Today at 1:00pm ET the House Oversight Committee will accept testimony from two IRS investigators who are whistleblowers with allegations the DOJ and FBI intentionally interfered with their investigation of Hunter and Joe Biden in an effort to politically protect the Biden family.

With Bragg indictment, he truggered the story a week before indictments officially filed, and if you believe the leaks came from the prosecutors office (Bragg) then you don’t understand misdirection. PDJT got “the story out” on the Bragg indictments a week early and so his surrogates had a whole week to get his defence out in front of “the jury” in the Court if Publuc Opinion.
And here again, we see PDJT announcing he has “been notified” rather than waiting for Smith to announce his pending indictments.
Based on previous history, the minute the Smith indictments are filed, we will see an immediate full court press with PDJT surogates (spokespersons/lwayers, why do you think they call them “mouthpieces”?) destroying the convoluted legal illogic of the charges, with a distilled message similar to “Pesidential records act, and Clinton socks case”, along with the overall “Election Interference” narrative .
Smith will bring another as many charges as he can think of Indictments, excluding ALL exculpatory evidence, PDJT’s poll #’s will go up another 10-12 points, hid vcampaign coffers will grow by another $12-15 million, and within 2 weeks the “Smith narrative” will be totally discredited, and the J6 protest TRUTH, which is INTRINSIC to the narrative will be exposed to the sunlight.
And then theres Georgia, still to come, finally giving “US” a lega court case in which WE can present evidence the 2020 election was stolen.
Mind you, in order to prevail in the Legal case, PDJT does NOT need to prove the election was stolen.
As intent is a key element of the crime all PDJT needs to “prove” with evidence, is that he had good reason to question the election results.
If he can present convincing evidence THAT HE HAD VALID REASON to question the results, the Prosecutions case falls apart.
If the evidence is SO compelling as to make it clear EVERYONE should question the results is
legally irrelevant, although devastaing for “the other side” in the Court of Public Opinion.

Yep, that is why I never watch Eric Bolling. He is only about creating drama and hate for Trump. Rob Schmidt is the only good one in primtime. He is dead serious. I’m pretty skeptical of these claims from Republicans that some of the older crimes are now “beyond the statute of limitations”.
From my experience, if you can show that the current crimes are part of a “continuing course of conduct” (and they are) you can overcome the statute of limitations and reach back as far as you need to go.
The I.R.S. can go back to birth. I know. I was audited. There are no ,Statue of limitations . I came out o.k. but it was scary…
