It’s a long deconstruction of the Lawfare effort, and contains numerous defenses therein; however, it is a very good encapsulation of the ridiculous issues created by the Biden administration’s efforts to target their political opposition on behalf of the Deep State. Barnes accuses trump team of choosing “white collar wussies” as lawyers. Barnes feels trump needs bulldogs more willing to stand up and fight like Gerry Spence . I think Barnes has good point.
Trump does seem to want to choose “respectable” counsel , and shies away from outspoken attack dogs who are fiercely loyal but may offend elite sensibilities, may be a little rough around the edges (e.g. sadly, he did not want to associate with Sidney Powell) .
I would strongly advocate including Barnes on trump legal team because he is ripping smart, and effectively makes makes really convincing, great arguments.
I agree with Barnes on this: at this time i think it is a waste of money to hire the smooth talking types who keep gloves on, who lack courage, are afraid to let claws out, fit the traditional mold but are not fierce enough
I agree with him also. He keeps hiring these establishment lawyers who seem to want to be liked by the DOJ and prosecutors. He needs people who will fight for him tooth and nail. It’s very similar to his picks while in office…he hired Wray because of Christie recommending him, he hired Wray because of Bush Jr, on and on. I was hoping he would figure it out in terms of hires.
Look at the objective and it makes sense. They are not there to keep the constitution in place they are there to destroy it. And I mean both sides.
We all agree this is theater except when trumps involved, people need to wake up, they are literally stealing every sacred part of our government.

That excessive caution may be Trump’s greatest flaw. He mishandled Covid because instead of leading, he deferred to “experts”– His face and body language when first on the stage with Fauci and Scarflady made that clear. Early in Trump’s presidency Robert Kennedy had informed him about vaccines, harms and BigPharma corruption, but he did not listen.
Trump hired people with big resumes; Rex tillerson, Gary Cohn, bill Barr. They were too proud of their resumes to listen to trump and defer to his leadership. I think trump is most effective and successful when he trusts his own instincts
You don’t know that P. Trump “didn’t listen”. Everyone who has ever dealt with P. Trump says that he listens intently, that you have his full attention. He listens to several opinions, and makes his decision.
And I don’t trust Kennedy. I have looked everywhere to get a clear idea of his exact stand on all vaccines, and I can’t find it. He is also very cagy about references he makes to substantiate his “position” on certain things…And he often misrepresents things.

Early on in Trump’s presidency, well before the Covid debacle, I read that Kennedy met with him to discus the harms being done by over-vaccinating children, begging him to do sonething to rein in BigPharma. According to the writer, a member of Trump’s own family had been badly injured by a vaccination.

Robert K isn’t cagey. He was just interviewed by Glenn Greenwood over an hour. While he is not “concise” in his answers he wrote the definitive book about vaccine tragedies. He did answer that question in detail. He states facts and coverup prove at a certain date xyz multiple vax at one time results in autism. In fact in Africa where the practice continues Denmark performed a large study and found vaccinated babies did not thrive, because the vaccine muted their immune system and death caused by a host of illnesses not experienced at all in the group of unvaccinated babies growing older.

If you are referring to the “study” done by a Danish Dr. Aaby (an anthropologist, NOT a medical doc), I found it, researched it, and there were TWO studies…
One with an attenuated live vaccine, which actually enhanced the children’s innate immunity system by over 80%, and a second one with a non-live virus, in which the results were the exact opposite.
CHD was not honest about those results. Check again.
And that’s why I don’t trust him.

I don’t know why, with a large and enthusiastic fans, that money can’t be raised to do a privately funded study on autism-vax causality correlation.
There’s way too much autism out there. If there is a causal relationship, a well-designed study would reveal it.
I think he could be important in that he can steer public discussion to topics that are important to discuss. That the current Dems would never touch. I think Vivek Ramaswamy does the same. Vivek’s very articulate.

I was disappointed in how he handled the Covid Ruse as well, though Covid was a well designed and deployed weapon (politically).
The virus itself was an independent issue. How the fear the virus created was used, for political means, was legendary. It ran cover for a stolen election as well as cover for economic warfare/tactics.
Trump can’t deflect all the attacks, and ultimately it’s up the American people to do the real work of speaking plain truth and acting with integrity.
Unfortunately the Covid issue was massible global scheme that President Trump wouldn’t have been able to stop and would have been destroyed politically if he got in their way.
My theory with his position on being supportive of the vaccine for those at higher risk while always declaring the vaccine should be a personal decision and never mandated by government was a caluculated political decision to avoid the vicious reaction of the massive demographic that makes up the fat part of the political bell curve.
The operation warp speed and all of the ways that President Trump helped to facilitate the procurement and movement of masks, gloves, face masks along with compelling major manufacturing entities to produce medical equipment and other items in short supply over the World is something that I think he’s very proud of despite the dark cloud that falls upon all actions taken by government when they are executing a massive psy-op on the planet.
Trump never suggested that the vaccine be given to kids, always said that it was a personal decision, opposed all mandates, encouraged governors to repoen their states, get kids back into schools, and open up businesses and the economy. Considering that President Trump was able to get more votes that any other incombent President when he was re-elected in 2020, it’s clear that he was able to walk a very tight rope despite the challenges he faced and difficult decisions he had to make and likely softened the impact for the American people to some degree. Take a minute to consider how much harsher COVID could have been if Hillary Clinton were President as originally planned.
In the end I believe that President Trump was able to understand the full scale what he was up against and did his best to reduce the harm and facilitate the strongest recovery possible under the circumstances.

Yes, this Barnes man is wicked smart….a bull dog, and the type of lawyer I wish I had. There are just too many lawyers that bill by the clock…and what happens, happens. Our President needs someone like Barnes who can cite the defenses off the top of his head!

Trump seems to trust the American people. When he says “don’t worry” I believe he means to say that it’s going to be ok.

No, McCarthy, the crime is the search warrant was a general search warrant. It did not particularly describe the thing to be seized as required by the fourth amendment.

I’ve been making the same argument as Barnes ever since the raid on Mar-a-Lago. The President of the US IS THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH. All executive authority is vested by the Constitution in the President, and only the President. He shares executive power with no one. Case closed.
