I am afraid the price for our freedom will be higher that casting a vote in some election that will get sucked up into outer space.

If the above quote were true, it would doom the MAGA movement to ending with the inevitable “passing” of PDJT, andthat simply is NOT the case.

By not taking Pence to task, which is justified, DJT gives those people a chance to vote for DJT without pushing them to defend Pence. DJT has a strong record of supporting the things in that faction, ending Roe v Wade, religious liberty, protecting children, sanity in schools and so forth.
Were he to go scorched earth on Pence, which I agree is warranted, he would force people to choose if they identify more with Pence or with DJT.
I suspect more people in that camp have a visceral dislike of the life DJT has led and would identify more with Pence.

The realization that we may be powerless has been creeping into my head since the 2020 election. I knew the Deep State/Chamber of Commerce, WEF, IC, and who knows how many other malevolent entities would not sit back and allow us to exercise our right to vote in a fair election. Those President Trump supporters who went to the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 thought they were protesting and asking our CONgress for redress of grievances committed back in November of 2020 – namely massive election fraud – as was their right to do under our Constitution. I’m sure that none of them actually thought they they would be used as disposable pawns by the evil ones, like Piglosi, Schumer, McConnell, et.al. to shut down any discussion of that election fraud in the House.
And I’m sure that they didn’t think that the so-called “police” that were there would see them as the enemy; and start firing flash-bang grenades, tear gas grenades and rubber bullets at them. (THAT was what pissed people off. When people in the crowd started dying from being hit by said grenades; and were being beaten and tear-gassed by those who supposedly swore to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.)
They never went there to “overturn the government”. Many of them went there to be part of what they thought might be an historic moment: when CONgress actually listened to the voice of the people. Hell, many of them probably only wanted to take a look at a building that they had never before entered and wanted “selfies” of them doing just that.

I live in a small town in California. We usually have about 8-9 polling places. Last presidential election there was only one. They absolutely refused to look at my photo ID. I replied that that is a big problem.
After I voted, there was no scanner to feed the ballot into. They just dropped it into a very large canvas bag. When I questioned why, they said this is how we are doing it now. I went out, sat in my car, and watched.
The bags were eventually put into a large dark blue van. I called the Republican headquarters in my county several times to ask why so many things were different during this election. They took my info each time and never called me back.

Yes, State Grand Juries is certainly ONE VALUABLE and Powerful tool available to us.
The lawsuit, initially brought by TGP, and then joined by TWO State AG’s is a similar legal approach which yielded significant victories.
In addition to State A.G.’s having subpoena power, etc. such legal actions aren’t inhibited by the challenge of FUNDING such actions, as the legal teams salaries are paid by the State.
Another, closely related coarse of action is pursueing “aggressive Federalism” by State Governments challenging Federal overreach, i.e. “10th Amendment cases”.
The Constitution is so clear and unambiguous that even with what many here think of as a “questionable” SCOTUS, victory is assured.
Such cases exploit an inherent weakness IN the Fed. Gov. overreach, which is that so much of it exists ONLY because We the People and our “representative” State Govs have never challenged it.
Frankly, ONE STATE challenging it, is inherently a “Constitutional question” case, so fast tracked TO SCOTUS, the legal question for all such cases is straightforward and unambiguos;
“Those powers not enumerated to the Federal Govt, are reserved to the State, and the People.”
