Under this stretched legal theory, President Donald Trump simply by contesting the 2020 election, is responsible for efforts to stop Congress’ certification of President Joe Biden’s presumed electoral victory. According to the criminal approach, contesting an election result is an effort to defraud the US Government.

In NC and I expect many other states they are sending out notices this week about mailing addresses being changed for the 911E federal requirement for states to make each property have a new unique address. We were given 2 days notice to inform all our business contact of the new address. We can assume if we don’t change our address on voter registrations and driver license that our ballots being sent out for future elections will not be delivered by the Post Office. Can you imagine the ballots undelivered because of this new law will be properly disposes of by the postal officials or will they harvest them?

However, I also believe that if a nation is not agreed on what is good and what is evil (by agreeing to base their laws on what is biblical — or “the laws of God and nature’s God”), then it leads to a lot of confusion and division in making and enforcing laws. SCOTUS struck down Roe V Wade, but that didn’t suddenly change the hearts of everyone in America about abortion. So instead of agreeing as a nation that abortion is wrong, we now have states on all sides of the issue — some making it hard to get one, and some opening the doors for anyone to get one.
We all know what is going to happen… he will be indicted, arrested and convicted in DC; possibly thrown into the DC gulag.
It won’t matter that President Trump has done nothing wrong – just the mere act of indicting him in DC will ensure his conviction.

Unsure but doubtful. My experience with legal matters is ‘everything’ is a different legal issue.
My guess is that you would have to prove in one suit you (and countless others for class action status) were unjustly targeted/defamed along with countless others defined specifically. Then some sort of civil rights violations regarding voting, only if it passes motions against having ‘standing’ or not.
