During a series of desperate attempts to obfuscate and defend fellow lawyer Harmeet Dhillon, unfortunately Mike Davis joins the ranks of former Bannon Warroom members Matthew Tyrmand and Steve Cortes. It will be interesting to watch how Mr. Bannon responds to the latest sunlight upon his network of allies.
The issue started with Laura Loomer doing an excellent job exposing a scheme within the California GOP to change the delegate apportionments to proportional as a result of the state change in primary dates. California representative to the RNC, and former RNC Chairwoman candidate, Harmeet Dhillon then lied about the construct of a rules change. {GO DEEP}
Mrs Dhillon claimed the California changes forcing proportional allocation were not optional. Mrs. Dhillon claimed the ability of the CA GOP to maintain “winner take all” delegate allocation no longer existed. [below left] However, that claim is false. As reflected in RNC rule 3(ii) so long as the state keeps a “votes received” threshold above 50%, the delegates can be apportioned via winner-take-all. [below right]
The bottom line is really simple. Laura Loomer caught on to the California GOP constructing a plan to deliver a disproportionate delegate slate to Ron DeSantis, the presumed runner up amid a contest that President Trump is dominating.
The California GOP and members of the RNC then attacked Ms. Loomer, initially denying the reports, not knowing Loomer possessed leaked emails from the organizing team that included Harmeet Dhillon. Loomer then published the emails which highlighted the scheme; in response Dhillon lied saying the CA GOP “must also change a proportional method“, when the RNC rules [3(ii)] do not require that.
The truth is basic; like many states after seeing Trump at 50% or higher in the polling, the CA GOP wanted to have proportional distribution. Dhillon et al proposed a rule change supporting that proportional approach and ignored their ability under RNC rule 3(ii) to keep winner take all.
After the CA GOP were called out, things got interesting.
Suddenly, a group of MAGA affiliated entities like another attorney and Bannon Warroom frequent guest, Mike Davis, came to the defense of Harmeet Dhillon. Some GOP defenders even claiming that Mrs. Dhillon likely didn’t know the RNC rules, despite Mrs. Dhillon sitting on the RNC rules committee, running for RNC chair this year, and being the lead GOP representative from California to the RNC.
Mr Davis went on to claim that both himself and Mrs Dhillon were key advisors to President Trump, and it would not make sense for Harmeet to do anything to undermine her client, Donald Trump. Some example Tweets below.
All of this ignores the core issue that Harmeet Dhillon lied in her excuse/justification for supporting a California proportional delegate rule change.
Accepting the claim that Mrs. Dhillon and Mr. Davis are advisors to President Trump, the question about why Trump wouldn’t challenge a rule seems a little silly.
First, the leaked emails show that Trump was not likely even aware of the scheme and proposed California plan; and second, if the people carrying out the plan are also -not coincidentally- advising President Trump, why would he challenge it/them?
Adding the rather lengthy background of Mrs. Dhillon into the foray, including her prior advocacy for notoriously corrupt Henry Barbour of the Mississippi clan and recent revelations of what might be considered profiteering as outlined by recent news reports, suffice to say the tendency of many to afford the RNC and Mrs. Dhillon the benefit of doubt is, well, shall we say, exhausted.
Indeed, if it had not been for the sunlight provided by Ms. Loomer and the leaker of the plan, the California GOP would have likely proceeded without anyone even knowing about the issue. That purposefully hidden context puts a rather dubious hue on the entire plan of the insiders – including Dhillon.
And that’s where the context of other RNC officials coming to the rapid response defense of Dhillon becomes more revealing. As noted in the response from Arizona National RNC Committeeman and Turning Point Action Chief Operating Officer, Tyler Bowyer.
Plebes just need to keep their heads down, insert vote, pull lever, get pellet and go back to sleep.
Apparently, we are supposed to leave the work of deciding the candidate to the professionals in charge; after all, the process is “super convoluted”. Unfortunately for Mr Bowyer, the days of not challenging the powers that control the election outcomes are over.
It might frustrate the folks who gain influence and affluence from the business end of the U.S. political system, but We The People are annoyingly awake.

I was a member of the local CRA chapter for many years. There were many good people, but some dangerous phonies also wrapped themselves in the CRA (and God) and got our help to win election only to join the left in every decision, nullifying much hard work our grassroots conservatives had already done.
I’m not whining, I’m sharing the sum of what I have witnessed, and my rational conclusions.

I think you nailed it. That is exactly how it is done and it is done in both parties (Sanders 2016 and likely RFKjr 2024). It is about preserving their own grip on power and the party politics is just a charade – “Kabuki Theater”.
Ultimately they are corrupt professional politicians and their personal interests and fortunes depend on them playing the game. They fake the GOP/DEM contrast to provide the public an illusion of choice. It is really the puppeteers behind the scenes, in the administrative state and the security state that pull the levers of power.
Both sides will get up and shout at each other when the cameras are rolling, but let them hear the public outrage like J6 and they will close ranks and start doling out punishment to intimidate the public.
They will line up behind each other and deny or ignore clear and obvious evidence of election interference and outright fraud. If someone steps up and takes legal steps to address it they will threaten their licenses, careers and in some cases their lives.

I have tried your method many times in the past and it doesn’t work. They keep sending me more requests almost always with some survey they have included for me to fill out. They don’t give a tinkers dam about the so called survey. When they get the envelope, they turn it upside down and shake it looking for a check. That’s all they care about. Now, they rarely send a prepaid envelope and I like to think that I had something to do with that. When I got their request, I would stuff all that days junk mail into their envelope and add a few rocks if room, seal it and send it back.

As far as I can tell, PT’s 2024 national election campaign staff does not have a designated single person as his ‘Campaign Manager’. He has 4 senior advisors; Susie Wiles, Brian Jack, Chris LaCivita, and Jason Miller. And Eric Branstad as his ‘Strategist’. This is according to his campaign site and Ballotpedia. They list 3 ‘State Campaign Managers’, but California is not one of the States listed.
Miller is disgraceful. He is still harangued on Twitter for paying off the woman he cheated on his wife with to get an abortion.
Per Rich Baris’ rumble show today, he contacted team Trump. The campaign WAS informed re the date change by a CAGOP delegate. They WERE NOT informed of the prospective rule change and what appears to be a secret ballot scheduled for the end of July. The delegate either was deceptive OR didn’t understand the fine print, b/c most wouldn’t and would have just taken good ol’ Harmeet’s recommendation on the vote. Before you blame someone, you might want to look around a bit more.

It won’t really matter for a “fringe” candidate. Only one in where the delegates they gained were enought to change the nomination outcome.
Not saying it won’t happen, but multiple fringe candidates with a small percentage would likely be hurting the other “fringe” candidates more than the front runner unless it was a very close two person race. That is what they are banking on.

Mike has a lotta splaining to do. On Twitter Sundance asked Mike Davis who specifically in the Trump campaign knew about the CAGOP plan and didn’t object to it as Mike claimed. Mike tried to communicate via DM and Sundance insisted on Twitter that the subject be discussed publicly not via DM. Mike then sent Sundance a DM telling him to go F himself and he still has not answered the question. The Mike Davis vibe is bad, very bad. He’s either corrupt or a total sucker. No bueno.
Bannon covered the southern border for most of his show this morning and wasn’t present for the afternoon show. I thought that was an odd thing to do after the injunction and cocaine stories over the weekend.

Last fall, Bannon had Rick Santorum on promoting the Article V Convention of States which is absolutely a Trojan Horse to usher in a new U.S. Constitution. Bannon was slobbering all over Santorum and giving full support to a Constitutional Convention. That made me very suspicious of Bannon’s true loyalties. Then Cortes and now Mike Davis. Troubling for sure but maybe Steve has been duped and is realizing there are rats on his ship.
A lot of people don’t recognize Article V Convention of States is a Trojan Horse. Bannon slobbers over almost all of his guests, after all without guests in the headlines and on the frontlines, his show would fall apart. There is a second type of gathering to change things bandied about, I am also suspicious of it as a way forward. Bannon is first and foremost a journalist, he gives voice to many, many worthy causes besides getting Trump back in the WH to fix the economy. He runs a small, young, inexperienced staff, albeit most are incredibly talented. They may not be effective at vetting the people who come on the show. Bannon did not always agree with Mike Lindell’s approach on machines, etc., but, he gave him air time anyway. Bannon also gave Ronna McDaniels air time during the contest. Plus, Bannon can be fooled, like the rest of us mere mortals.
I liked Cortes’s work and Mike Davis’s work, but I was not surprised about Cortes leaving for more lucrative pastures, I am surprised at Davis’s backing of Harmeet. Might explain why some of the things Davis said could not happen legally to Trump, happened anyway, which still does not mean the admin isn’t ignoring all laws as they go.
At the very least, this article should be forwarded as directly as possible to President Trump / Don Trump Jr.

Bannon is like Sundance, grounded in Trump’s economic policies and international policies against the “empire” of corporations. On this, they are 100% on how to fix the economics and on international policies to keep us out of endless wars. But, all 3 are human, capable of lapses of judgment, being lied to, being lied about, relying on false information that they thought was correct, relying on false people, relying on people who change their allegiances.
The facts are that Trump is the only one running with a massive backing of the people, nobody else can touch that.
There was a time when I did not trust Bannon’s bona fides, but now I do. He is an important part in activating conservatives more effectively.
I am personally deeply disappointed in Mike Davis because I am not a lawyer and that thicket is complicated and I relied on his judgment.

Bannon was first with the election steal and promoted Lindell BIGLY, but he was not first on Covid. Zerohedge was first on Covid and Frontline doctors and a small group of illustrious doctors that refused to go along with the mRNA jabs. Some were anti vaccine, some switched because of the lack of science behind this jab, some switched because they had patients whose lives were ruined by the jab. It is a small group of doctors who were brave enough to take a stand and a few grandstanders who joined their ranks.
Ok. I wouldn’t dispute that, but the election steal is right square in Bannon’s wheelhouse – he should be out front with that.
Covid and vaccine issues (other than mandates) are rightly the domain of the medical practitioners and they should be out front with it. Well technically, the public health officials should have been out in front, but it is clear that in a very real sense they WERE THE ISSUE.
Once it became clear what was going on then Bannon has a role in educating the public by giving the doctors a voice.
I am still withholding judgment of Bannon and Warroom. But he needs to take a good look at his team and talking heads and assess their ability to see.

In defense of Ms. Powell, she was used to a judiciary that was not totally compromised. She litigated during a time where there was not absolute corruption. Some people in government could still be trusted.

What exactly was Sidney Powell clueless about regarding the 2020 election? I found it hard to believe at the time, but I looked into it and the more I found, the more I thought she was remarkably understated. The only thing I recall that was a problem was her “Kraken” comment which made many of us feel that of course things will be corrected as soon as we can get these illegalities before the courts.
It was very disturbing when that didn’t happen, when the courts refused to look at the merits of any case that would change anything, and even the Supreme Court tried to say Texas has no standing in the result of a presidential election(!) I think even she did not then realize the depth of the corruption, though she had had a lot more personal experience than most of us.
Yes, she has successfully tried some very high-profile cases, goes the extra mile for all her clients, and I think this completely baffled her … Especially because she had just succeeded to get Gen. Flynn out… And did it pro bono.

She put them in front of the courts – as you said they were wiggled around and discounted for technicalities like “standing” and “moot” (ie; the election is over and we need to move on) and “timely” (ie; before the election there was no cause, after the election it was too late) and “jurisdiction”.
The courts failed to act while logs were deleted and evidence was destroyed. She still had enough evidence to show that the fraud and intereference had occurred.
Now we have the evidence of the Russiagate, Ukrainian corruption and the Hunter Biden laptop interference by the DOJ. That was literally and truly a rigged and stolen election and she was one of very few courageous public voices shouting in the wind.

And part of what is destroying it is its focus on TIME (which it sells to advertisers) which means they do short soundbites which barely scratch the surface, on any topic.
Thats why shows like Rogans, and Bannon, podcasts, etc. which can be produced at much lower cost and go an hour or two and go into more depth are taking eyes away from”TV”. As well as they (MSM TV)
have trashed their credibility, also largely to cater to the Big Advertisers.

While Chrisitinaity teaches that God created the universe from nothing and is distinct from it, Sikhs says God created the universe out of himself, and is part of it. Sounds like a subtle difference, but it leads to big consequences.
Christians recognize humans as being separate creations, distinct from God,voluntarily fallen and corrupt, requiring reconciliation with God. The mechanism acceptable to God being Christ.
Sikhs don’t have this view of human relationship to God. They say humans must master their ignorance and recognize they are God, since God is part of the universe and people are part of the universe, thus are God.

I have been fortunate in that I have traveled extensively and have visited numerous places of worship.
We have a street in a Municipality here in Greater Vancouver B.C.
That has at least half a dozen different places of worship side by side.
Eastern Orthodox, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist and one or two others that I can’t remember.
The Buddhist temple has a fabulous restaurant, and it is inexpensive and no tipping, or promoting of their faith.
Me..I was born Christian no time for any church, but folks here have got reading a Bible and I appreciate the quotes CTH folks post from the Bible.

I am sure many of my fellow Treepers already do, but may I recommend Raheem Kassam’s The National Pulse+ » Radically Independent as a source of information to supplement existing ones? He appears to be the real MAGA deal – at least from what I gather.
He is and he found Natalie (Warroom). He condenses Bannon’s podcasts (3-4 hours per day) into something more manageable for the working class, we retirees listen while we work our projects.
The funny part is, the GOPe is counting on DeSantis being able to pull off 2nd place in California.
They are counting on a second place finish. I have a feeling the GOPe is trying to make this an old style, pre-primaries convention where the candidate is chosen by the convention instead of what it has become, a coronation of the primary winner.
They can’t eliminate the primaries so in order to have the candidate chosen by the convention they need to play with the way delegates are awarded so its a lot closer to call than it is right now with President Trump’s huge primary polling lead.
I’m not saying they will be successful, just that it is another tool in their endless attacks to keep President Trump from winning the nomination.
My two cents.
To clarify, if they tighten up the delegate count between the top two, they justify a vote at the convention and ignore the primary outcome altogether. An excuse about electability and baggage will be trotted out. But they have to make the delegate counts really close. Hence the primary changes and the narrative around them.
They want a contested convention. Regardless of who is 2nd, this helps them get what they want.
Harmeet’s “candidacy” to “challenge” Ronna Romney was a smoke screen to help her remain a voice we should listen to…..she’s still a turncoat as far as I can see after reading this; I’m saddened to see Davis is equally in the RINO tent.

I was puzzled at why President Trump would not back Harmeet Dhillon over traitor trash Ronna ROMNEY McDaniel for the RNC Chairmanship position. Now I know. I believe President Trump is a lot sharper and better informed than most people believe he is.
