The police were anticipating it, and had pre-positioned detours/roadblocks on the roads leading in, forming a large perimeter around the capitol area. They also were stopping and towing anyone who parked. This ended up keeping traffic moving in a circular pattern looking for another way in. Of course, no one thought to just stop their cars.
They did the same in Kentucky. No one could approach.

I don’t like that method because it blocks emergency vehicles and people on their way to work get pissed off. You can’t blame them either, just watching the other side do it pisses me off.
The second convoy did something similar in Sacramento, running a permitted protest at the Capitol plus doing traffic slowdowns and actually blocking the entrance to an executive office building legislators were working in, plus convoying through two legislators personal neighborhoods, one in Sac and one in Oakland, and Newsom’s neighborhood.
How many gentle readers knew that was going on? The convoy was camped out at my old racing venue, Sacramento Raceway, for the better part of a week on that particular operation. They were there both for Covid mandates and for the infanticide decriminalizing bill being voted on.
Anyway, it can be done. Cops did very little to stop them. One counter protestor/mercenary even tried to run some of the convoy participants down while on foot. I heard that live on the radios and saw it on the live-stream Joe was doing.
BTW, Taco Joe, that guy who followed the convoys all over the country and exposed the dirty dealings at the border, on both sides of the border, yeah Youtube killed his news channel. It’s still dead. The best way to get this going is for all of us to start right now, buying a little bit more of the toilet paper, paper towels, etc, as well as food that can be frozen such as meat and fish. Don’t forget your adult beverages, if you’re so inclined. Plus the extra coffee, bread, etc….. Just buy a TAD extra every week and it won’t cause a big stir. Then bam, we call out of work and do not do any kind of shopping for a couple of weeks.

Most folks are inured to cell phones to some extent. The problem is getting the numbers to give that up as part of the prep for any action.
Forex, my cell phone stays on a shelf. It’s been there for the better part of a year now. All it does is function as a hotspot for any devices and relays I have set up for it.
However, last week I went for a walk in the canyon with the neighbor lady. She carries her phone wherever she goes. A husband would wish he got that much attention.
So, I’m trying out my new ballistic helmet, gotta do that since it cost a grand, and she goes, hey look at this image of the new property her son is buying, and shows me a geo-location of it in the canyon.
What happened? The phone geo-located our position and caught a nice view of me in its selfie cam, including my new military grade ballistic helmet. I smiled 🙂

The difference between European countries protesting in mass and using that strategy in the U.S., is they are protesting against a National capital that is about as far away for them as most of our State capitols are for us. European countries are in many cases not much larger than some American states, so if millions turn up they can put on quite a show. They can even go home and prepare for another round of protests if they want to.
We’ve already seen how turning up by the millions in the American Capital when Obama was in office wasn’t even covered by the press and was completely ignored by the Obama Administration. It was also unsustainable logistically for any amount of time by that large a crowd. I would say it we did intend to send a large group to D.C. we should coordinate that with same thing happening in our State capitals. I’m not saying that’s a good idea just pointing out going to D.C. alone, as individuals is to short term and not very effective.
We could alternate groups descending on D.C. Truckers one week, Motorcycle groups the next week, Former vets the next week or even combination of all kinds of different groups. IMO it needs to be something continuous just like the Muslim loving mobs are doing now but in our own way of course. We could even co-ordinate this with State events. We need to get the attention of not just D.C. but our state governments Republican and Democrat alike. Most Republican run states are still doing business as usual while our country is being destroyed.
You cannot go for a few hours or a day. You have to be prepared to literally sit down & wait them out.
I watched how the convoys (the three U.S. ones in 2022) were run like a military operation, in waves. They also had security teams, staffed mostly by ex-military members, doing recon and handling communications and keeping an eye on the Communist enforcers and their mercenaries. Most folks who followed the convoy, and that was relatively few, never saw that stuff. It was designed that way.
However, at some point we will have to engage the Communist enforcers. That’s inevitable, unless there are sufficient masses of expendables to clog their jails with and subject themselves to the gulag like the J6’ers have. Unlike the Communist mercenaries whom law enforcement supported, we won’t get that support, rather opposition. It’s glaringly obvious to anyone with eyes.
So, what to do?
Not enough people will do that here in America. They just won’t.
For the longest time I’ve maintained that we are on our own. I’m not sure about the rest of you treepers, but lately it feels as though Gods grace has been coming through. Hard to describe, certainly the mainstream news doesn’t warrant this optimism. But here and there are glimmers of hope. The young women at the Atlanta chik filet, the Harlem bodega. All the while the establishment screams “don’t believe your lyin eyes”! Even ardent democrats can’t deny how utterly perverse and corrupt their party has become.

Furthermore, every day I am reading horrendous stories of abuse of J6 arrestees who have been kept in filth and solitary isolation for three years and they haven’t even been charged! Many can’t afford legal reprensenta tion or are being given hacks. The Gateway Pundit is the only site highlighting the abuse and I recommend people start supporting them.
I understand what Pres Trump is saying but the truth is the US legal system and free speech for everyone has gone in the West.

The protest on January 6 has put ‘fear’ in everyday Americans and too many people (the same ones that wore the mask and took the job) …regular, every day people have jobs, elderly parents, a dog or two and can’t leave their home for a long period of time. As usual, Trump has things *ss-backward. The double standard is this. Four years ago in the wake of the death of George Floyd Antifa and BLM went on a rampage looting and setting fires in major cities. I recall the rampages through the streets of New York when the NYPD stood down and did nothing. There were no mass arrests of the looters and arsonists. Contrast that to tonight in New York. At Columbia University there was a large peaceful protest with no violence and within no time at all the NYPD descended on the students and faculty like Nazi stormtroopers and made mass arrests!
There is an old saying “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize,”. The students at Columbia learned a valuable lesson tonight. They discovered who rules over them and who is likely to rule over them for the rest of their lives. If you dare criticize Israel for its ongoing extermination of the Gazans you will be labeled a “Jew-hater” and these vindictive and cruel people who control every major institution in America will make sure that you are crushed like an ant. If they could they would love to drop a 2000-pound bomb on you and your family.
What was done to the peaceful protesters of J6 was wrong but it is equally wrong what was done today to the pro-Palestine / anti-Genocide campus protesters. I see them as the same. If Trump had any principles he would be standing up for the rights of both groups of Americans to exercise their First Amendment rights instead of decrying a “double standard”. What Trump is saying essentially is; “My supporters were mistreated by the justice system so why can’t police mistreat pro-Palestine supporters”. What a horrible position to take.
