Special Counsel John Durham previously submitted his 306-page report on Matters Related to the Intelligence Community Efforts in the 2016 Election [pdf HERE]. There is also a 48-page classified appendix available to cleared members of Congress.
On Tuesday June 20th, Durham will deliver a classified briefing to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI); the following day, Wednesday June 21st, Durham will testify in a public setting before the House Judiciary Committee.
WASHINGTON DC – Special Counsel John Durham will testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee about his report in June, a source has told Fox News on Friday.
The hearing will happen on Wednesday, June 21. The day before, Durham will appear before the House Intelligence Committee in a closed-door briefing.
Durham has found that the Department of Justice and FBI “failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law” when it launched the Trump-Russia investigation. (read more)
We have a little less than a month to assemble questions for both the classified (HPSCI) briefing, and the public (HJC) hearing.
If you have traveled the deep weeds and have a specific line of questioning you think might be pertinent to either committee 😉, I am including the Republican names of both the HPSCI and HJC below. The HPSCI members can ask anything – including questions directly related to classified intelligence. The HJC members will not be limited in their questions but might find a non-answer in return to anything considered classified.
The FISA silo would likely fall into the classified questioning, depending on the specifics of the inquiry. Questions involving the CIA and/or ODNI involvement may also be best explored in the HPSCI briefing.

We have time to submit the questions. Make them as specific as possible, and include the follow-up questions based on anticipated responses. Send them yourself to the members of the committee you want to have ask them. Do not send them to me. I have questions and will review the comments to add to my own list – but make the questions from you to the members.
There are people who prefer to complain about nothing being done. Please understand, we are all in a foxhole right now, ducking, weaving, trying to find tools to push back against this corrupt system. This is an opportunity to put information into the hands of those who may ask the right questions.
They may ask, they may not… but if we don’t try, we know the answer will be not. I get it! I know it is easy to become despondent; believe me, sometimes I feel like I’m out here swinging a machete all alone against this swamp, but I’m not quitting. Suck it up… get focused. Our nation needs your help.

As a viewer from North of the Border , Americans at least have a chance to voice questions , unlike issues here in Canada where the Gov totally shuts down the debate. There was a book written years back titled “30 seconds to your dream job” and was a guide to writing a resume and being interviewed for a job. The gist was that the interviewer made a go/no go decision in less than 30 seconds then used the remainder of the interview to confirm or deny the initial prejudice .
In the current situation I seriously doubt whoever is reviewing questions will even devote 30 seconds to reading it , so it must be a short one sentence question … the fewer words the better. If asking more than one question use bullet form (no pun intended).
If possible use a one or two word introduction that is bolded such as … Where is Justice ? Followed by the details … again as short as possible.

Yet, none of them seem to be held accountable.
Aren’t many of these findings serious criminal acts? What was your job supposed to be? Wasn’t the point of this to prosecute those who were engaged in criminal acts against a presidential candidate and/or sitting president? Why have there been no criminal prosecutions or referrals for prosecution, other than a few minimal ones who got a slap on the wrist? There seems to be no accountability if someone is going after President Trump and anyone associated with him. Why is that? Does the Constitution matter anymore? Are you in on this, too? His grossly illegal act effectively enabled surveillance of virtually the entire Trump campaign entourage because of the “three-hop” rule allowed for that kind of surveillance. “If the average person called 40 unique people, three-hop analysis would allow the government to mine the records of 2.5 million Americans”
Kevin Clinesmith’s punishment for that incredibly severe felony? 12 months probation, 400 hours of community service and he has been reinstated as a member “in good standing” to the District of Columbia Bar Association.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, specifically Presiding Judge James Boasberg, hired former DOJ National Security Division head, Mary McCord, as amici curiae advisor to the court.
McCord oversaw the Carter Page application and confronted the White House about the Michael Flynn interview.
Her legal counsel in the NSD, Michael Atkinson, then became ICIG and changed the rules for whistleblowers. As a result of the rule change, Trump’s second impeachment resulted. McCord was then lead attorney for the House Judiciary Committee.
McCord’s fingerprints are all over multiple anti-Trump efforts. I am not a lawyer. Why did you not refer Judge Boasberg for ethics violation or a bar review for his compromised appointment?

Get a yes on that one and Trump can sue them all as individuals, civil rights violations penetrate the shield they enjoyed as government officials.
I believe Team Trump is moving ahead on just that. stay tuned. President Trump is a fighter..He is not going to sit around and wait while the hits keep coming. He has sufficient cause to file civil at least and in my opinion meets the thresholds for claiming criminal violations against him.
