In a court filing two weeks ago [SEE pdf HERE], one of the co-defendants in the Fulton County election case against President Trump presented very specific details of an intimate relationship between District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade. Among the allegations are claims Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade had extravagant vacations together as a result of payments made for legal services.
Nathan Wade was a lawyer specializing in family matters prior to being appointed by Willis. Mr. Wade never prosecuted a single felony case in his legal career. Additionally, Mr. Wade is currently in divorce proceedings and making matters more complicated for DA Willis, Mr Wade’s wife is seeking to unseal the details of their current divorce battle and force a deposition from Ms Willis.
Judge Scott McAfee ordered District Attorney Fani Willis to file a written response by Feb. 2. He said he will hold a hearing on the allegations on Feb. 15.
Additionally, according to White House visitor logs, Mr Wade visited White House lawyers prior to indictment of President Trump. Also, DA Willis met with staff (Mary McCord) from the January 6 Committee prior to the indictment.
The Georgia prosecutor meeting with Biden lawyers prior to the indictment against Biden’s political opposition is a big issue that has yet to surface in front of Judge McAfee.

Last week Fani gave an “I am the victim” speech at a church (she also lied in church). This needs to be investigated whether she is using Hunter Biden’s lawyers, free of course, to prepare this speech. This would be another RICO crime.

Is it normal to talk about being a victim in church? At my church we hear the gospel, psalms, sing, etc. Sounds like old Fani needs to go to confession!
And the church’s tax exemption should have been revoked before she was even done speaking. No politics is a condition of church tax exemption. I know, it’s an arcane concept. But it is the law. Not that the IRS would go there, unless they were singing Trump’s praises in church. Especially given the A in AME church.

McAfee was appointed by Kemp. He won’t do anything to imperil the case against Trump. He’s gotten his orders from the Sea Island mafia.

The irony here is delicious – Fani, who is ‘likely’ guilty of colluding with the DOJ to interfere in a Presidential election at the behest of the party in power, is now accusing a defendant of calling her out on this of ‘interference’. Since DA Fanni Willis (D-GA) herself is a target of RICO Charges, the kick off of a (possible) trial will be postponed after POTUS election
On 8/14/23 a Grand Jury indicted President Trump (and others) and charged them with one count of violating Georgia’s RICO, trial dates are not set yet. In the meantime, many different events have come to light that will have a (massive) impact on the proceedings at issue. For the sake of clarity, I will only mention three:
I. Nathan v Joyceline Wade divorce case (filed by Nathan on 11/2/21, the day after his contract started)
After DA Fani Willis has been subpoenaed on 1/4/24 to testify on 1/23/24, she asked the court to stay her testifying because it would not be relevant for the proceedings. Willis doesn’t deny having an affair with Wade, who she appointed lead prosecutor in the case [1]. Court’s decision is pending.
II. Investigation of possible misuse of federal funds
On 1/12/24 House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) demands documents and communications from Nathan Wade. So far, Willis doesn’t cooperate [2].
III. Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene‘s (R-GA) criminal referral
On 1/10/24 Greene requested “an immediate investigation into DA Fani Willis and her alleged secret boyfriend, Nathan Wade, to Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) and AG Chris Carr.” A spokesperson recommended that the Congresswoman should refer her complaint to the oversight commission once the legislative process concludes this session and the commission begins full operations” [3].
While Fulton County Code of Laws § 2-66 bars conflicts of interest “in fact and in appearance,” Georgia courts have established that a DA should be disqualified when there is a personal interest in the defendant’s conviction. IMO Wilis has to options: Either recurse herself or she will be removed. We will see if another prosecutor, maybe in a different venue, might share her priorities for prosecution. All in all, that takes a lot of time and the delay plays to President Trump’s advantage!

According to bank statements, provided by Joycelin Wade via court filings, Nathan Wade paid at least for two tickets (Miami & San Francisco in 10/22 and 4/23) for Fanni Willis. This supports the claim that both have been engaged in an improper personal relationship an Willis improperly benefited from hiring Wade as a special prosecutor by receiving free travel from him. Wade, who is an attorney in private practice, has earned more than $650K from Willis’s office for his work.

Does anyone think President Trump’s lawyers will file a Motion to Disqualify Willis in the criminal case she is prosecuting against him?
I understand that a successor prosecutor would be appointed, but it would be interesting to see who would want to be leading a case with so much baggage (coordination with the White House during an election year).

She did not. She hired her lover, an attorney to be sure, but still a private citizen, contrary to law. This legally excludes him from participating in Grand Jury proceedings, discovery depositions, and the like. We might be inclined to excuse him from knowing her duties, but he failed in his own by not filing his oath paperwork with the Court in a timely manner.
