that forced the DS off its path — at exactly the right moment, not too early and not too late — it is almost certain that he did move on to his next classified assignment, and he’s under no obligation whatsoever to tell those who have no need to know what it is.
Yeesh, give the man some credit for saving our asses.
Rogers went right into the lecture circuit.
Adm. Rogers deserves a lot of credit for warning and advising Trump and others. He did his duty to protect the USA from all enemies domestic, exposing the unlawful DOJ/FBI cabal. Would be great if Rogers came back as head of DOD or DNI/CIA. Sad day when he retired from the NSA, but hopefully other White hats remain to carry on the mission. Not sure if Nakasone or Kellogg are part of that group. Hopefully Space Force is involved in a higher mission to save our Republic and are watching all the moving parts.
I agree but if he was a swamp creature he would have never alerted PDJT about what was being abused and the spying on him.
Exactly.
.
Wasn’t he already head of NSA, appointed by Obama?
.
You know who else got a reputation, and built up theur resume, based on speaking up and “doing the right thing” once?
Ashcroft, as A.G. was gravely ill and in the hospital.
Some of his subordinates wanted him to sign off on something he probably would NOT have gone along with.
So, they visited him in his hospital room, and when it was obvious he was in no condition to sign, they intended to fake it,…and ONE subordinate, James Comey stood up and said “NO!”
Admiral Rogers was saving his OWN ass, in doing what he did in exposing the abuse going on under his watch.
And “the Bishop” was covering HIS ass, as he would have been complicit in a fraud had he gone along.
.
Interesting point!
.
Didn’t he get fired as a result of actions?
Rogers smelt that he was being set up as a fall guy and so he called them out. Agree, covered his own ass. Nothing wrong with it but it is a key detail to understand Mike Rogers correctly. Great points.
It could be a mixture of motives…save oneself, expose the unmasking and alert Trump of spying by the FBI under the guise of the Russia hoax….all ordered by Obama. Even if Rogers knew it was happening on his watch, he chose not to continue serving under that crooked administration and did sound the alarm.
Sundance wrote about this in 2022. Admiral Mike Rogers signed the open letter wanting to PRESERVE THE SURVIELLANCE SYSTEM.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2022/04/20/former-intel-officials-want-efforts-to-break-up-big-tech-stopped-data-control-and-retention-of-social-media-partnership-is-a-national-security-imperative/
That’s a different version than I read about 15 years ago. From the article I read about it Ashcroft refused to sign the order. No mention of Comey.
Yes.
I would appoint Tony Buzbee as special prosecutor to investigate the J6 panel. He is a badass. I am glad you mentioned his name. “They (the Bushes) can go back to Maine. This is Texas.” -Tony Buzbee
.
Why investigate J6? Congressers are immune while working in Congress. For another go-nowhere report?
.
How about getting some of the worst _out_ of Congress?
We need to work on it anyway. Sundance’s premise that the Blob now plans to lose to PDJT but steal both House and Senate remains foremost in my mind.
SD said it first but I’ve heard quite a few echoes since.
Too Big to Rig means the whole enchilada.
My dream pick would be Retired MSG Jeremy Brown. Imagine how well he knows the level of corruption inside the FBI now and how hungry he would be to take names and kick asses.
.
Being wrongfully arrested does not qualify someone to run an agency, or navigate the legal, financial, political, and managerial constraints required to do so.
.
You really think the people currently at the head of the FBI have any idea about any of that? The new head doesn’t need to be a pen pusher, they need to know how to drain the swamp, which is why he was arrested in the first place, he refused to be part of the swamp.
.
Yeah? How do you think the swamp will get “drained”? With an Mk16?
.
What has the “qualified” got us so far? Who does the qualification? Qualification functionally means who is acceptable on the Manhattan / Georgetown cocktails circuit.
At this point we got nothing to lose. The ruling aristocrat clans have zero credibility at this point.
But I appreciate your desire for a high level of knowledge, experience and ability.
God chose;
David a Shepard boy with a rock, the youngest son.
Moses a man wanted for murder in Egypt, hiding in the desert.
Gideon hiding in a wine press from the Midianites.
Saul a deep state prosecutor persecuting Christians.
Abraham a stranger in a strange land, expelled from Egypt and Mesopotamia.
Amos not a prophet or the son of a prophet but a herdsman and gatherer of sycamore fruit.
And for some strange reason he choose us for his purpose in his time.
Excellent choices!!! Especially Tony Buzbee – no holds barred legal eagle!!
Crooks was Antifa.
Don’t doubt that, but would love to see a link.
I have a feeling he was coached by his father.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/?s=Who+guards+the+guards
Who watches the watchers? Who guards the guards? The question was posed by the Roman satirist Juvenal 2,000 years ago, but it has never been more relevant. It’s applied now to remind us of the need to keep a watchful eye on those in power.
This should be our paramount concern now, when lies and liars are everywhere.-Sundance
Who watches the watchers? Who guards the guards? Apparently no one now that the Fourth Branch has stripped away the separation of powers our Founders put in place in the Constitution and replaced them with silos! I thought this previous post was relevant here? The FBI new building is larger than the Pentagon. Now why is that needed? Because over 100 million American citizens are now deemed Domestic Extremists (DEs) by the deep state! DEs are President Trump supporters, America Firsters, Catholics, Republicans, conservatives and all other Christians! That’s a large group not supporting the current deep state run government needing FBI investigation of course! Thus the need for such a monstrosity FBI building! The FBI needs destroyed and burned to the ground and the ground salted! That kind of LE should never rise again! Godspeed Sundance!
.
Buildings can be used for different things.
,
Haven’t seen much of Higgins since he was on with Lara Logan about his investigation into the FBI’s involvement with J6. What ever happened with that?
That said, if he can suppress his disdain for the stupid questions he will undoubtedly be asked, hopefully he can get confirmed if nominated.
Here’s a few Clay Higgins interviews from past Treehouse articles by Sundance, including interviews by Lara Logan and Tucker Carlson:
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/?s=Clay+higgins
We’ll see
As a country, we are broke.
How about defunding the most ineffective agencies of the federal grubberment, starting with the FBI and the CIA?
Federal Reserve first even though its no Federal. Take away all their money and the job gets way easier.
The Federal Reserve is a privately owned bank…..is it not?
Taking away someone else’s money?
Now if you want to take back your money, we can discuss actions regarding the Treasury Dept and it’s police dept commonly calle the IRS.
for fraud.
i cant print money and buy your home and laugh at you.
Need a viable replacement system, with strong checks on the decision makers.
You want Janet Yellen to be heading up Treasury, in charge of currency? I think not.
I have yet to see a viable system suggestion from any of the Fed haters.
Gotta go see what Danielle Dimartino Booth says. Haven’t finished her book yet. Great head on her shoulders.
Encouraging each state to create a state bank on the model of the 1921 ND state bank would stabilize the system, and insulate the federal currency by stability at the state level.
sundance , you have a beautiful mind-informed with a love of truth and plenty of courage!! Rage on my crazy friend!!
FBI delenda est!
Three points have been here: 1) “there is no way to reform the FBI as an investigative agency, because the mission of the agency is the opposite of what it should be”; 2) “Only a handful of people within Washington DC will admit the truth behind the FBI mission”; 3) “If the goal is to begin the process to remove the institution, it is going to take a massive amount of public education to get this level of support in place.”
Assuming that Trump ’47 appoints the men recommended here (or equal-in-character and experience to them), why would not a complete replacement of the management levels of the FBI — and a restoration of its “pre-9/11” (or perhaps, even earlier) mission —be an acceptable alternative?
Would it not be easier to gain sufficient public support for this “less perfect” solution, than to try to convince the American people to do-away entirely with the FBI? How long would it take to win that argument?
How long would it take to create a replacement investigative//enforcement capability?
And how would we manage these essential operations, in the meantime?
Check out the bowling analogy made earlier by commenter Gordy. I think I can see your idea / some of your questions addressed.. Just a thought.
Becaude the FBI’s pre-911 mission, as established by J. Edgar was first and foremost to justify its own existence, and it did this by intervening in State or Municipal investigations when they involved the elites, and blackmail the elites into supporting the FBI.
So, why the FBI was never taken away from Hoover, why he only retired when he died, is because he collected blackmail material on EVERYONE, and used it to protect himself and his prescious agency.
Those who came after him, simply expanded the targeting, and the entity being protected.
There is no legitimate need for a National Police Force.
A replacement agency for the FBI already exists. It’s ICE/HSI ie Homeland Security Investigations. They would be much better than the FIBs. Like Tom Homan, that led ICE under Trump, a high number of HSI agents were previously Border Patrol agents. BP agents and FBI agents are, to put it mildly, not the same.
Director: Mike Davis
Deputy: Sidney Powell
chief legal counsel: Brad Dacus
Deputy legal counsel: Forrest Brumbaugh, Ralph Molina (Paxton lieutenants)
Anthony Buzbee is an impressive trial lawyer, but if Ken Paxton is to be, as we fervently pray, U.S. Attorney General, we Texans need Buzbee as Texas AG. To leave that post unguarded, possibly to be filled by someone from the Bush machine, would be a catastrophe for Texas. We have to keep Texas red, or there’s simply no tomorrow for America.
I went to school with Brad Dacus. Solid guy, super Christian, tremendous integrity.
Mike Davis knows the senate and will be prepared for the knife fighting there. Sidney Powell, as a victim of lawfare, will be highly motivated to either end it or use it against Leftists as a salutary lesson they need to learn.
If you want to “keep Texas Red” you are already too late.
As the Paxton Impeachment attempt showed, the Texas Legislature is firmly in the control of the Uniparty, as is the Executive with Abbot.
Respectfully, you define a State as “Red” if its legislature has R majority, and the Gov. is R.
BIG mistake. Yes, the R party has a majority of seats, compared to Dems, but the Speaker and Senate President are RINOS, and manipulate the process to give the Dem agenda, and Abbott is a RINO in the mold of RDS; he engages in showboat stunts, intended to show MAGA cred, but is not doing anything substantial to exploit the enormous power of the Governorship to stop illegal immigration.
If you start off with flawed assumptions, such as that “texas is RED, and we want to keep it that way” than any plans you make, built on that flawed assumption will most likely be flawed.
💯🎯👏👏👏
I appreciate the knowledge you share, but would like to offer something that probably should not be discounted.
The TX Nationalist Movement has ascended to the top of the Rep club. The fight is currently engaged there and I do expect them to win control.
They will have the question on the ballot next year, I believe.
If we are honest about the violence the globalists have planned for our nation, then we have to be honest as to what states will be attacked and how the citizens will change their current views.
If you are a Texan and don’t currently believe that the illegal immigration happening through your state is an issue, then perhaps the violence begun in your state on that vein could change your mind and you begin to side with TX Independence.
It will not take much for people to have their eyes opened when the violence against them begins. Watch TX become actual Red overnight and the people demand patriotic action.
Not a Texan, but watching this situation as I believe it to be a more accurate canary in our coal mine.
For TX, I agree that legal fighters and other strong patriotic leaders need to be in position / on deck for the coming months. I also think that Texans who fit that description will not be interested in doing anything other than defending their homes.
Sadly true about the legislature. We just turfed out our state rep, who had voted to impeach Paxton. It will take a while to replace all the bush machine Republicans with Maga Republicans, but it’s going to happen.
Mike Davis?
No.
While this may be the perfect team, the issue is that we are taking the best of the Republican reps from Congress, and putting them in positions in the Trump administration. How does this then affect the decisions and issues that Congress deals with? If we remove the best representatives, only to have RINO’s put in their place (or, worse yet, give the majority to the Dems) does that not stymie the goals of the legislature?
My concern as well.
Failure By Internal corruption… that is the modern FBI.
Ladies and Gentlemen…You’ve just read what’s called a paradigm change.
This doesn’t happen that much in a lifetime.
Wait until the NPCs find out.
Clay Higgins for sure.
Rebrand – reinvent – relocate. Get them out of DC and decentralize, decentralize.
Sundance,
Succinct and outlined point by undeniable point:
You know it
We know it.
We don’t want to believe our government’s single purpose is to preserve, protect and enrich its rotten self.
Next:
How do we behead this hydra?
Defund them.
They’ll find a way around it. After the ’77 passage of Prop. 13 in CA, local gov’ts would NOT just take the decision of their masters, the voters, to heart.
They started screwing with bond issues in place of property taxes, and when the enraged voters struck those down, they created an instrument called a Certificate of Participation, which behaved like a general obligation bond, BUT REQUIRED NO VOTER APPROVAL.
Then they made up “fees” for every little thing and reamed out the taxpayers.
Bottom line … THEY WILL NOT BOW TO THE WILL OF THE VOTERS. And it will be the same here.
Thanks Sundance
It’s a corporation.
Fire the entire FBI, ALL employees are complicit in their crimes against America. Prevent them the from government employ in law enforcement or the judiciary in ANY capacity along with the forfeit of their legal credentials.
Eliminate and terminate the FBI DC office and all personnel and field offices.
Move it to South or North Dakota and start all over with a new mission.
Fbi is in Maryland
Just plain defund them to make it next to impossible to recreate them.
Before their existence, States cooperated for cross border law enforcement. They still do.
Isn’t that the place our nation needs to be?
And while P. Trump is at it, outlaw ALL FEDERAL CIVIL FORFEITURE LAWS with an EO. Make them squeal!
Assuming Trump manages to win, which I am NOT betting on, this should be called Speedbump for the Blob staffing 2025.
Fundamental changes are needed which won’t be made because they can’t be made in a thoroughly corrupted political system with an attention deficit, political idiocracy citizenry.
Once we’ve gotten where we’re at, sustainable incremental change is not possible. Executive orders and staffing changes don’t even begin to cut it. Trump would require dictatorial powers in the US and all other Five Eyes group nations to sustainably fix things.
And that was my optimist message for today.
See my post above about Prop. 13 in CA. They are sucking at the massive teat of the hardworking taxpayers, and really can’t function in the private sector. It terrifies them, because they are so SUBSTANDARD. INFERIOR.
Tony Buzbee! OMG! He’s a democrat, but I love him. The best litigator.
Interesting including Tony Buzbee as FBI legal counsel. I had never heard of the man until the TX AG impeachment trial. Here’s what I will never quite understand – does the FBI have the “goods” on almost every congress critter? Why do they not even attempt to take off their rose colored glasses to see the FBI for what it is? How many examples do they need to open their eyes? The only reason this doesn’t happen has to be they are compromised.
If the majority of House & Senate GOPer’s have been compromised, is it possible for an FBI under the above selected leadership for them to be exposed? It just seems to me that unless we have elected officials who actually administer oversight nothing will change even with new leadership.
I personally don’t believe any change will happen even with a change in leadership. The agency must be dismantled completely. Start over with a new charter and eliminate any seating of the new agency in the DC sewer.
The same power that the I/C has and is employing for ill, can be repurposed.
Yes, they have blackmail material on everyone in Congress, so USE that to get Congress to confirm all of your nominees.
To encourage a BUNCH of retirements,…
As Blackmail material is the currency of the Swamp, accept that thats the way it is, and USE it.
YES!! EXACTLY. Play just as dirty as they do.
OMG can you imagine these 3 guys walking into the 7th floor on day one? I have always been impressed with Clay Higgins from the get go. His slow talking, Louisiana sidewinder accent hides a powerful and disarming strength that screams “don’t mess with me.” Yes sir, you are the man. Kris Kobach takes no prisoners either, and he is keen, smart, articulate and administratively qualified to clean house. Buzbee is a master at targeting and drawing blood on the first strike. Watching the Paxton sham Senate trial in TX, he skewered the accusers and you could see their tail fall between their legs. Wow, these guys are almost too good to be true, but so desperately needed to turn this ship around. God Bless all good men and women of these United States who are willing to step into the viper’s pit, take on the evil doers and save our beloved country.
I got chills when I saw your pick for Director. I have for years been touting Clay Higgins as one of a very few men in Congress that I consider honest. When you consider his past experience and the way he has conducted himself since being elected, I can only see the the Guiding Hand from above if he is appointed.
Why waste time serving all the people when you can concentrate all your efforts serving the servants that serve the people….Properly served, no harm can come to you.
FBI killed Jean Seberg. Remember “Paint Your Wagon”?
https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/films/features/kristen-stewart-new-movie-jean-seberg-suicide-fbi-venice-film-festival-2019-a9080366.html
Watergate was an operation to force out Nixon. Who was a threat to the organization.
So was JFK.
They haven’t changed tactics since Hoover, just switched sides.

Reminds of that great British comedy (documentary?) “Yes Minister” in which Sir Humphrey (Deep State) laughed at the newly elected minister and explained the draconian government classification law in England with ‘the official secrets act isn’t supposed to protect secrets, it protects officials’.
The same paradigm applies to the media with the slight shift of its mission which is to defend not DC but to defend the Democrat Party side of DC. Those on the GOP side are the enemy to be investigated, hounded, disparaged, and torn down.
They all need to be arrested and face the same harassment they have been giving Americans. FBI: Fascist Braindead Idiots.
Yea the FBI only has interest in Washington DC.
The democrats along with 70 republicans voted for the 1.5 billion for their new headquarter building that is a big SKIF that will hide all their deeds from the people that they are going after with their ruthless ways.
There is LOTS of vacant federal real estate hanging around that can be repurchased for use. No new buildings needed.
Sundance’s choice of Clay Higgins as FBI Director initially surprised me. Higgins talks a lot with very little follow up action. I agree with many of the things he says but I don’t trust him.
Having said that, Sundance’s choice of Kris Kobach for Deputy Director makes everything fit. Kobach is a reliable man of integrity who could be moved up at any moment should Higgins need to be fired. Kobach is the “insurance policy” if Higgins fails. As usual, Sundance’s choices here are brilliant.
These three men have the intestinal fortitude to do the job and it is going to be needed. They’ve already shown they can face down these evil corruptors. I cannot imagine the obstacles that will be thrown up to stop them and I will pray for them if this comes to pass. I’ve been thinking about this for several days and the only thing I could come up with is a team of really strong LEO’s. I know there has to be a lawyer in there somewhere and Buzbee fits the bill. Kobach fits the bill and Clay Higgins is the bulldog we need.
Create the new “Domestic Investigations Group” under the U.S. Marshal service, give the new entity half the FBI’s budget and let it staff up by interviewing low level FBI agents. Transfer all active cases: bank robberies, interstate kidnappings, etc. to the new entity.
The other half of the budget back to the Treasury. The FBI personnel not hired by the new entity (anyone with more than 3 years of service) can go look for a new job.
Buzbee got my attention when he defended Paxton. He does have a presence about him that is undeniable. If Paxton & Sundance trust him, then I am on board. Kobach I need to read up on. Clay sounds good.
There are so many examples over a long period of time of FIB corruption. The one that woke me up was the J6 debacle where the FIB “triangulated?” all the cell phones and pulled bank records to go after attendees. And then, relentlessly, harrassed people who attended who had done nothing wrong other than use their right to speak up and peaceably assemble.
The FIB has the power, currently, to spy on peaceful and law abiding Americans all they want, without a warrant (i.e., “target”). Who needs the CIA when you have the FIB? One of their favorite tricks is to entrap people, drag them into court (or prison) and abuse them. HOW MANY J6 attendees are still in the DC gulag?
Why is Nancy Pelosi not in jail?
Inquiring minds.
I pray for Putin’s continued patience so that WWIII doesn’t explode on us before we can get a new Administration in and an earnest clean up on aisle DC.
Who worked with Christopher Steele aka the British Empire?
Mission Creep: Look up Animal Control regulation in your local municipality and read the original charter and review their current budget. Report a nearby loose, vicious or incessantly barking dog and the Welfare Officer will come check on the dogs’ welfare, not the welfare of you or your stressed out, sleep deprived family and neighbors.
10000 % understand Tony Buzbee!! And total confidence in Sundance’s recommendation of Higgins & Kobach.
Always MAGA 👊👊🙏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️
The problem is election fraud, not voter fraud. While the latter does exist, it is a trivial problem compared to fraud on the part of those running the elections and the registration process (DMV).
Rebuild it into something better that really works and really has top-flight people in it who are capable of dealing with ‘all enemies, both foreign, and domestic’. Increase their manning and staffing by a full thousand people, have fluent foreign language speakers, computer programmers, scientists etc. Make the FBI ‘non pareil’ and a force to be reckoned with and a deterrent to corrupt and unscrupulous and criminal type persons who might seek to enter into govt. employ for nefarious and criminal purposes. Make us proud of our G-men. GANGBUSTERS
Great article and personnel suggestions, Sundance. Thank you.
The order for the new FBI building in DC should be rescinded immediately. The DC offices of the FBI should be closed, and all FBI personnel there should be de-centralized and dispersed throughout the State FBI offices.
