Spurred from several recent conversations, it becomes entirely necessary for this specific audience to understand a reality that is never discussed.
If you are reading this, wherever you are reading this, by self-association you are in a select group of high information people with a much larger understanding of the issues than your network. That means you know, comprehend, understand and have a level of insight and discernment that is far above average. Now, let me be brutally honest.
Factually speaking, all of the people within the mechanisms of DC, the people you associate with being key allies to fight back against the visible corruption, the people you assign hope toward, are not as smart as you.
Re-read that as needed.
One of the biggest shifts of thinking needed, in order to change our dynamic to the abusive relationship with government, is to realize these people you consider important are just not that smart. They are not wiser; they are not more strategic; they are not as well versed in the details at the heart of the crisis; they are not as well informed; they do not have special access to information that makes them more capable; they do not understand the issues better than you.
Again, RE-READ that with new eyes to evaluate and understand the challenge.
It doesn’t matter what position they hold, or what access they have, or what groups, interests, networks or information resources are at their disposal. You know more than them, and you understand the material at a much higher level of comprehension than they do. It does not matter what their rank or importance is, YOU know more. Once you realize this, then you begin to change how you look at the challenge and at their functional capability within it.
The informational context you assign to them does not exist. The things you think they know, they don’t. The very specific information you believe they are aware of, does not exist in their mind. The people in Washington DC, those allies who you think might have the skills to fix issues, have no concept of what material you are aware of. You are light years ahead of them in the scale of information you understand, and the context it means.
I am not being hyperbolic.
Here’s the kicker…. They think they are more aware than you.
The system around them reinforces a belief that they hold some level of knowledge that you do not have. As a result, when they engage with you, they talk down to you, or talk in a manner of unintentional intellectual condescension that stems from a place where they cannot fathom your level of knowledge.
If you have the opportunity to talk to them, I mean really get beyond the surface level stuff and dig into the weeds (even the shallow weeds), suddenly they start to get a strange look on their face – that becomes fear – as your knowledge starts to destabilize their prior view of you.
Let me be very clear and precise. It doesn’t matter who they are, or what title they hold; the same reality of material fact that I am describing applies to all of them – at every level.
If you think of a top apex-level person, currently or formerly inside government, that aligns with the principles of freedom and liberty – and has a keen awareness of the issues and subject matter that has created our current crisis dynamic, I have likely spoken to them. Those who fit that description, and may even be reading this right now, will tell you in a moment of brutal honesty, I am correct.
The people you think can fix this stuff have no idea how much you know. Additionally, it becomes destabilizing and unnerving for them to accept your level of information and understanding.
Another key and important element, beyond the knowledge, intellect, wisdom and discernment level… YOU care more about it than they do. The stuff that you know, the stuff that you yearn for them to address and fix, is more important to you than it is to them.
Why am I telling you this?
Because we all need to change your reference points when communicating with them. We need to confront their condescension early in our contact. We need to be deliberate, direct, and brutally honest in our delivery.
When we write to them, articulate the arguments. When we talk to them, pull them into the weeds of the issues and force them to see that our grasp of the topic far exceeds their ability to bullshit their way around the issue.
Being courteous, respectful and considerate for their role, does not mean you have to dumb yourself down or consider yourself subservient to their view.
I guarantee you two things. First, that you know the material better than they do. Second, I absolutely guarantee that you care more than they do. What that latter element says about the challenge is for another discussion, but these key points need to be emphasized.

What Sundance describes mirrors my experience talking to medical Dr.’s about I and my wifes heath issues, with one difference.
The eye and facial expressions telling me their dawning realisation the I knew far more than they, about our medical status, about how our body works, check.
The accompanying realisation that I CARED far more than them, and the that they couldn’t bullshit me, check.
Many of them then responded with fear, and hostility, with only a very few comfortable slipping into a secondary role, relinquishing authority to me.
The flip side of that is their psychopathy. It takes a certain type of person to meter out abuse on a mass scale and be completely indifferent to it. I think high income, and sense of elitism has a lot to do with it.
As for doctors, I don’t go very often, but back pain was making my right leg very numb. My doctor told me it wasn’t an issue, and that when I pee myself without knowing, then it will become an issue. Spoken with a straight face, and almost a sneer. 22,000% over cost is what they charge, and all hospitals charge. Do you see the Dems, or Reps addressing it? Imagine paying over $1000 for a loaf of bread. That is the level of grift and theft between the insurers and doctors.
What you are paying for, in part, is the uninsured, illegal and homeless indigents that the healthcare system is forced to treat by law. It is a form or unwritten taxation that they never would openly acknowledge . We have a form of National Healthcare, it’s just paid for by the productive alone!
This has been the case since private practices were (basically) phased out and replaced with corporate facilities that make all decisions about treatment; doctors/nurses must adhere or they lose their job. It is akin to when the dictate/mandate came out that every C patient would be treated exactly the same way, which has and continues to be an unmitigated disaster, with many dying under those treatments. Corporate doctors are required to submit to and give all the shot recommendations or they lose their jobs, unless they are granted a religious/health exemption. My husband opted to continue his single provider psychiatric practice of private patients throughout the duration of C for any who wanted to be seen in-office — a surprising number of his patients did just that. The sad thing is that he gets up to half a dozen cold calls from potential patients a week, as there are evidently very few psychiatrists available in our area to go to. The bottom line is that, if you are savvy, you can get around many restrictions and be an independent contractor, even in this era of corporate medical stupidity.
My wife recently had that happen when our daughter had prepubescent puberty issues and was seeing an endocrinologist. They did a pile of boiler plate tests, recommended some ignorant things that didn’t apply to us, and then pushed some pills along with a regular testing and doctor visits for the next decade+, but my wife just got mad and dug into it herself and ultimately figured out that it was the Vitamin D in our milk. When that single thing was eliminated, all issues vanished. She took that knowledge along with a stack of studies to the endocrinologist and was immediately dismissed, so she pushed harder and the endo finally did admit that Vitamin D is a hormone and that some people could be more sensitive to it than others.
Long story short, our experts are generally not as expert as we want to believe that they are.
That’s a good comparison. Appreciate that. Have actually had an entire physician group fire my husband as a patient – him having lived for over 60 years with a heart condition that kills most people within 5 he chastised a doctor in that group that was so full of themselves, talking down to him, a mere patient. His response so unnerved that doctor he got the entire practice to send a letter firing my husband as a patient. Still chuckle at that.
I learned a lot watching him in action on how to deal with doctors to the point of myself now looking at them through that same lens Sundance is speaking of here – they might know the mechanics better, but I do know things about my body, it’s reactions, etc. that they can’t, whether because they never learned how to listen or simply don’t care as much about my body and health as I do, doesn’t matter.
So finding a doctor, or a government worker or elected official that cares as much and actually listen are rare and worth hanging onto. Very glad to read that Sundance has met with and knows some that are in that camp.

Do you ever wonder if we will get back to the kind of political representation that our forefathers created and established? We are so far away from where we started in this country. For many years I couldn’t understand the disconnect between the get tough rhetoric by Republican politicians especially about illegal immigration and the reality of them actually wanting unlimited immigration and open borders.
Then you had people like McConnell using school prayer and the 2nd Amendment as tools just to get the “rubes” worked up and making contributions and voting for the RNC. The conundrum for the RINOS is very simple to understand. They simply don’t have enough billionaires in the United States to win elections so they have to make promises and campaign on agendas that the “rubes” want but that the RINOS have no intention of actually delivering because those agendas are the exact opposite of what their billionaire clients want.
The Democrats don’t have that problem and simply use marketing strategies like Climate Change, White Supremacists, Inequality and the Russian Bogeyman to scare people into voting for them!

The older I become, the more alone I feel navigating this world. I have no one for conversation, on my level, on most all current events but spiritually, forget about it. Even Priests have that deer in headlights look with me.
Pa tries hard to look interested, yet struggles with most of the dot connecting. And I fear so much for my children and grandchildren’s future. So maybe you can see why that meditation was so cathartic for me.

SD, I beg to differ. The folks in government are smarter (well, more clever) than I am in one way: They have learned how to twist a well-constructed constitutional republic into a sinecure for personal wealth gain and perpetual power. Not being the moral and religious people John Adams expected, the folks in government have made their career goal the mastering of grift and theft.
Their goals, their reasons for being in government, their entire life-focus is different from ours. They see government as a massive opportunity for self-enrichment, the nation and the electorate be damned.
A moral and religious person like John Adams or like many of us, all raised in milieus where our beliefs and behavior were the norm, may not immediately grasp the depth of the filth and criminality around him. Such a person, once awakened, has to struggle with finding a strategy to get the corrupt and evil ones to understand why they must reform and repent.
Based on the construction of our Constitution, the founders did not anticipate that future governing peoples would be typical mere humans, and would fall far short of that moral and religious standard. Otherwise, our Constitution would contain certain basic provisos that would have helped prevent some of what we see going on. The top of the list of those provisos should have been term limits embedded in our government’s charter of powers.
Do not confuse intelligence with savvy/cleverness/guile. Not the same thing.

Ive gotten the condescending form letter replies from BarrASSo so many times that I don’t really want to take the time and write him anymore. The last time I wrote lummis about the FISA renewal, her lackys reply had a threatening tone to it:

They have FOX news, NPR radio, or some other brand named info bots playing in the background of their DC and state offices, and get their daily security briefings from the FBlie.
That’s all I need to know about how uninformed and ignorant they truly are.
Spot On article. I’ve been following part of this from my youth, I’m 75. My grandfather’s home was a congregation point for many families, my grandfather was not political, but knew everything going on around him. As a boy I knew about LBJ and his crooked character. I burned out reading in College, but in the mid 1970’s I was stabilizing my young family and again found reading interesting. Then my journey was just beginning Had many phases.

Your Grandfather and the atmosphere in his home you experienced growing up seems to have an effect on your whole life.
I think that parents, grandparents and aunts and uncles can have a strong positive affect on the children in the family.
This is something we must not neglect no matter how busy we get.
The infuence your Grandfather had over your life seems to be longlasting.
Some times I think that nothing I say penetrates my children and grandchildren’s skulls.
Then one of them will say something or tell me something that I realized has been something I said throught their whole childhood and they remembered this.
We can make a difference to the young and upcomeing citizens, our children.
It is a very long game, so to speak, but an important one that takes decades and is never endeing as long as we are alive.

I believe what you say is true. I think it is important to understand they just don’t care. What we know and care about is irrelevant to them. They are the anointed and we’re not.
Everyday almost everyone I speak with accept very rare occasions. I don’t know who’s in the starting lineup of a baalgame, who stars in what or, who sings something. I do know the prices of food & energy. Can rattle of diseases & effects of meds. I’ve read the Bible, Constitution, Bill of Rights, & Federal papers. I want even mention history books out the ying yang but, somehow I’m looked at like I’m insane. If a conversation goes any deeper then the weather at the moment! The world has gone insane!!!
Too many people still in the matrix. I am surrounded by them at my office and in my family circle. Just like warning them about the covid vax – they believe that government is totally on their side. Mind boggling.
Right now, a friend’s husband is dying of a turbo lung cancer. Never smoked. Came on suddenly. He is not expected to live beyond the weekend.
Last month, I attended a funeral for a good friend’s sister, whose turbo cancer killed her within six WEEKS!
Went to lunch today with two male friends who shared their health issues. One has afib and underwent an ablation (just like my best friend’s husband). Both complained of leg cramps, joint pains and reduced mobility.
None of these people has any clue the poison death shots are causing all these issues. Most who are dead and dying are in their 50’s and 60’s.
One friend lost TWO brothers to sudden heart attacks within a year! There are too many dead husbands and siblings to mention here. So many have died suddenly. But nobody mentions the cause.
Death & Destruction of souls is everywhere. In my family, in my circle of friends, & even just in chance brief interactions with people. You’ll hear the same complaints but, no connection seems to be made of the bioweapon war govts used on its citizens. it’s mind boggling, maybe survival instinct, or even mind control. I can’t explain or, understand the disconnect that is involved with not recognizing what is being done to us all. Divided and conquered we all are until we wake to the real pushers of our demise. Nobody is safe, they will only come for you next. In another way. All UN nation’s agreed to this in 1992. 30 years of planning vs US, who are mostly in complete denial. Where is the instinct to be free, survive, fight, overcome for our children’s children not to be slaves. SMFH a hundred times a day, speak till I’m hoarse but, only receive deer in the headlight looks & stares. Insanity all the way around, we are in a evil stranglehold. We must break free of now!!!
It’s terribly sad, isn’t it? Complacency and affluence have destroyed us. Our lack of knowledge of the cycles of civilizations has allowed us to stop guarding the forts of our minds and our civilization.
If we could put together a decent group of people to get in office (especially local), it might be survivable. But people are largely shallow and immature.
