I visited Warsaw twice last month and can provide some ‘boots on the ground’ background context for what is taking place as the Polish farmers begin protesting against the regime of Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
The first thing to understand is that Warsaw is to Poland almost exactly as Washington DC is to the United States – which is to say, a capitol subculture of leftists and WEF minded globalists totally disconnected from the social mindset of the rest of the country. The Warsaw of the 80’s and 90’s Solidarity Movement no longer exists, which explains the installation of Tusk in opposition to the generally lulled to complacency Polish people. Sound familiar?

The protests are not about Ukraine farm products (Western narrative); they are protesting the Build Back Better (Green New Deal) climate change nonsense regulations that will put them out of business and hurt the Polish people.
The German farmers and middle class workers organized their logistics brilliantly. The farmers approached Berlin from every angle, using all the arterial roads as points of entrance to surround the city. The German farmers came into each artery in two columns: column A at the front and column B in the back.
Column A drove into the city; column B remained outside the city blocking the streets. It was a smart way logistically to protest, and German officials could not respond because they were blocked. German truckers and transportation workers assisted the protest with non-compliance highlighting their support. The German government acquiesced to the farmers.
The French farmer protests learned from the Germans, and they too were successful in their logistical protest against the French government. The French government acquiesced to the French farmer’s demands.
However, the Polish government saw the effective strategy as it began spreading around the EU. Tusk brought into Warsaw an advanced police group. As the Polish farmers moved into the center of Warsaw, they encountered a heavily fortified Polish security force. Tempers flared and physical confrontation was the outcome.
WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Poland saw its most violent protest by farmers and supporters yet Wednesday as some participants threw stones at police and tried to push through barriers around parliament, injuring several officers, police said.
Police used tear gas and said they detained over a dozen people and prevented the protesters from getting through to the Sejm, the Polish parliament.
Farmers are angry over European Union climate policies and food imports from Ukraine that they say threaten their livelihoods. Such protests have occurred across the 27-member EU in recent weeks, but this one was decidedly angrier than earlier demonstrations in the central European nation.
Police noted on the social media platform X that its officers “are not a party to the ongoing dispute” and warned that behavior threatening their safety “cannot be taken lightly and requires a firm and decisive response.”
The deputy agriculture minister, Michał Kołodziejczak, said he didn’t believe that “real, normal farmers caused a riot in front of the Sejm today,” and that it was necessary to isolate “provocateurs and troublemakers.”
He did not say who he thought was behind the violence.
Farmers on tractors blocked highways leading into Warsaw while thousands of their supporters gathered in front of the prime minister’s office before marching to the parliament. Some trampled a European Union flag and burned a mock coffin bearing the word “farmer.”
Farmers were joined by miners, foresters, hunters and other supporters. They blew horns and set off firecrackers and smoke bombs, despite police warnings that the use of pyrotechnics was banned. Some protesters burned tires.
The protesters are demanding a withdrawal from the EU’s Green Deal, a plan meant to fight climate change and protect biodiversity, including with plans requiring farmers to reduce the excessive use of polluting chemicals to boost their crops. The protests have led politicians to water down some provisions. (read more)
The area around the U.S Embassy in Warsaw is no longer a place of well-kept landscape honoring Ronald Reagan and the Polish Solidarity Movement. All of those pesky vestiges of freedom are in disrepair or being removed.
That said, let us hope (😉) the American resistance movement is watching the logistical success of the truckers and farmers in Germany and France.
Let the people enter the capitol for protest marches, while the support system infrastructure disrupts the arteries that encircle the core.

When I hear the word “Nazi”…I remember this….I have told this tale before…I got pulled out to step down from ICU and had to take care of an elderly married couple…this was about 15+ years ago…so tiny and frail…they were in their late 80’s…husband and wife were together in the same room…each had the numbered tattoo on their forearms…with a Star of David…I don’t know how they managed it but they were reunited after they were freed from the concentration camp…Reading about it..is one thing in High School…seeing and touching their marked forearms…was very profound and humbling…

A truck driver I know made a delivery there. They showed up at the security checkpoint where they had to wait whilst an “employee” took the truck into an entry tunnel to do the “last mile” delivery.

There’s 2 road and 1 railroad tunnel under the capitol area, then there’s metro. There’s 4 bridges on the Anacostia side and 4 on the potomac (if you consider 14th St “bridge” a single bridge).
The traffic from VA has to cross the bridges. Maryland is wide open—except the Beltway, which could control most of the arteries.
We could tie up traffic on I-95 which is the main artery going north to south on the east coast. We could tie it up for days with Truckers doing a slow roll. Shutting DC down would be a walk in the park. Remember last year or maybe the year before when I-95 was shut down for a day when they forgot to plow the interstate when it had snowed. The key to success are the TRUCKERS. Also, everyone knows someone who is a policeman, we should harass them and their families until they come over to our side.
IDK if gentle readers are aware but the convoy did a pretty good job of clogging the freeway ring around D.C., and sufficiently worried the local cops that they ad hoc blocked freeway off ramps with snow plows, apparently with little or no signage, and numerous vehicles impacted the snow plows, and at least one motorist to my knowledge was killed. That was in the first convoy.
The third convoy did some blocking on 95 in Maryland and the convoy leader was later arrested and jailed without bail as a fugitive from justice in WVA because that’s where they were camped. The governor had him extradited to Maryland for trial. That was the leader of the third convoy who drove the yellow fire truck that famously hosed down some Antifa in Portland with his water cannon on a freeway overpass.
Anyway, as Poland has shown, struggle is not without risk. People are injured and die. It takes a special brand of patriot to take on those risks and make the necessary sacrifices.
Frankly I’m surprised there hasn’t been a mob protesting the J6ers. They’re stuck in those filthy prisons without due process, makes me SICK the torture they put those guys through.
I-95 actually follows the 495 beltway in MD. They refused to allow a freeway through DC, so what was intended to be I-95 is now I-395 and dead-ends at NY Ave.
That’s exactly what I posted yesterday on social media. What I noted is that France is about the size of Texas with double the population. Their capital in France is about as far for them to protest against as most State capitals are in the U.S.
D.C. doesn’t care about millions protesting at the capital. But maybe that was because if was just ordinary people. We did that big time when Obama was in office to no avail.
If we want a nation wide protest it will need to be a farmer, trucker protest nationwide, much harder to do, not saying it’s not doable. Maybe coordinated with state protests. No Fed troops that way. People could dump nails and spikes and used motor oil in the wee hours of the morning on the Beltway (I-495), on I-95 and I-395, on I-66, and on I-270. Likewise for US-50, VA-120, the GW Memorial Parkway, and other VA area arteries inside the Beltway.
US-1, US-29, and the Maryland highways into the DC Beltway, and the bridges across the Potomac could likewise use a dusting of nails and spikes ….. and spent motor oil.

Bales are bulky and heavy (especially if they get wet-down after they are dropped,) can be stacked up or wired together, they are messy if they are broken up, and don’t have any traceable ID numbers. It used to be that way. My grandparents farmed in Russia, then escaped the Reds and came here and farmed here. After the war, the sons who survived (there were 11 kids in the family) didn’t want to farm so they sold the place to a neighbor.
I worked in ag for about 45 years; my main business in the shop was servicing the ag and food processing industries in California. Ag today is very different. Yes, there are still some small farmers out there but where I lived nearly all my customers were large corporations.
PDJT visited a few when he was campaigning in 2016, notably the owner of that huge beef feed lot along Interstate 5, Harris Ranch. That’s what corporate farming has become. Another is Pom Wonderful in the south end of the valley. Treepers likely know, or know of, the Resnick family.
Examples abound. One of the largest non-government landowners in California is Tejon Ranch. They’re probably one of the largest in the nation. Ranching and farming is increasingly corporate controlled and no farmer lives on the farms. They are managed businesses. Their tractors won’t be plying the highways to protest in the state capital. They have lobbyists who do their bidding.
Maybe the difference here in the US will be that sheer numbers of protesters will far exceed farmers and truckers. We’re not in anyway opposed to driving the big Case or the Kubota to protest, but even without the farm equipment we’ll show up in numbers

Before nitrogen fixing cover crops took over, most of my customers used dairy farm manure mixes (lots of dairies) and ammonium nitrate. I remember the piles of both at the ends of the orchards and vineyards in the old days. That was before anfo and the Murrah building in OKC. It changed after that.
It’s a tossup between dairy manure, poultry (chicken/turkey) manure and the rendering plant. Depending on which way the wind blew, I usually got one of them. My vote was for the rendering plant. Nasty.
Still there on I-5, just got a whiff last week.
We have tons and tons and tons of cow manure all around the place here.
Just add water mush it up a bit and spew away.
Did that during the summers with my friend whose grandfather paid us to clean his chicken houses. 10$ a day.
Loaded the manure into a spreader and fertilized the pastures using a team of mules. those were the good old days, fresh buttermilk, fried chicken, biscuits and gravy for breakfast every morning.
The state would arrest the grandfather for child abuse today, no mask, bath outside whenever we got too dirty.

Never Again has a specific attribution to place and time. I often wonder what is the logical extention of the concept”Never Again”? Could mean different things to different people, based on cultural creed, etc.
That phrase is so tied to the atrocities of WWII and the Holocaust. I have never heard it used with any other event. We are moving further away from those terrible times; and since history… accurate history…is being either rewritten or erased, those two words and the reason for their having been uttered by millions will be erased as well. Nearly 80 years have passed. I should say only 80 years, which in the scheme of things is no time…and here we are once more. A different Holocaust (slow moving through the DoD developed bioweapon gene “therapy” jab) together with an encroaching Holodomor, if the evil which has spread its tentacles across the Western world isn’t stopped.
People have short memories. Only God knows if we can rouse ourselves in greater numbers than it seems there are now who completely understand that we are in the middle (?) of a spiritual war against an evil which has a death grip on our nation and others. And who will realize that the disparate groups which have been deliberately set against one another finally understand that we are not each other’s enemy. But rather will unite again and rise up against the worst there is.
We desperately need God’s help, Marcia. And that is what I pray for. I think our approach should be to just stop servicing anyone who aligns with the globalists. No restaurant/catering/food delivery services, no house cleaning or laundry services, no quick responses to sewer or water issues, no babysitters or nannies, no land maintenance/lawn service, etc… All those seemingly minor things they take for granted. Since the topic is Poland and protest, I suggest for general viewing the last theatrical film of Polish director Andrzej Wajda , Afterimage. He completed the film for release in 2016, shortly before he died.
