Ted Cruz discussed this with Comer on his podcast (The Verdict, part 1 and 2 of “Biden Crime Family Exposed”). Comer explained they are obtaining documents in specific order, to minimize the ability for entities to go to court and refuse to turn over records and win. They started with entities like the shell companies that were abandoned, so no agent to defend. One example Comer discussed was money transfers from foreign government-owned companies through shells to young grandkids who obviously were not performing any meaningful work or service for the company. As the case is developed, the likelihood for a court to agree with a bank or other entity to refuse to release related records is diminished, especially for those banks outside of the US.
If you want to know what Comer is planning, he lays it out very clearly.
So many people just throw firebombs at James Comer, et al., but if anyone can obstruct and kill investigations, it is Democrats. They’ve been doing it for two centuries — delivering injustice.
