Spurred from several recent conversations, it becomes entirely necessary for this specific audience to understand a reality that is never discussed.
If you are reading this, wherever you are reading this, by self-association you are in a select group of high information people with a much larger understanding of the issues than your network. That means you know, comprehend, understand and have a level of insight and discernment that is far above average. Now, let me be brutally honest.
Factually speaking, all of the people within the mechanisms of DC, the people you associate with being key allies to fight back against the visible corruption, the people you assign hope toward, are not as smart as you.
Re-read that as needed.
One of the biggest shifts of thinking needed, in order to change our dynamic to the abusive relationship with government, is to realize these people you consider important are just not that smart. They are not wiser; they are not more strategic; they are not as well versed in the details at the heart of the crisis; they are not as well informed; they do not have special access to information that makes them more capable; they do not understand the issues better than you.
Again, RE-READ that with new eyes to evaluate and understand the challenge.
It doesn’t matter what position they hold, or what access they have, or what groups, interests, networks or information resources are at their disposal. You know more than them, and you understand the material at a much higher level of comprehension than they do. It does not matter what their rank or importance is, YOU know more. Once you realize this, then you begin to change how you look at the challenge and at their functional capability within it.
The informational context you assign to them does not exist. The things you think they know, they don’t. The very specific information you believe they are aware of, does not exist in their mind. The people in Washington DC, those allies who you think might have the skills to fix issues, have no concept of what material you are aware of. You are light years ahead of them in the scale of information you understand, and the context it means.
I am not being hyperbolic.
Here’s the kicker…. They think they are more aware than you.
The system around them reinforces a belief that they hold some level of knowledge that you do not have. As a result, when they engage with you, they talk down to you, or talk in a manner of unintentional intellectual condescension that stems from a place where they cannot fathom your level of knowledge.
If you have the opportunity to talk to them, I mean really get beyond the surface level stuff and dig into the weeds (even the shallow weeds), suddenly they start to get a strange look on their face – that becomes fear – as your knowledge starts to destabilize their prior view of you.
Let me be very clear and precise. It doesn’t matter who they are, or what title they hold; the same reality of material fact that I am describing applies to all of them – at every level.
If you think of a top apex-level person, currently or formerly inside government, that aligns with the principles of freedom and liberty – and has a keen awareness of the issues and subject matter that has created our current crisis dynamic, I have likely spoken to them. Those who fit that description, and may even be reading this right now, will tell you in a moment of brutal honesty, I am correct.
The people you think can fix this stuff have no idea how much you know. Additionally, it becomes destabilizing and unnerving for them to accept your level of information and understanding.
Another key and important element, beyond the knowledge, intellect, wisdom and discernment level… YOU care more about it than they do. The stuff that you know, the stuff that you yearn for them to address and fix, is more important to you than it is to them.
Why am I telling you this?
Because we all need to change your reference points when communicating with them. We need to confront their condescension early in our contact. We need to be deliberate, direct, and brutally honest in our delivery.
When we write to them, articulate the arguments. When we talk to them, pull them into the weeds of the issues and force them to see that our grasp of the topic far exceeds their ability to bullshit their way around the issue.
Being courteous, respectful and considerate for their role, does not mean you have to dumb yourself down or consider yourself subservient to their view.
I guarantee you two things. First, that you know the material better than they do. Second, I absolutely guarantee that you care more than they do. What that latter element says about the challenge is for another discussion, but these key points need to be emphasized.
That’s it.
Love to all,
~ Sundance
Thank you, Sundance. But this could’ve been written by my father as he spoke this way as far back as I can remember: about 70 years. And yet: nothing has changed. We still have no real power and ‘they’ — the uninformed, but well-connected — have it all 🙁 I have stopped communicating with my Congresspersons because, in return, all I ever get from them is a form letter telling me how much they are doing for me and asking for campaign donations.
Standby for further instruction and inspiration.
Sundance does not opine simply to hear himself speak.
The Communist Conspiracy is peaking, and MAGA is here to destroy it.
Exactly Maquis!
MAGA is here to destroy it
This was the change needed to end the decades of planned demolition.
But that is only half the picture.
The other half is not secular, it is spiritual. The fake leaders need to be exposed. Just like we have to choose between our nation and globalism, we also must choose between Truth/ Relationship and Doctrines of Men + Idolatry = Religion.
This may be the ugliest yet to come, but it will be a necessity.
God has a plan.

And whatever amount you donate will not match what Apple, Amazon, Google, Walmart, the 100s’ of Billionaire, Millionaire, and the smaller filthy rich peons donate. Not to mention the in-kind contributions of 24/7/365 of MSM makes to the Democratic Party.
Try having Warlock and Assoff as your senators. Communicating? HA.
My first inkling of this was at the outset of the 2008 financial implosion. I watched all of these politicians and finance bigwigs hovering around conference tables desperately trying to figure a way out, and I realized that none of these guys had a clue about what to do. Until then, I had always assumed that wiser heads would prevail. That was the beginning of the end of my confidence in our elected officials, and my confidence level has dropped to zero in the years since.
Now the same applies right now and it happens every year they know they have a deadline they ignore it they try to panic us oh there’s gonna be a shut down and what They don’t understand I guess is we don’t care shut it down shut it all down
shut it down yearly and only re-open with 5-10% working persons thus eliminating 90 to 95% of federal jobs not fired but eliminated permanently and maybe they can make deadlines like the rest of us
This is the answer! I always sleep better when there is a government shutdown.
Social equity grifters pretend to mistake government with society.
They pretend for money. It’s a confidence game.

If we passed one simple law that says no government employee can receive back pay following a shut down, methinks the budget process would straighten itself out. Annual days, weeks or months off (that all know will be paid vacation) motivates all involved to engage in this annual budget theater.
Mine was 9/11. The sheer incompetence of everything on that day at every level of the Federal Government still shocks me and all the incompetence (and deliberate action) that led up to it, too.
And NOBODY got fired. NOBODY!!!
I didn’t really cross over the river to the dissident side until BushTARP and the incompetence of the Iraq campaign, but my boat was in the water and I was rowing pretty far back.

A lot of incompetence was exposed in 2008, across-the-board.
When actions are deliberate, they should not be labeled as incompetent. Deceptive, but not incompetent.
Incompetence for those who were watching was theater to cover what had been planned….who was involved because the question “How did we get here?” leads back to famous faces still talking.

Great reminder!
Just had a conversation with the wife about this very topic. Illustrated to her using the small town county government here at home. Incompetent leaders managing incompetent departments and often they are literally breaking the law. If you point their mistakes out, they harrumph and get upset because you “don’t know how things work!” Um… I know how things are SUPPOSED to work, which is why I’m trying to explain. Total idiocy. And that is how government is all the way up and down the line.
IMO it’s because the truly competent are busy earning a living and raising a family. They don’t want anything to do with politics when that is the place they are desperately needed.
That and they are kept out by the gate keepers. THAT is currently the biggest problem. See Trump, J Donald. He’s exactly the type you describe and he’s being persecuted to the max. System is rigged to keep us out.
One such as YOU must never rise again, to paraphrase David Poof.
Government positions need to be filled by lottery, much like a jury pool. Would get us a lot more competent people who followed the actual law. That, AND of course, strict term limits.
Here’s another factor that has changed over fifty years: the people surrounding our elected officials are ignorant and lack life context. Their ability to serve their constituency is far removed from what it was decades ago.
They could not serve their constituency because they relinquished all their power to their leadership who in turn gave it to their donors. We have not had a representative government for a long time. Unfortunately the only solution is something we are afraid to do. Even the wiser leadership in our group does will not broach the real solution. The solution is in our declaration of independence and is there for such a time as this. Unless and until we group and demand the election process that is the answer to election fraud /cheating ….paper….same day …no mass mail out/in ballots proof of citizenship with photo ID, voting won’t solve anything. Even if by shear numbers we out vote fraud who is going to continue Trumps work?
Partisans only care about election fraud when their candidate loses.
https://rumble.com/vjdqed-2005-flashback-when-democrats-supported-objecting-to-electoral-college-cert.html
The people surrounding elected officials are rarely there to serve the constituency. The vast majority of them are there to serve POWER. They crave proximity to power. They are rock-groupies but for politicos instead of musicians. Sex and drugs and politics.
I’ve called DC the “Wizards of Stupid” for about the last 45 years.

Remember, our Founding Fathers established a representative government…i.e., of ordinary people they believed would represent the collective will of the majority.
Boy, they would not believe how far astray their model has traveled in 250 years.
They might better have gone along with Madison’s conviction that voting should be limited to property owners. As in, “those who pay the piper should call the tune.”
Remember The Three-Fifths Compromise.

Thank you for the advice, Sundance. I have recently altered my verbiage when corresponding with the congressmen of my state.
I have called them out for trying to push a CR on us, for failure to secure the southern border, for allowing the DEI indoctrination programs to continue, etc. I don’t know that I’m having an impact, but I am certainly communicating more often, and being very clear about what I expect from them; all the while saying “sir” and thank you for your time.
Maybe they all need to be getting some serious “come to Jesus” meeting invites instead of us behaving as though they are special.
I like hearing from people at America First rallies, there’s a lot of variety in communication.
I like yours. I’m inspired by America First specialists that know how powerful the grain of sand they have is and use that ammunition with focused repetition in their unassigned missions to weaken the layers of the onion, that produce tears. My opinion only.

Where they have an awareness we do not is within their conniving machinations for greed, grift, and evil schemes that will enrich themselves at our (taxpayers) expense.
We’re aware they’re doing it, we just don’t know all the details.
Whose being blackmailed and how. Who’s taking what specific bribes. Details of each and every offense.
If we ever learned the whole truth of what each and every politician has and is currently engaged in… Wow. It would be earth shattering.
That’s pretty much why they’re all there anyway. We just don’t know the back room deals, the blackmail. The details.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
With that power any attempts at condescension by ill-informed foolish people causes one eyebrow to raise with a certain expression….
I’ve met my Congressman multiple time in DC and tried to talk issues with him. All he wanted to do was tell Ron White jokes. We send leaf eaters to Congress expecting meat eater mentality and that’s on us for allowing the RNC to select our “approved” candidates.
IIRC, when they subpoenaed Sundance it was because they thought he had a mole in the DOJ or IC. They had no idea that it was all publicly available info – their own data – and some common sense knowledge to fill in what was redacted.
But I have to say that Club for Growth using Liz Cheney in a focus group ad just absolutely blew my mind at how stupid these people are. I’ve always known this – I’ve worked in that sector and in public education. But the CfG thing was like the floor dropping out from under my Stupid Meter.

“Liz, never backs down.”
Thanks Sundance!
I learned this lesson the first time I had a boss who, as time revealed, didn’t know crap yet, strutted around thinking he did simply because of their title.
Also reminds me what I learned when I was 18 (a long time ago! Lol). I lived in Los Alamos among top scientists who I dealt with while working at a Montgomery Ward catalog store. Many had the hardest time grasping basic, common sense things. It was eye opening.
So, yes, just because someone holds a position doesn’t automatically equate to mean they know what the hell they are doing.
BTW, so many politicians suffer from the Dunning-Kruger affect. 2022The Dunning-Kruger effect is a type of cognitive bias in which people believe they are smarter and more capable than they are. Essentially, low-ability people do not possess the skills needed to recognize their own incompetence. The combination of poor self-awareness and low cognitive ability leads them to overestimate their capabilities.
They announce themselves by omission, knowingly or unknowingly.
There’s book smart and there’s street smart. And then there’s an entitled class that simply rides in on their daddies coattails.. like the McStains and the Booshies.. a generation of leeches.
These people don’t have to know much of anything at all, besides how to belly up to that taxpayer trough like the fat, greedy pigs they are.
It’s the nature of large bureaucracies. Gubmint doesn’t exist to serve the people. It exists to validate the Peter Principle in perpetuity.
“The bureaucracy is the state.” – Benito Mussolini
“Freedom of Speech?! We are not going to commit suicide.” – Vladimir Lenin
This is exactly why I have found it very effective to do your homework before engaging with officials on any level. If it is about a problem at school, know the proper complaint process from their bylaws. If it involves a concern about how some aspect of government is being run, look up the statutes and educate them. When you come armed with the facts and the law, things start to shift in a noticeable way. They work for us. Start teaching them what is expected and that the statutes back you up. That way they can actually represent you instead of deferring to the full time bureaucrats and lawyers that tell them what to say and which votes are okay. Did we really elect a bunch of people who are only expected to sign when the lawyers give their approval first?
Six ways to Sunday might be able to influence the opinion of politicians, lawyers, and judges.
“To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions [is] a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men and not more so. They have with others the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps…
“The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots.”
–Thomas Jefferson to William C. Jarvis, 1820
Love it. Brilliant!
That’s it.
(Oh, and please support Sundance when you can. 🙂
My actual congress critter wasn’t even the one offered to me on my ballot. Election integrity, lol. To his credit, he will often personally reply to correspondence. I don’t consider him a dullard, but yes the vast majority are . That’s just the elected ones, the mass of the idiocracy are the Federal, State, local, gubment types. serious spirit of stupid on the whole tribe.
They aren’t being paid to know things. If they were Fetterman, Hirono Swalwell, Pelosi and Biden, etc wouldn’t be in office. They are being paid to give access to people who want various things. It is an actual detriment to their paycheck to know too much about what is actually going on.

The ones who can, do.
The ones who can’t, govern.
Again and again when I see some supposed conservative politician’s ignorant take on an issue, I say to myself: “Another one who still gets all of his information from Democrat-controlled media sources.”
Which is almost all media sources of course. If these guys may be aware of some other information sources, and may even have some of the uncensored information, but if they are in the Democrat-controlled media bubble, they see everything outside of the bubble as not being important because it doesn’t get any play.
Their mental agenda is set by the Democrats.
They think we are stupid. That we cant think for ourselves. We are not sheep to be led by the politicians.
Power: The ability of person or group A to influence the behavior of person or group B in such a way that the new behavior is more pleasing to person or group A.
The Seven Power Resources:
a. Inherent Powers:
1) Wealth
2) Physical Well-Being
3) Skill
4) Knowledge
b. Power that goes both ways (inherent or we give):
5) Position
c. Power we give people:
6) Affection
7) Rectitude
The last three are Charisma.
Understanding all the Power Resources is important to gaining the upper hand.
I can, and will, explain more, if you like.
This observation goes double for the average man out on the street. Our neighbors, friends, family and coworkers.. most of them are absolutely clueless.. and wish to *remain* that way!
And they don’t much care that they don’t ever know what’s really going on. They don’t seek to know anything more than they already know.
What they already know, or think they know, fits perfectly into a distorted worldview that gives the illusion of order and safety.
When other people force them to contemplate uncomfortable truths, it scares the ignorant out of their safe, orderly head space. What’s more, the reason that they “hate Donald Trump” is that other people are acting out in such a bizarre and hostile manner, that they hope the abuse will stop when that ‘orange man’ steps down.
Trying to appease abusive bullies is also why the ignorant broke down and agreed to receive poison death shots. Happy, lazy, ignorant people must face the fact that bullying only escalates until *they* step up and fight back!
Avoidance just won’t cut it. Lala land is *not* the safe space they think it is!
The Dunning–Kruger effect is rampant in politics. As is the Peter-principle.
But remember, just because they are stupid does NOT mean they are not dangerous, it means they are that much MORE dangerous! They will lash out violently if exposed as the frauds they are.
Its like a person talking to a lawyer or doctor.

Thanks for confirming what I have thought for years. I hated to be so arrogant as to actually go beyond calling them a bunch of dumb-asses but I have always though they were stupid because they do, and say, stupid things.
This is awesome in so many ways.
I’d suggest the deception goes back decades and decades.

So true. I had a cab driver I exclusively used for years, a cab driver who spoke only of sports and Trump, and whom I tipped well. In early 2016 he told me that Trump would win, at most, two states, probably none. I kept silent at the time but later reminded him of what he had said. Soon after that he declined to pick me up anymore. They equate speaking to them rationally with attacking them.
Went to a town hall meeting for my congressman Sean Maloney about 5 years ago. He was such an actor. I hadn’t voted for him but it was very sad that this is who represented us in congress.

I realized this a long time ago; these people are not the best and brightest. Maybe average intelligence at best because the best and brightest cannot get elected. Why? Because people believe what they read in the media. So easy to smear someone and a large percentage of people believe the smear No critical thinking skills at all. I tell people to turn off the tv and practice thinking to no avail. Maybe it will dawn on some of them at some point. Until then we are stuck with mediocre people representing us. Too sad.
Sundance, I just experienced what you are describing in an “in-you-face-kinda way” during a Ted Budd, NC Senator townhall telephone session a couple nights ago. My question was
“How can we stop congress from giving away the sovereignty of the United States to The World Health Organization?”
I continued to listen for about 6 more questions from his constituents and his answers. He chose not to get to my question at all and ended the townhall call without doing so.
I thought, well maybe it was a dumb question and I shouldn’t have asked it.
But after reading this thread, I’m thinking maybe he wasn’t prepared to answer this particular question and didn’t expect it. Most of the questions were how people are being personally affected by inflation, some concern about immigration, otherwise just small town questions. Not very much depth to any of them.
I’m not patting myself on the back but I read here daily and keep up with not only your articles but those things the treepers post too. I don’t pass many videos and links by without at least giving them a cursory look until something catches my interest which is when I read in depth.
This thing with the WHO bothers me and I plan to continue to pursue it with Senator Budd even though he chose not to answer that night.
I think this is a prime example of what you say about how they don’t expect someone like me to even know about what’s going on behind the backs of the american people and he never expected this kind of question on his town hall meeting.
A very long time ago, early in my career, I was talking with a senior person I respected highly, about the competence levels of our leadership, from mid-through the upper echelon, to include political appointees remarking that I had expected more of them. He said exactly what you just outlined. Those in charge are placed there because of their usefulness to those above them. They are not there because they are smart, articulate or forward thinking. Those kind are not to be tolerated, at any cost, as they will upset the apple-cart once the FUBAR initiating event occurs, no matter the size or scope.
If anyone competent actually sneaks through the defenses put in through H.R. and the promotional boards, and makes it into the inner circles of power, they are immediately attacked from all sides. There will be endless harassment over perceived violations of the sort we now refer to as the D.E.I. movement. Before that, it was rude and discourteous treatment of protected status (women / LGBTQ, et-al) which was almost always fabricated after the incompetence or dereliction of duty by the protected person began to be questioned or exposed and documented.
Once this occurs, there is normally a very public spectacle made of the destruction of that poor soul who actually still believed in the competence hierarchy and even if they are vindicated and win, their employment file contains a lot of unofficial information that prohibits their upward mobility for the remainder of their career. After watching this for several decades, the things that occur with our elected / chosen representatives is no surprise. You don’t actually think the California Governor was chosen for his incredible leadership or management skills do you? If you are still so naive as to believe that connections, the ability to sell your soul with a smile on your face and the ability to lie directly to people without losing your composure are not the keys to success in the majority of elected positions, you haven’t been paying attention.
As has been mentioned in so many other places, once you see the truth, it cannot be unseen. They know that, you know and you know, that they know, but they wield the power and you don’t. All you can do is hope enough of the lemmings you live next to will some day wake up to things.
Don’t hold your breath though, for most, to admit they were fooled is too far to go, as it would require them to rethink everything they hold dear, to include their self-worth, when they realize that most everything they have advocated for and ostracized their betters for believing, was true and they were the true fools. Just ask anyone you know who went high and right when they found out you didn’t take the clot-shot.

I found this interesting. My former boss who’s all butt hurt because I resigned due to his incompetence, was ranting to my former colleague a couple weeks back. And he said one of the things he won’t miss was my whacko “fear of conspiracies and black helicopters flying around.”
Mind you this moron and his whole family get every single booster and vax that comes out. Despite the fact his son has autism. Come to find out , two days ago his 49 year old wife had to be rushed to the hospital for heart issues. Out of the clear blue. Never had any issues. No family history. Nada. She’s been in the hospital ever since and they haven’t gotten it under control. Guess my black helicopters could have come in handy. Now his wife, if she makes it, most likely will be living with a bum heart for God knows how long.
These people just don’t want to believe their perfect little world can not be true. And this moron makes over $1 million per year. He’s a total moron. Fell ass backwards into this role and thinks he’s a genius because of it.

I am Sundance is right about the people who inhabit the DC Swamp. But I am also somewhat sure that the Swamp looks different to them than it does to us.
If a DC Swamp inhabitant can pop up from that water in one place and disappear in the water somewhere else, they can navigate that swamp much better than the rest of us. All politicians have two very different personalities, the one we can see when they are visible to everyone and the one they have when they are under the surface of that dark and smelly Swamp. The only personality anyone outside that Swamp will ever see is the one the politician has created to be his public persona.
This is very similar to the behavior of people who are most comfortable on social media, where they can create the personality that they want you to see. Both the Swamp and the Social media sites are successful when the object is the transfer of money from our pockets to theirs. They think they are hidden from you as they try to con you out of your money and try to get you to vote for their alter ego personality, in the case of the Swamp dwellers. Politicians love to traffic in their visible positions on issues. It is reflective of how they want you to see them. Here we can probably make the case that politicians have split personalities and are mentally ill. But as long as they think you can’t see who they really are, the con games will continue until Hell freezes over.
Any contact with these people must also be colored by this reality about them. They live in this bizarre political world where reality is a construct. While we know that even the animals around us share with us the same basic feelings and realities, politicians are seemingly stuck in a world of split images and no basis for what is real. It must be a sorry existence.
Two weeks ago a female dove was in a hurry to make a nest and found a good branch in a small crab apple tree to place it on. Unfortunately that branch was also about four feet away from my favorite chair when I sit out on our deck. When I sat down out there I could hear a slight rustling just behind me. I turned and saw the bird and she was physically trembling as she was sitting on her eggs (two of them) and wanting to get away at the same time. I new she had no choice but to stay there and try to protect those eggs. So, I looked straight at her and tried my best to have a soothing voice while I told her not to worry about me and I would try to protect her while she was in the nest. It took several encounters before she understood me to be a gigantic friend who could keep other birds at bay. After a few days, I would go outside and find her watching me before I could even make eye contact.
I read what I could about this particular type of dove(Eurasian Collared Dove) and found that the eggs should hatch thirteen days after they are laid. I guessed that she built the nest the day before I first knew she was there.. For almost two weeks I was able to communicate with that bird and just today the eggs hatched. I first saw the male dove coming near the nest about three days ago and he had been bringing her food. She was always receptive to that and he had decided he could approach her even if I was there. Now there are four birds in that little family and I will keep saying good morning to them until the fledglings can fly away. It will probably be the last I see of them.
I know that all of God’s creatures are here for a purpose and we all know each other as fellow travelers who have encounters with others along the way. But I have been blessed with an understanding that almost no politician will ever have. It didn’t make me smarter than a politician, but it did take me closer to an important truth. I remain blissfully ignorant of the bizarre workings of the political world.
They understand politics, and have given themselves over into understanding it at the expense of everything else. If they act clueless about other things, its because they really don’t have a clue. While they can hire people who do understand, any advice must fit inside their political matrix or else it is discarded.
“THEY” lack what the well-informed people of this country have…1) COMMON SENSE 2) Critical thinking skills 3) Logical thinking 4)the use of FACTS 5) the thirst for the TRUTH and 6)Moral values.
Competence does not command a premium in bureaucracies. Advancement is accomplished by brown-nosing and backstabbing, same as the courts of kings, queens, and emperors. Been there, been screwed by that, burned the t-shirt.
The communist globalist democrat rino scum will never leave their position of power. They know what happens if that ever occurs. Nobody wants to do what needs to happen in order for any real change to happen. We are unable to organize for real justice without being infiltrated. In my opinion it has to collapse first. Then it gets real ugly. like Revolutionary-Civil War ugly.
Another difference/ Many of us cannot be bought.
DC widgets are bought and paid for/everyone has their price.
Sundance is a legend in Ron Coleman’s mind😏
This is all so true as one discovers fighting bad legislation. Legislatures do not know what they are talking about and defiantly hold to their position.
Never stop speaking TRUTH!
Sundance, thank you for the encouragement.
Another vitally important fact to always remember is that WE are sovereign over all 3 branches.

That’s 4 branches-you forgot the Intelligence community that’s running everything
What about Ric Grennell? I had always thought he was one of a few that had a clue?
Sorry… Grenell (only 1 n)
