Using twisted legal theories as advanced by the Lawfare agents behind him, special counsel Jack Smith is reportedly trying to construct criminal charges around a conspiracy to defraud the United States and obstruction of an official proceeding.
Under this stretched legal theory, President Donald Trump simply by contesting the 2020 election, is responsible for efforts to stop Congress’ certification of President Joe Biden’s presumed electoral victory. According to the criminal approach, contesting an election result is an effort to defraud the US Government.
It seems rather odd because it is nuts.
Apparently, CNN was tracking Jack Smith as he picked up Subway for lunch.

I don’t know how many of you have given much thought to the collective gut shot this country is going to feel in a few months when they convict Donald Trump and send him to prison but it’s coming and it ought to weigh very heavy on people’s minds. The very thought of it makes one ill.
IF convicted, President Trump has said he’ll remain in the race regardless.

Having witnessed firsthand their abuse of power, no surprise these partisans now want to arrest Trump on political charges. This is a dire threat to the rule of law.

On his latest visit to Kosovo he was given reports from several individuals about the problems Smith caused while he was there. The following is just hearsay only:
Richard was told that while Jack Smith was at the Haigh he prosecuted another world leader after that person was previously cleared.
It was alleged by one individual that Smith threatened several witnesses to make them lie about the leader. Another person revealed to Richard that Smith allegedly had brought in an American to assist in the interview. That person was given a fake CIA identity card. The American then passed themselves off as a CIA agent when approaching the witness and begged them to help the CIA and succeeded in getting the witness to help.

Richard stressed that this was just hearsay with no evidence this actually took place. IMO would be great for a honest journalist to investigate as to whether this actually occurred.

If Trump is indicted for January 6, it would be for a non-crime. All he did was: a) give a speech encouraging peaceful protest; b) pursue every available & legally arguable option for contesting the election result. “Fake” electors are *alternate* electors, with ample precedent.
