The introduction is here [CATCH UP], I am not going to slow down, re-review and/or rewrite anything. We have a limited amount of time, and the focus of these outlines is easy to understand.
In the next few weeks, I am going to write very specifically about who might be best suited for roles and responsibilities. Not from the perspective of the person per se’, but rather from the perspective of a fully understandable context for the position; the reality of what can be pragmatically accomplished, and detailed reasoning for why the challenge they will face exists. Today I focus on “the emissary.”
Without a doubt in my mind, the “emissary” is the most important person President Trump will select.
The Washington DC Intelligence Community (IC) actively work to isolate the office of the president. This is an almost impossible dynamic to avoid, caused by an entrenched and ideological adversary who has dug themselves deep into the apparatus of government.
The “emissary” is the person who carries the word of President Trump to any person identified by President Trump. The emissary is very much like a tape recording of President Trump in human form. The emissary travels to a location, meets a particular person or group, and then recites the opinion of the President. The words spoken by the emissary, are the words of President Trump.
The IC cannot inject themselves into this dynamic; that is why it is so valuable.
The emissary then hears the response from the intended person or group, repeats it back to them to ensure he/she will return with clarity of intent as expressed, and then returns to the office of the presidency and repeats the reply for the President. The emissary recites back exactly what he was /is told.
This process is critical when you understand how thoroughly compromised the full Executive Branch is. More importantly, this process becomes even more critical when you accept the Intelligence Community will lie to the office of the President to retain their position.
Read this next sentence slowly…. If the Senate confirms a director of an IC silo, then that director is demonstrably going to lie to the office of the President.
The Senate only confirms Intelligence Community leadership who are willing to LIE to THE PRESIDENT. This is just a factual reality.
If the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) confirms them, they will lie. That is the main role of the SSCI.
The people who constructed the Silos then metastasized the control rot within them, use the term “continuity of government,” to describe the true role and responsibility of the system. This is not factually wrong.
Where people go wrong is misunderstanding what the “continuity” is that is being maintained. Truly, the continuity of government is the priority. However, it’s the continuity of currently corrupt and immoral government we are now maintaining.
The CIA Director will lie to President Trump (they did, remember). The FBI Leadership will lie to President Trump (they did, remember). The AG will lie, the DNI will lie, the NSA will lie, and all the deputies therein will lie.
Washington DC puts it this way, you probably heard Bill Barr talking about ad-infinitum. The IC leadership is responsible for maintaining the “continuity of government” at all costs. The government is more important than The President.
If the continuity of government is maintained by lying to the office of the President, then so be it. Or, as James Comey said when justifying his lies to the President and his manipulation on March 20th, 2017: “because of the sensitivity of the matter.”
You can get as angry as you want about this, it’s just the DC system that exists. We must deal with what exists, not what we would pretend there to be.
If a candidate for an IC position is not willing to lie to the President, the Senate will not confirm him/her. This is why President Trump needs an emissary.
The role of the emissary is critical, the qualifications for that role are extremely important.
Remember, this person is speaking on behalf of President Trump. And representing the responding voice with a similar level of clarity.
The emissary must be of incredible moral character. They must be honest. The person should be entirely altruistic. They must have exceptional judgement, possess no ego, be impervious to scrutiny or review. They must maintain themselves at the highest moral standards at all times and exhibit incredible judgement and wisdom.
Due to the nature of the position the emissary is extremely powerful; therefore, a disposition of humility is also critical. The President must be able to trust this person without reservation or issue. At the same time, the entire weight of the U.S. Intelligence Community apparatus will seek to compromise the emissary, as they try to put walls around the President who holds silo-busting power.
Honesty, integrity, humility, trustworthiness, unimpeachable character and exceptional judgement, establish the baseline of traits the emissary must possess.
This is a choice that will be deeply important to President Trump. Fortunately, it is not a position that requires any confirmation or external approval. Judgement, discernment, wisdom and silence are the strength characteristics.
From my perspective, I can think of only one qualified candidate, Dr Ben Carson. However, I could be wrong – I do not know the sum total of the people around President Trump.

I don’t think there is a ruthless bone in Dr. Carson’s body. I think that position would require some degree of ruthlessness, willingness to bend arms and no nonsense ultimatums. Not sure that is Dr. Carson. I could be wrong, I don’t know the man.

He did this for years so we had a chance to really get to know him.
You underestimate the ruthlessness it requires to become a neurosurgeon, one which has operated on over 200 sets of conjoined twins.
I had the honor to hear BC speak as a guest speaker at a University commencement, and I was astounded by his ruthlessness and lack of emotion in describing the deaths and failures of these novel, at the time, surgical procedures at Johns Hopkins. I was shocked, and believe me when I say, that man’s ruthlessness exists.
BC pioneered the procedures for separating conjoined twins, which often according to him took as long as 16 hours.
I worked in hospitals, with all specialties and neurosurgeons are at the pinnacle of all doctors, and those at Johns Hopkins are even more elite. And it take’s ruthless perseverance to become a neurosurgeon anywhere but especially at one of the premier hospitals in the world, Johns Hopkins.
Dr. Ben Carson is NOT a “ruthless man.”
Maybe others are but he is not “ruthless.
A “ruthless” person is one who is harsh and cruel and will do anything to achieve fame or power etc.
Dr. Ben Carson is a serious, prayerful man that loves kids and wasn’t looking for fame or attention.
He is a very humble man full of grace. We know him ….
Neurosurgeon. Surgical. Perhaps not ruthless. But a scalpel does not need to be ruthless, simply strategic.
Dr. Carson exhibits the quality or grace of what we would call meekness. But do NOT confuse meekness for weakness… Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, was meek, YET… well, we all know His story and the kind of controlled strength exhibited by God’s only begotten Son when He walked the earth! My late father-in-law, who was also my former pastor, had a wonderful definition for meekness… he defined it as “gentle steel.” I think that fits Dr. Carson just fine.

I think the drawback to multiple emissaries would be some confusion. From Trumps mouth to your ear is powerfull, just as from your mouth to Trumps ear, undiluted and accurate. I’m not sure diluting that is a good idea.
Power dynamics come into play with multiples.
Dr. Carson exhibits these qualities, and is old enough now to be selfless. The few recent addresses he has made at turning pt events and the GOP convention were moving.
I am not disagreeing with your whole idea of an emissary for Trump. I agree. I do think we need to set our expectations higher. We cannot coexist with an evil, corrupt government. I believe Trump’s plans are much bigger than we can imagine. God has proven over and over again that He is using Trump to defeat evil. My question is, will Trump’s second term be a repeat of the first or was there a plan set in place his first term to bring the whole system down? Your idea is brilliant, but it scares me because it means we have to coexist with evil in our government and that should never be an option.
Whatever happened to Mike Rogers? The Navy Admiral who alerted Pres. Trump and the world to Obama’s treachery and the deep state via FISA abuse? I wonder if he should or would be a good consideration for anything?

I think that the Cabinet is too big and much of it unnecessary and bureaucratic and needs to be refocused. I think that it would be a mistake to separate Defense and Intelligence because that is why you have intelligence, and the separation is how problems and silos start. They need to have the same boss who watches offense and defense.
I think that the 17th Amendment gutted Secretaries of the Interior / Energy / Environment et all. Each governor of each state and their administrations and neighbor states have a better handle on what is happening or needs to happen than any secretary in DC. That is why I believe that there needs to be a Cabinet level position just do take care of interior issues by speaking with the people who administer all of the interior.
I think that there should be a secretary-level Homeland Security with a beefed up US Marshall’s Service and NO FBI with the head of Secret Service reporting direct to POTUS/Chief of Staff.
I think that there should be a direct cabinet level position just for the former Great Cities that have fallen along with Education via school choice because they go together. Ignorant voters elect stupid officials. See Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, DC and New York
I certainly don’t think the Secretary of State should from from the usual quarters which usually fails. The President needs someone who speaks the president’s mind without hesitation and who can put the press back on their heels.
Anything having to do with money or economics should report into the Secretary of the Treasury who should seriously be looking to print our own US Notes instead of Federal Reserve notes. OMB should be part of Treasury

Destroying the Deep State, curtailing college costs, training citizens, and slashing costs and budgets with The Draft. There are roughly 2.9 million federal employees and a about 2 million people in the volunteer US Armed Forces.
I tease people by saying that the draft keeps the peace because it does. When less than 4% of the population comprises our military it is very easy to continue with ‘forever wars’ because not everyone knows a Veteran. That changes when everyone knows a Veteran and parents begin paying attention to where their kids are stationed. Just saying.
Not everyone can or wants to serve in the US Armed Forces. How can these folks contribute to a better USA. Like the US Armed Forces, ALL Federal administrative / Financial/Clerical jobs should be filled just like the armed forces with training and boot camp, with some being lifers, and most going home.
This would train today’s youth for good paying jobs without having to sign up for $100K in debt for a job the US government could have trained them for significantly less. Using military pay scales, this would severely slash the federal budget while impoiving the lives of our young. And – destroying the deep state!
As ANY Veteran can testify, the best cure for racism and building esprit de corps is ‘Boot Camp.
Using a draft for 3/4 years of national service would improve society, cut the budget and kill the deep state. Food for thought, emissary.

Dr Carson is a excellent guess. I disregarded the Emissary position when considering Dr Carson in the Administration. He would be far more effective in that position than the token VP.

I absolutely agree with your assessment of the role of emissary and with your conclusion regarding Dr. Carson. The man is calm, serious, and extremely honest. His talent for listening and interpreting is as significant as his talent for communicating. I pray that President Trump understands what he is up against this time and makes the right choice for this role. In my view, I don’t think Ben Carson has the stamina required of President Trump’s Emissary. Maybe a deputy. My pick is Eric Trump. He has all of the qualifiers – and only exceptional judgement at issue ie., of wisdom and experience if not age. But it was RFK who had the back and spoke for his brother. Everyone knew it, no one doubted it. Tough and shrewd. Courageous and loyal. RFK about the same age as Eric. Funny earlier today I read a post asking, “Has anyone ever seen a real $2 bill?” The guy had a lot of followers…kinda funny when you think about it.
None better than Dr Carson. My nephew got to meet him at the RNC, his highpoint next to The Don himself.

I listened to the full Tucker Carson interview of Ben Carson. Yes, I agree. I was surprised when I saw “the emissary” and then read the description. I never heard of it before. I immediately thought of the TV series “Wild, Wild West” with Robert Conrad. Personally, I like no tech/low tech – combined with high IQ Ben Carson, I say YESS! He’ll look good in a cowboy hat.

When I read this, I immediately thought of Ben Carson. He’s the only possible choice, in my opinion.

I’m certainly missing something here. How are they not lying to the emissary in the first place? Additionally, if the role is essentialy that of an unofficial counselor, they have all the excuses to not interact with the emissary, stonewall him etc. Not an official figure, no meaningful interactions.
I love Dr. Carson — I love him dearly — but my opinion on the emissary position is the one person who was totally in sync with Trump and fully understood the wealth of knowledge you’ve described. He is unavailable at the moment, but would be available just before election day. Totally behind the scenes and under the table to transmit the message to any of the groups and return the response.
